Abstract

Drug abuse among adolescents is a serious issue that requires approaches aligned with contemporary developments. An interactive approach is one of the most effective methods of socialization for reaching and actively engaging students. This community service initiative aimed to raise students’ awareness and understanding of the dangers of drug abuse through digital education based on interactive methods. In addition, it provided deeper insights into the harmful effects of drugs and strategies for prevention. The program was conducted at SMK Taruna Jaya Gresik by integrating various digital learning media, such as educational video screenings, direct material presentations on the dangers of drug abuse, and the use of social media platforms for anti-drug campaigns through poster dissemination. The outcomes of the program indicated a significant improvement in students' understanding of drug-related issues, as well as increased enthusiasm and participation in the socialization activities. Digital education proved to be an effective and engaging method for delivering drug prevention messages in school settings, particularly among digital-native students such as those at vocational high schools. Overall, this awareness campaign successfully enhanced the knowledge of SMK Taruna Jaya Gresik students regarding the dangers of drug abuse and contributed to the development of more responsible mindsets and attitudes among them.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam pelaksanaan asesmen hasil belajar. Salah satu inovasi yang banyak dimanfaatkan di era digital adalah penggunaan Google Form sebagai media asesmen formatif daring, khususnya di sekolah dasar. Asesmen formatif memiliki peran strategis dalam memantau perkembangan pemahaman peserta didik dan memberikan umpan balik bagi perbaikan pembelajaran. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Google Form dalam mendukung asesmen formatif berbasis daring di lingkungan sekolah dasar melalui kajian pustaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menelaah literatur dari berbagai database ilmiah, buku referensi, dan pedoman kebijakan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Google Form menawarkan keunggulan dalam hal kemudahan pembuatan soal, fleksibilitas desain, koreksi otomatis, serta penyajian hasil asesmen secara real-time. Selain itu, platform ini juga mendukung prinsip asesmen yang valid, reliabel, dan praktis, sekaligus meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui fitur interaktif. Kendati demikian, implementasi asesmen daring berbasis Google Form masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, seperti keterbatasan akses internet, minimnya perangkat digital, dan rendahnya literasi digital di kalangan guru maupun peserta didik. Diperlukan strategi optimalisasi melalui pelatihan guru, penyediaan infrastruktur pendukung, serta integrasi Google Form dengan platform digital lainnya. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Google Form sebagai solusi efektif dalam mendukung pelaksanaan asesmen formatif berbasis daring di sekolah dasar pada era digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui Pengaruh Penilaian Autentik Terhadap Peningkatan Disiplin Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas VIII Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn SMP Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 126 peserta didik, dengan sampel diambil sebesar 25% berjumlah 32 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase, regresi sederhana dan diolah dengan aplikasi SPSS Versi 25. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan adanya Pengaruh Penilaian Autentik Terhadap Peningkatan Disiplin Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas VIII Pada Mata Pelajaran PPKn SMP Negeri 1 Tulang Bawang Tengah.Kata Kunci: Penilaian Autentik, Disiplin Belajar, Mata Pelajaran PPKnDoi: https://doi.org/10.23960/JIPS/v4i2.78-82

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the decision of Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard (NO) or the inadmissibility of the case in the case of marriage annulment based on an arranged marriage agreed by the parties, as well as to examine the legal basis, the judge's considerations, and the legal implications for the protection of the rights of the parties harmed in the marriage. The phenomenon of arranged marriages still often occurs in society for reasons of custom, economics, or family honor. However, when the marriage is filed for annulment to the religious court, it is not uncommon for the application to be declared Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard because it is considered not to meet the formal and material requirements according to the provisions of civil procedural law and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law. This study uses a normative juridical method with a case approach and a statute approach, through an analysis of court decisions that declare the case inadmissible. The results of the study indicate that the main reasons for the judge to issue an NO decision are the failure to fulfill the legal standing requirements, the incompleteness of the object of the lawsuit, and formal defects in the petition for annulment. Furthermore, the agreement to an arranged marriage by the parties to the marriage is considered voluntary, thus failing to meet the element of coercion that constitutes the basis for annulment. The NO ruling has the legal implication that the case was not examined to its core, allowing the parties to resubmit the lawsuit with formal amendments. In conclusion, the Niet Ontvankelijke Verklaard ruling in the case of annulment of a marriage based on an arranged marriage does not mean the marriage is fully valid, but rather indicates an inaccuracy in the lawsuit filing procedure that must be improved to achieve legal certainty and protect individual rights in marriage.
