Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the factors that effect teacher job satisfaction. In obtaining the data, a quantitsative approach is used with an explanatory coreeelational design because it aims to describe and measure the degree of relationship between variables in causal modeling using part analysis. The results showed that:First, leadership has a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.173. Second, self esteem has a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.173.

Abstract

Pengembangan virtual laboratorium pada konsentrasi larutan di prodi pendidikan kimia UIN Ar-Raniry dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan media interatif dalam pelaksanaan praktikum, apabila praktikum tidak bisa dilakukan secara langsung dilaboratorium. Seperti pada saat tejadinya pandemi, yang sangat menghambat dalam pelaksanaan praktikum secara langsung. Praktikum konsentrasi larutan merupakan salah satu mata kuliah yang memerlukan media pendukung dalam praktikum ketika praktikum tidak bisa dilaksanakan secara langsung di laboratorium. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan virtual laboratorium pada praktikum konsentrasi larutan di prodi pendidikan kimia UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Kimia sebanyak 24 orang mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, validasi dan lembar angket respon mahasiswa. Analisis data hasil validasi media dan angket respon mahasiswa menggunakan rumus persamaan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli aspek penilaian media, materi dan bahasa terhadap media virtual laboratorium diperoleh rata-rata persentase sebanyak 96,21% termasuk kriteria “sangat valid”. Hasil respon mahasiswa diperoleh persentase sebanyak 90% dengan kriteria “sangat baik”. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan virtual laboratorium yang dikembangkan memperoleh kualitas yang sangat baik sehingga layak untuk digunakan sebagai salah satu penunjang dalam pembelajaran

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with a case study design. The instruments used will be prepared based on the indicators of each 4C skill. The data collected will be analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The research results show students' critical thinking skills on indicator 1 reasoning have an achievement percentage of 34%; indicator 2 thinking as hypothesis testing has an achievement percentage of 47%; indicator 3 analyzing arguments has an achievement percentage of 49%; indicator 4 analysis of possibilities and uncertainties has a percentage of 68% and indicator 5 problem solving and decision making has a percentage of 73%. The results of students' creative and innovative thinking abilities on indicator 1 of fluency thinking skills have an achievement percentage of 28%; indicator 2 elaboration skill has an achievement percentage of 52%; indicator 3 of flexible thinking skills (flexibility) has an achievement percentage of 26%; and indicator 4 Original thinking skills (originality) has a percentage of 17%. The results of student collaboration skills in indicator 1 contributed to the percentage of achievement of 49%; indicator 2 time management has an achievement percentage of 54%; indicator 3focus on taskhas an achievement percentage of 63%; indicator 4 working with other people has a percentage of 71%; and indicator 5 responsibility has a percentage of 67%.
