Abstract

Abstrak: Di Era teknologi 4.0 dimana informasi dan komunikasi menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi peradaban manusia khususnya di bidang pendidikan. Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk sikap dan karakter siswa. Sikap dan karakter siswa dapat dibantuk sala satunya dengan pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Kehadiran internet mampu memberikan informasi yang lebih mudah dan cepat. Bukan hanya sangat bermanfaat namun disisi lain penyebaran informasi palsu juga sangat berbahaya yang dapat menimbulkan masalah sosial. Di era internet website berperan penting dalam menyebarkan informasi. Dibidang pendidikan kehadiran website diharapkan membantu meningkatkan minat dan bakat siswa di bidang kewarganegaraan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektifitas media pembelajaran berbasis website melalui serangkaian analisis dan pengujian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang membandingan dua data yaitu variable pretest (X) dan variable Y (posttest), responden diberikan pretest dan posttes hasil belajar untuk mengetahui kemampuan kognitif awal para siswa pada mata pelajaran kewarganegaraan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengujian model pembelajaran  yang dilakukan menyatakan model pembelajaran normal rata-rata presentasi kemampuan belajar siswa yaitu dibawah 70%. Sedangkan dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis website menyatakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan belajar dengan rata-rata diatas 80%.               Kata-kata kunci: Kewarganegaraan, PPKn, Website, Internet

Abstract

Abstrak: Isu tentang nasionalisme hingga saat ini menjadi tema yang sering di diskusikan sebab nasionalisme masa kini berbeda jauh dengan masa lalu. Guna mempertahankan nilai nasionalisme kebangsaan dimasa yang akan datang, upaya tersebut dilakukan melalui pendidikan. Pengembangan nilai nasionalisme disekolah bukan hanya dilakukan dari aspek intrakulikuler melainkan ekstrakulikuler.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya dalam pemantapan Nilai Nasionalisme Kebangsaan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sekolah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, pemantapan nilainasionalisme kebangsaan dilakukan melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler  kepramukaan, olahraga futsal, palang merah Remaja (PMR) dan rohani Islam (ROHIS) dengan mengasah jiwa social dan kepekaan terhadap perkembangan bangsa. Melalui proses komunikasi secara intensif upaya pemantapan tersebut diharapkan mampu menjadikan siswa menjadi pribadi tangguh, berakhlak, patriotik, memiliki kecakapan hidup sebagai kader bangsa dalam menjaga dan membangun Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonsesia  Kata-kata kunci: Nasionalisme, Kegiatan Ekstrakukurikuler, Siswa

Abstract

Media ownership is a discussion that has always existed at any time. It is interesting to discuss because the theory is related to economics and politics. The diversity of perspectives is valuable as a bridge to society in consuming media information. Of course, it should be given freedom of space and access to concrete facts, instead of being confronted with the interests of power through capital owners to regulate the rotation of media issues according to the ruler's goals. The study in this research will discuss the influence of media ownership on the diversity of information and public perspectives in modern Indonesian society. The concentration of media ownership focuses on limiting the diversity of perspectives in a modern society that is instantaneous to obtain information, restrictions for reasons of political and industrial interests, the tendency of media ownership will be seen as domination. Using a qualitative approach and literature study, this research will analyze data from various sources to identify the impact of concentration of media ownership on access to public information, representation of the interests of various groups, and the role of the media as an information bridge. The results show that the concentration of media ownership creates a less diverse and less representative media ecosystem. This has a negative impact on the quality of democracy and people's ability to make rational decisions. By limiting the diversity of perspectives, concentration of media ownership creates a narrower and less inclusive public sphere.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based New Student Admission System (PPDB) Website at MIS Chairul Bariyyah Medan Krio to overcome the limitations of manual registration systems. The method used is Agile, as it supports iterative, flexible, and adaptive system development according to user needs. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The system is developed using the Python programming language with the Django framework and MySQL database. The results show that the developed system improves the efficiency of the registration process, minimizes data recording errors, and facilitates real-time management of applicant data. In addition, the Website also serves as an information and promotional medium for the school that can be accessed anytime. Based on Blackbox testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT), the system is proven to run well and is easy to use. Therefore, this web-based PPDB system is effective in improving the quality of Administrative services at MIS Chairul Bariyyah.

Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of the Dual Modulus RSA algorithm in securing text data using Python. The rapid growth of digital technology has increased the risk of data security threats, making efficient and secure encryption essential. Dual Modulus RSA is a modification of the classic RSA algorithm that uses two different moduli in the encryption and decryption process, thus increasing security levels because attackers must factorize two moduli simultaneously. This research uses an experimental quantitative approach by measuring the execution time of encryption and decryption processes with variations in plaintext length (5, 10, and 15 characters). Implementation was carried out using Python 3 with the time.perf_counter() function for microsecond-precision measurement. The results show that the Dual Modulus RSA algorithm successfully encrypts and decrypts all test plaintexts correctly. Encryption time ranged from 0.0212 ms to 0.0823 ms, while decryption time ranged from 0.0422 ms to 0.0955 ms. There is a positive linear relationship between plaintext length and processing time. Decryption is consistently slower than encryption due to the larger private key exponent (d1=2753, d2=3533) compared to the public exponent (e=17). The main factors affecting performance are exponent size, dual modulus overhead, CPU caching effects, and Python interpretation overhead. This study recommends using Dual Modulus RSA with hybrid encryption for practical implementation to balance security and performance.
