Abstract

Abstract-- With the progress of the development of the technological world in the present Android-based application now has its own attraction to its features and is a choice for its users as a medium of information or for communication, by gaining personal benefits and mutual benefits in the creation of applications that help human activity For example, in online sales or applications that can connect with other people that are located far enough away so that by using applications such as Whatsapp, Messenger, BlackBerry Messenger, we can interact directly with looking at the face by utilizing the videocall feature provided by the application. With the QRcode mobile parking application that has been made by researchers this time with the market needs to facilitate human work in daily activities by utilizing technology that has been growing rapidly, with this application so as to minimize the occurrence of losses or unwanted events, such as saving the use of paper in transactions in and out of vehicles that will enter or exit the parking area, or the occurrence of jams that occur at certain hours such as if the usual used parking paper runs out, so it requires time to replace or add to the finished paper, and Not a few drivers who are provoked to see the congestion that occurs, the increasingly chaotic conditions can make motorists cancel their visit to tourist attractions or shopping centers that still use parking tickets, so that there can be losses for the tour management a or building manager with a reduced number of visitors who come.Keywords: Arduino Uno, Android Studio, MIT App Inventor, Qrcode

Abstract

Performance appraisal can provide information about needs effectiveness of employee training and development and can provide information regarding design employee compensation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the performance of nurses and service quality at the Anmarsu Hospice Care Mental Hospital. The research method used in this study uses a qualitative approach descriptive, with the collection of data sources obtained primarily by interviews. The analysis used in this study uses techniques analysis Fill in using a measuring tool Balanced Scorecard. Based on the results of the calculations score regularly whole, obtained the total score is 282 points which means that Anmarsu Hospice Care Mental Hospital has a very good approach in measuring organizational performance.

Abstract

Seiring dengan masifnya pembangunan fasilitas publik di perkotaan saat ini, inklusivitas fasilitas publik bagi penyandang disabilitas dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan aksesibilitas seringkali terabaikan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan aksesibilitas tersebut, dibutuhkan evaluasi fasilitas publik yang mempertimbangkan kebutuhan dan hambatan penyandang disabilitas. Ketersediaan jalur pedestrian sebagai salah satu fasilitas publik belum dapat mengakomodasi pergerakan penyandang disabilitas dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi eksisting jalur pedestrian dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan aksesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas di Kawasan Pumpunan Moda CSW ASEAN yang merupakan salah satu kawasan yang direncanakan sebagai kawasan transit sesuai RTRW DKI Jakarta 2011-2030. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengevaluasi nilai aksesibilitas jalur pedestrian bagi penyandang disabilitas. Evaluasi kondisi eksisting jalur pedestrian dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan lebar, konektivitas, dan fasilitas pendukung jalur pedestrian, serta fasilitas khusus penyandang disabilitas yang terhubung secara langsung dengan jalur pedestrian. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat kekurangan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan aksesibilitas jalur pedestrian bagi penyandang disabilitas, seperti ketidaktersediaan jalur pedestrian yang cukup lebar, fasilitas khusus yang tidak ramah penyandang disabilitas, dan terputusnya jalur pedestrian oleh fungsi penggunaan lain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi eksisting jalur pedestrian memiliki nilai aksesibilitas dalam kategori sedang dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan aksesibilitas bagi penyandang disabilitas. Hal tersebut menjadikan Kawasan Pumpunan Moda CSW ASEAN belum sepenuhnya ramah bagi penyandang disabilitas.
