Abstract

During this time, the data processing system at the Police Jaluko criminals have used a computer but not as optimal as possible, so it takes a long time to search criminal data on police Jaluko. The purpose of this thesis was to study the data processing system at the police criminal Jaluko, identify weaknesses that may be in it and designed a new application program using Visual Basic 6.0. With the data processing system is expected to change the old system to the new system. By using Visual Basic 6.0, changes to the data processing system is intended facilitate processing of criminal data on police Jaluko, so that later the data can be processed properly and quickly. The results of this study demonstrate using data processing applications properly designed, data validation has been able to do since pengimputan, process data and reports presented during the data entered is true.

Abstract

An information system is very necessary in improving the performance of an organization, be it a private or government organization. The government in data processing still uses standard application programs that are widely used such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word in the processing of village asset data so that data processing and data search processes become less effective. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a system that is used today by using an information system specifically designed for processing village asset data so that data processing and data search processes become more effective. The village asset data processing information system is built using web-based programming languages such as PHP and MySQL databases. Web-based programming languages have excellent capabilities in processing text, graphics, numbers and databases. With the construction of an information system, data processing of village assets can help the processing of village asset data at the Village Office become easier and more effective.

Abstract

The implementation of the School Examination is conducted to measure student achievement on competencies and achievements every year. The exam using Information Technology is felt today to have changed the exam system from manual to online exam. The examination process in SMP N 20 Jambi City is still manual, where the teacher gives the examination sheet to the exam committee. The examining committee shares to students then the students work on the specified time. The assessment is audited manually after the answer sheet is filled in by students which is usually done by the teachers, so that in the process of determining and disseminating the assessment is relatively long. By replacing the online-based exam system using the MySQL PHP Web, it is expected to be truly effective because all processes starting from submission of questions, tests and corrections are done online.

Abstract

At first this Kambang Hospital was a Joint Practice Specialist. Then it turned into the Kambang Clinic, which had been introduced and turned into Kambang Hospital. At the Kambang Hospital an examination of the diagnosis of menstrual disorders is still using the manual system using a blood test, urine test and further examination with the doctor in question. The purpose of this study was to design an expert system to diagnose menstrual disorders by applying the Forward Chaining Method. The system that will be designed is a system that transfers the knowledge of a doctor to an expert system (Artificial Intelligence), which will help patients know about their illness. This system is designed based on a website using the PHP Framework Code Igniter script and uses a MySQL database. With the existence of this Menstrual Disorders Expert System built, it makes it easier for the general public to diagnose menstrual disorders from an early age, by inputting data on types of disorders, symptoms, rules, and asking us to produce output in the form of checking reports and patient reports.

Abstract

The gaint and losses data reporting system at SPBU 23.361.03 Jambi City that is running is already computerized using Microsoft Excel but its use is not maximized so that a problem arises in terms of the effectiveness and efficiency of fuel depreciation data reporting becomes an information in the management process at SPBU 23.361.03.In connection with the problems mentioned above, the researcher tries to design a depreciation data reporting system to facilitate the administration in the process of reporting shrinkage data. From the process of analyzing and developing the system, this data reporting system can make it easier for relevant agencies to search for data and check transaction data and also administration conducted by SPBU 23.361.03 Jambi City.

Abstract

Various industries have started using e-cashier systems as a result of advances in information technology. Although e-cashier speeds up the transaction process, there are still important issues related to data security, system integration, and good inventory management. Lack of knowledge about the application of appropriate technology and system limitations in handling large transaction volumes are major problems in implementing this system. The purpose of this study is to create an e-cashier system based on information technology, RN Gallery is a company engaged in printing and advertising, in the financial transaction process still uses manual methods that are time-consuming and prone to errors. The system that is running in the recording process each uses weekly or monthly notes and reports recorded in the ledger. Recording orders, calculating prices, and payments are still done manually. The Waterfall method is used in software development. This method was chosen because it can provide structured and clear steps for system design and implementation. The results of the analysis carried out using the PIECE method, where the main problems that need to be fixed are found Renewability. Combining the e-cashier system with real-time inventory management and improving the data security system. This study also offers knowledge about the implementation of a more efficient and secure e-cashier system and evaluates how effective the Waterfall method and PIECES method are in creating an e-cashier system. The results of testing the E-Cashier application using blackbox testing show that the system has worked according to its function from 10 features tested showing results as expected.Keywords: Blackbox Testing, Transaction Efficiency, Inventory Management, Waterfall Method, PIECES Method of E-Cashier System
