Abstract

Today, begging and begging for something that is considered normal is mainly used as a livelihood to meet their needs. This phenomenon continues to develop and has tools that can support its development. This study aims to look at the hadiths about begging and see the implications on social order, with content analysis methods and qualitative data type takhrij methods, namely data relating to authenticity, blasphemy, content and implications of Hadith begging. The main source of data is the books of the Hadith al-Mashhadi al-Ashliyah assisted with supporting data sources that produce the Hadith about begging, namely marfu 'Qauli haqiqi due to the words of Rasulallah SAW and including the Hadith ahad Mashhur because the raw is four at the beginning of thabaqah and subsequently accompanied by several narrators. The hadith asks for clear whereabouts and as a strict rebuke to all creatures of Allah SWT to avoid begging and encourage hard work and earn a living that is lawful to meet all their needs.

Abstract

In 2020, Covid-19 occurred which caused panic, fear, anxiety and various other excessive expressions in society. This is due to differences in background, religion, education, personality and individual perceptions of society which of course are also different. The purpose of this study examines the concept of an anthropological approach, how the Covid-19 pandemic is when studied from an anthropological perspective and what kind of new culture is formed during this pandemic. This research is included in qualitative research with a descriptive approach method to explain facts, data and research objects. This research was conducted at the Muhajirin Mosque, Perum Tamanjaya, Tasikmalaya City and residents as data reinforcement. Meanwhile, research data was collected through three techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that the evolution of religion and culture that occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic in Tasikmalaya City included restrictions on religion such as congregational prayers, religious studies and grand tablighs that have been tightened and even stopped. Likewise, the culture of going home, silaturahmi, shaking hands and other cultures have also been stopped and replaced virtually. The impact of the changes that have occurred has given rise to various expressions among the community and anthropology as an approach that studies humans and all their behavior tries to understand the various differences that have occurred due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The study of hadith in the Islamic scientific tradition often focuses on the authenticity of sanad and matan, but does not pay attention to the historical context and ethical values contained behind the words and actions of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Fazlur Rahman's approach through the concept of Double Movement offers an interpretive framework that combines the understanding of the context of the emergence of the hadith with the withdrawal of universal moral principles that can be applied to contemporary reality. This study aims to analyze the relevance and contribution of this approach in developing a more responsive interpretation of hadith to modern social dynamics. This research uses a qualitative-hermeneutic method with literature study techniques, involving an in-depth analysis of Rahman's primary works as well as relevant hadith literature and contemporary studies. The data was analyzed by tracing the relationship between the hadith texts, their historical context, and the rationalization of moral values produced through the double movement of interpretation. The results of the study show that this approach is effective in bridging the gap between normative texts and the ethical needs of today's society. The double movement approach allows for a more substantive reconstruction of the meaning of the hadith, resulting in an understanding that does not stop at the literal level, but moves towards applicable moral principles. These findings confirm that Rahman's hermeneutic methodology has contributed significantly to the development of contemporary hadith studies, particularly in the context of ethical ijtihad and the renewal of Islamic thought.
