Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the factors that effect teacher job satisfaction. In obtaining the data, a quantitsative approach is used with an explanatory coreeelational design because it aims to describe and measure the degree of relationship between variables in causal modeling using part analysis. The results showed that:First, leadership has a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.173. Second, self esteem has a direct effect on teacher job satisfaction with a path coefficient of 0.173.

Abstract

This study aims to significantly implement the prototype curriculum at Junior High School (SMP) level. The evaluation results from this study is expected to provide the appropriate input in the implementation of the prototype curriculum. This research was conducted at UPTD SMP Negeri 1 Datuk Lima Puluh Batubara Regency involving 21 teachers and 205 student and the evaluation model used is CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Output) by Stufflebeam. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire compiled based on CIPP aspects and indicators on the prototype and the data were analyzed using simple descriptive statistics. The results of this study found that facilities and infrastructure were considered good by as many as 74.01% of teachers and students while the understanding of teachers and students as well as parental involvement is in the category of less than 47%. In addition, from the input aspect, the procurement of books received a very good response, which was 96.40%. However, less than 43% of respondents considered that the guidance provided to teachers was in the poor category and the process aspect received a poor response from respondents, which was less than 49%. A total of 69.37% of respondents gave a good response in the product aspect category. Implementation of the prototype curriculum needs to pay attention to the readiness and quality of teachers, schools, and other aspects. In addition, the class level in the prototype curriculum can be replaced with the term "phase" because learning outcomes are at the phase level and not at the class level. The expert trainers should be presented directly to schools and improvements in process aspects can be made by defining a clear role in the policy.

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic has caused several educational institutions to decide to carry out online learning. However, SMP Negeri 2 Medang Deras, Batubara Regency, became one of the schools that carried out limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) during the Covid-19 pandemic. This article aims to describe the implementation of limited face-to-face learning in the midst of a pandemic, the impact of face-to-face learning in the midst of a pandemic, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for face-to-face learning activities in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Medang Deras, Batubara Regency. This paper was prepared using a case study approach in qualitative research methods, primary data sources were obtained from the principal, teachers and students of SMP Negeri 2 Medang Deras and secondary data sources from documentation of SMP Negeri 2 Medang Deras. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation and documentation with three methods of data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Face-to-face Learning in the Middle of the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMP Negeri 2 Medang Deras was carried out by reducing the duration of learning so that it had an impact on adding activities outside the classroom, but parents benefited due to the safe learning mode. The supporting factor for the implementation of this learning is the complete health protocol and the inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of students to always comply with health protocols at school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the benefits of the e-learning system to students at Sekolah Tinggi Pastoral Dian Mandala Gunungsitoli. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this research are the students of Sekolah Tinggi Pastoral Dian Mandala Gunungsitoli. Data collection techniques in this study are interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results showed that the effect of (1). the use of e-learning is felt by students with a tendency to shorten time and help economically. (2). The benefits of e-learning are increasingly helping students in terms of good interactions between lecturers and students and between students and students. (3). By utilizing the e-learning system, students are assisted in various information related to lecture materials and references in lectures. (4). With the e-learning system, students no longer only study in the classroom but they can learn outside the classroom, meaning that students are greatly helped for various other activities that support their lectures.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mewabah di Indonesia sejak awal 2020, hal tersebut berdampak pada berbagai sektor di Indonesia. Salah satu sektor paling terdampak adalah sektor perekonomian. Keterbatasan ruang gerak sosial mengakibatkan tersendatnya perekonomian masyarakat. Banyaknya para pelaku usaha kecil yang mengalami imbas dari pemberlakuan kebijakan PSBB di beberapa daerah di Indonesia, tak terkecuali di Kabupaten Karawang. Sektor UMKM di Kabupaten Karawang cukup berdampak. Banyaknya para pengusaha kecil harus tutup dan bahkan gulung tikar. Namun berbanding terbalik dengan data yang ada. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kab. Karawang menyebutkan bahwa adanya peningkatan jumlah wirausaha baru di Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif Penelitian ini didasari oleh teori Manajemen Pemerintahan yang meliputi Perencanaan Pemerintah, Pengorganisasian, Penggunaan Sumber-Sumber Pemerintah dan Pengawasan Pemerintah. Dengan demikian, penggunaan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan dasar teori manajemen pemerintah dapat mengidentifikasikan secara mendalam dalam Manajemen Pemerintah Daerah Kab. Karawang dalam menjaga produk lokalnya disaat pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menguji apakah budaya organisasi dan efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja guru PAUD Inklusif (2) apakah budaya organisasi dan efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap motivasi kerja guru PAUD Inklusif (3) apakah budaya organisasi, efikasi diri, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kinerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru PAUD Inklusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pendekatan ex post facto, populasi 152 orang, sampel 110 orang, teknik proportional random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin pada taraf kesalahan 5%, teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner skala likert dan teknik pengolahan data analisis jalur. Temuan penelitian secara parsial diperoleh pengaruh langsung (1) budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,410; (2) efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,095; (3) budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,349; (4) efikasi diri terhadap motivasi kerja sebesar 0,394; (5) budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 0,226; (6) efikasi diri terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,177; (7) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,240; (8) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,243.Keywords: Budaya, efikasi, kepuasan, motivasi, kinerja, guru PAUD Inklusif

Abstract

Decision making in order to improve the performance of educational staff and compare it with practices that occur in the field, to make decisions both operational decisions and strategic decisions that have an impact on the future of education units, especially students, educators and education staff. This research method uses qualitative. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The results show that decision-making in order to improve the performance of educational staff carried out by the principal of the Santa Lusia Sei Rotan Elementary School has been going well so far, this can be seen from the process and stages carried out by the principal of the decision-making school, namely the observation stage, collecting data, planning and identifying problems related to education in schools, then conducting deliberations among teachers, to adopt a policy, carrying out interpersonal approaches to teachers to carry out organizing activities, providing ideas and brilliant ideas, involving teachers in training activities and competitions. The strategy carried out by an education unit leader or school principal requires a decision-making process in order to improve the performance of educational staff, namely identifying a problem, clarifying and prioritizing goals, creating choices, assessing choices, comparing predicted consequences. on each choice with goals, choose the option with consequences with goals.

Abstract

This study discusses the assessment of teacher performance to test the professionalism of educators at Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Elementary School. The background of this study is the requirement of a professional teacher in all subjects at all levels of education. Especially with the regulations of the Teacher and Lecturer Constitution, as well as the certification of educators. So to be able to know the professionalism of teachers carry out teacher performance assessments which include four basic components, namely pedagogic, personality, social, and professional. This research is intended to answer the following problems: (1) How is teacher performance assessed at Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Elementary School?, (2) What efforts should be made by school principals to improve teacher professionalism at Santa Lucia Sei Rotan Elementary School?. This research is a type of field research. Therefore the objects studied in schools are able to provide information about research studies. In order for this research to run well, research methods require planning steps that are systematic and in accordance with scientific principles. In addition, intensive qualitative research was carried out, participating in recording all data and then analyzing the data obtained during the research. This study shows that: (1). Teacher performance can be known by carrying out teacher performance assessments which make an activity to foster and develop professional teachers who from teachers, by teachers, for teachers. The principal assesses the implementation of learning including pre-learning (checking class readiness and apperception), core activities (mastery of material, learning strategies, use of media/sources, assessment of learning processes and outcomes, use of language), and closing (reflection, summary and follow-up) (2) Efforts by school principals to improve teacher professionalism by providing (a) guidance to teachers in preparing lesson plans, (b) monitoring teachers in carrying out learning, (c) supervising the running of educational activity programs, (d) checking condition and integrity of school facilities as supporting student achievement, (e) evaluating through briefings and educational program meetings

Abstract

Salah satu keterampilan khas Aceh yang dikembangkan untuk peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat adalah membuat hiasan sulaman payet pada baju pengantin dan baju Aceh untuk anak-anak. Sebagai salah satu perlengkapan set pelaminan yang selalu digunakan pada upacara adat. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui pelatihan membuat baju pengantin dan menyulam payet kepada 6 kelompok usaha yang terdiri dari 24 peserta dan penyampaian materi. Hasil pengabdian telah menghasilkan 1 pasang baju pengantin Aceh dengan aplikasi payet serta 2 pasang baju Aceh untuk anak-anak yang dapat digunakan sebagai pelengkap set pelaminan yang sudah dimiliki kelompok PKK di Gampong Lamgapang. Dari hasil tersebut telah dapat mengembangkan usaha penyewaan baju pengantin dan baju Aceh anak-anak yang dapat digunakan sebagai pegiring pengantin atau pada upacara khitanan.Diharapkan hasil produk tersebut dapat menjadikan usaha produktif yang ada semakin berkembang Kata Kunci: Usaha produktif, Baju pengantin, Sulaman payet.

Abstract

Salah satu kerajinan khas Aceh.yang dikembangkan untuk peningkatan ekonomi masayarakat adalahsulaman benang emas pada Seuhap dan payung pengantin. Seuhap dan payung pengantin merupakansalah satu perlengkapan set pelaminan yang selalu digunakan pada upacara adat. Pengabdian inidilakukan melalui metode pelatihan menyulam seuhap dan payung pengantin kepada 2 kelompokusaha yang terdiri dari 24 dan penyampaian materi dan teknik pemasaran produk. Hasil pengabdiantelah mendesain 6 motif Aceh untuk seuhap dan payung pengantin, menghasilkan 10 buah seuhap dan5 buah payung pengantin yang dapat digunakan sebagai pelengkap set pelaminan yang sudah dimilikikelompok PKK di Gampong Lamgapang. Dari hasil tersebut telah mengembangkan usaha baru yaituusaha penyewaan wadah Hantaran dan Payung Pengantin     Kata Kunci: Seuhap, Payung pengantin, Sulaman benang emas.
