Abstract

BPHTB or duty on the acquisition of land and building rights are taxes imposed on the acquisition of land and building rights. Acquisition of rights to land and buildings is a legal act or event resulting in the acquisition or possession of rights to land and buildings by private individuals or entities. The purpose of this research is to know the process that occurred at BPHTB Kab. Muaro Jambi. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with data acquisition technique that is survey, interview, documentation and literature study. The results obtained in the analysis then used as a reference in the design and construction BPHTB application Kab. Muaro Jambi web-based. Contribution generated from the built program is expected to create administration BPHTB Kab. Muaro Jambi is regular and compatible so it can increase local revenue

Abstract

Buluh Kasab Village is one of the villages in Sungai Rengas Village, Kec. Maro Sebo Ulu, Kab. Batang Hari, Jambi. This village produces handicrafts in the form of caping hats, screwpine leaves mats, beaded bags, etc. Made by Youth Organization members, Buluh Kasab Village. In this case Buluh Kasab Village is used as a research location because so far the sales system, data collection, and sales reports are still using the old system by using the agenda book as a tool to collect goods and produce sales reports, a relatively narrow on market share. making the process of selling craft products less smooth. The purpose of this study is to build an E-Commerce system to facilitate  Youth Organization to process goods data, expand market share to produce reports on sales of handicraft products. Input in this system is in the form of customer data, item data, shipping data, transaction data and item category data. In this system there is a process of entering data, processing transaction data, making reports on stock data, reports on sales results. Output of the E-Commerce system are sales reports, transaction data reports and stock data data reports. E-Commerce system is expected to be able to help  Youth Organization in Buluh Kasab Village in improving the sales process and data collection in a more detailed and detailed way and can expand market share.

Abstract

Begitu banyaknya pengguna kendaraan roda 4 (empat) di Indonesia, tentunya berbagai resiko selalu menjadi hal yang harus diperhatikan, salah satunya adalah perbaikan kendaraan tersebut. Hadirnya berbagai pilihan asuransi mobil yang melindungi kendaraan kita, menjadikan rasa was- was akan biaya perbaikan kendaraan akan hilang. Asuransi perlindungan mulai dari perbaikan sampai dengan kehilangan menjadi tanggung jawab pihak asuransi dan pihak tersebut telah bekerja sama dengan bengkel service kendaraan yang dipercaya apabila ada kerusakan baik mesin maupun body mobil. Pada Bengkel Pemancar yang ditunjuk sebagai rekanan pihak asuransi mobil untuk perbaikan mobil pada proses klaim asuransi mobil masih menggunakan metode manual yaitu admin bengkel menyiapkan berkas yang akan diklaim seperti surat perintah kerja dari asuransi ke bengkel, kwitansi perbaikan mobil, dokumen penting seperti fotocopy STNK, SIM, KTP, foto kerusakan mobil, foto perbaikan mobil, dan foto pergantian spare part. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh informasi pengklaiman asuransi mobil pada bengkel pemancar yang selama ini masih menggunakan metode manual, dimana bengkel harus melengkapi data kendaraan lalu di antar ke asuransi baru mendapatkan surat perintah kerja. Untuk proses perbaikan mobil bisa di kerjakan setelah surat perintah kerja diahkan dan keluar. Proses pengolahan data yang dilakukan oleh pihak Bengkel Pemancar Jambi dalam melakukan proses laporan pengklaiman asuransi mobil masih kurang akurat, efektif dan efisien, dengan aplikasi pengelolahan data klaim ini dapat mempermudah proses pengelolahan data yang akurat, efektif dan efisien

Abstract

Data warehouse processing is a storage medium in a company that collects data from various systems and can be used for various purposes such as reporting and analysis. In PT Telkom, access to warehouse data processing is still done in a conventional way, namely by recording data to the main book. Because it still uses the conventional method, in the data collection process there are often some shortcomings of errors that occur in the accumulation of data on the archive table, loss and damage to physical data, the data recording process cannot be on time, the data recording is not timely because I have to. In this research, it aims to help PT Telkom Access in designing a data warehouse application prototype using web-based technology. With the use of a website, the data warehouse can be processed and analyzed quickly and is not limited to physical space.
