Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pendidikan dan pelatihan, dampak, faktor pendukung, dan hambatan dari Sekolah Pra Nikah di Masjid Nurul 'Ashri Sleman, Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis melalui tahapan seleksi data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1) Manajemen pelatihan sekolah pra nikah berbasis digital dimulai dengan identifikasi kebutuhan dan tujuan pelatihan serta menetapkan kurikulum. Perencanaan dilakukan melalui koordinasi awal tim pengelola dengan pembagian tugas untuk setiap divisi, menentukan materi dan narasumber, menjadwalkan pelaksanaan, serta menyiapkan promosi di media sosial. Pelaksanaan dimulai dengan promosi di media sosial dan pendaftaran peserta, diikuti oleh proses pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah dan media digital seperti Zoom dan YouTube. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan meminta peserta mengisi survei kepuasan dan menyelesaikan tugas berupa rangkuman materi dan kuis di Instagram.(2) Dampak dari manajemen pelatihan ini terlihat dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap peserta di berbagai aspek seperti agama, kesehatan fisik dan mental, pengelolaan keuangan, dan teknik komunikasi yang efektif.(3) Faktor pendukung pelatihan sekolah pra nikah meliputi akses yang luas dan mudah, dukungan dari pengurus masjid, penggunaan teknologi modern, beragam materi, dan narasumber yang ahli di bidangnya masing-masing. Kendala yang dihadapi antara lain keterbatasan akses internet, gangguan listrik, kurangnya waktu untuk interaksi tanya jawab, ketiadaan tes awal dan tes akhir dalam pelatihan, serta belum adanya evaluasi peserta setelah menikah.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the 2023 curriculum reform on the quality of learning in Indonesian schools. By adopting this reform, an improvement in the quality of learning covering students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects is expected. This study critically examines how the implementation of the new curriculum may affect teachers' teaching methods, student participation, as well as overall learning outcomes. The study takes a multi-stakeholder perspective that includes opinions from teachers, students and parents to gain a comprehensive view of the reform. This study uses the literature research method, where data is collected through analyzing documents, journal articles and previous research reports related to the curriculum implemented in Indonesia and other countries for comparison. The results show that the 2023 curriculum reform has positive potential in improving the quality of learning in schools, both at primary and tertiary levels. The new curriculum learning system supports a more active and student-oriented learning style and enhances students' critical and creative skills. However, the biggest challenges relate to the readiness of school infrastructure and the professional development of teachers in implementing innovative teaching methods. In addition, student participation in the learning process is reported to be increasing, although there are concerns regarding access gaps especially in remote areas.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership and management programs in the context of teacher professional development, using a literature review approach. The results show that effective leadership and management programs can strengthen teachers' capacity in decision-making, communication, conflict management and problem-solving, further contributing to the creation of a supportive and innovative learning environment. Furthermore, findings indicate that participation in these programs is positively associated with improved student performance, through more effective teaching and more efficient classroom management. Feedback from peers and program participants also highlighted the importance of elements such as mentoring, project-based training and self-reflection in improving the quality of leadership and management in the school environment. Overall, this literature review confirms that investing in teachers' professional leadership and management development is a vital strategy for improving teaching quality and educational outcomes. This research suggests that schools and other educational institutions design and implement structured and sustainable programs for teacher leadership coaching as part of their professional development strategies.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manfaat dalam bidang pendidikan yang didapatkan oleh penerima bantuan zakat koperasi syariah el-Zawa UIN Maulana Malaik Ibrahim Malang. Penelitian ini berkaitan dengan penelitian lapangan dalam kelompok ilmu sosial sehingga peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari ketua dan anggota eL-Zawa serta ashnaf yang terdaftar sebagai penerima dari distribusi zakat. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh secara tidak langsung, atau data yang sudah ada sebelumnya berupa laporan keuangan, buku panduan atau profil lembaga kajian zakat dan wakaf di UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: (1) Manajemen pengumpulan dana zakat profesi disosialisasikan menggunakan manajemen top-down melalui surat edaran potongan zakat yang dikeluarkan oleh Rektor UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Dalam praktiknya, sebagian kecil dosen dan karyawan tidak mendaftarkan diri sebagai muzakki karena mengaku telah memiliki warga binaan sendiri dan ada pula yang pendapatannya belum mencapai nishab wajib zakat karena berdasar pada pendapat bahwa zakat dipotong ketika telah dikurangi dengan kewajiban dan kebutuhan. Selanjutnya, untuk prosedur pemotongannya menggunakan payroll yang dilakukan oleh pihak bank BTN dengan besaran 2,5% sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku. Besaran nominal yang dikumpulkan oleh BTN berbeda di setiap bulannya, dapat berkurang dan bertambah sesuai dengan peningkatan jumlah muzakki yang mendaftar. (2) Manajemen pendistribusian zakat profesi untuk pendidikan di UIN maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang berjalan sesuai dengan prinsip manajemen, mulai dari perencanaan anggaran hingga proses distribusi dan evaluasi. Dalam Program Jatim Cerdas, eL-Zawa mendanai dan memberikan subsidi bantuan biaya pendidikan muali dari tingkat TK/RA hingga Perguruan Tinggi. Pada tahap perencanaan, anggota eL-Zawa menganalisis tujuan dan mengukur seberapa besar alokasi sumber dana yang dapat dimanfaatkan guna bantuan pendidikan. Sebelum melakukan distribusi, eL-Zawa juga membentuk tim dari pihak kader yang membantu untuk penyaluran distribusi dana. Dalam melaksanakan distribusi, biasanya metode yang dilakukan ialah dengan membayarkan langsung ke lokasi distribusi (sekolah-sekolah penerima bantuan) dan untuk bantuan Non SPP dilakukan di kantor eL-Zawa secara rutin dengan memberikan bingkisan keperluan sekolah atau sembako. Untuk tahap akhir, evaluasi yang dilakukan guna menjaga agar program semakin baik ialah dengan melakukan rapat koordinasi dan evaluasi rutin setelah program terlaksana. (3) Manfaat yang dapat diambil dari eksistensi lembaga eL- Zawa sebagai lembaga pengelola dana zakat untuk bantuan pendidikan antara lain: bantuan biaya pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pendidikan, program-program yang berjalan juga berdampak pada jenjang karir penerima bantuan serta adanya pembinaan karakter dan kaderisasi yang dapat membekali soft skill tertentu, khususnya manajerial dan public speaking.

Abstract

Introduction: Telang flower (Clitoria Ternatea L.) is a type of flowering plant from the legume tribe with a purplish color that contains anthocyanin compounds as a source of antioxidants. Antioxidants play an important role in protecting the body from oxidative damage caused by free radicals that can trigger various degenerative diseases. One form of telang flower utilization is processed as a health drink. However, information regarding the utilization of telang flowers as a health drink is still very rarely known by the public, especially in teenagers. Objective: The purpose of this service was to provide knowledge and skills to adolescents in the environment of SMK Patria Gading Rejo regarding the benefits of telang flowers as antioxidants and the correct way of processing. Method: This public service was conducted by Desember 2024 with a lecture method using Project Still media and direct demonstrations to teenagers in the environment of SMK Patria Gading Rejo.  Result: The results of this activity can increase participants understanding of the benefits of telang flower tea as an anti oxidant with an average pre test score of 35 and an average post test score of 80.5. In addition, participants can directly demonstrate how to make telang flower tea properly and correctly with a total percentage reaching 65% and participants who demonstrate less well and correctly only reach 35%. Conclusion: There is an understanding of adolescents at SMK Patria Gading Rejo about the process of making and business opportunities for telang flower tea.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of Ukhuwah Islamiyah and its contribution in building civil society among Generation Z. The focus of the research includes Generation Z's understanding of the values of Ukhuwah Islamiyah as well as the challenges and opportunities in its application in the digital era. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through literature studies, collecting secondary data from related scientific journals. The findings of the study show that Generation Z interprets Ukhuwah Islamiyah through a digital lens, integrating the values of brotherhood, justice, tolerance, and inclusivity in social life. These values are an important foundation in realizing a harmonious and just civil society. The study also identified challenges such as digital individualism and disinformation, as well as opportunities through social media and religious education platforms. As a contribution, this study provides strategic recommendations to increase the understanding and participation of Generation Z in actualizing Ukhuwah Islamiyah, as well as enriching academic studies on the relationship between Islamic values and the development of modern society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the understanding of the concept of puberty (adulthood) in Islamic education and its implications for the development of educational practices and the formation of adolescent character. Through a qualitative approach with the literature research method, data is collected from sources such as the Qur'an, Hadith, and related literature, then analyzed using content analysis. The results show that puberty is not just a biological change, but a critical phase for moral and spiritual growth, so it requires structured education to prepare adolescents for religious and social responsibilities. The study concludes that integrating a philosophical understanding of puberty into Islamic education can contribute significantly to the holistic development of adolescents, equipping them with the values and skills needed to navigate the complexities of modern life. This study advocates a deeper engagement with the concept of puberty to cultivate responsible and moral individuals in society.

Abstract

The balance between science and spirituality is a fundamental concept in Al-Ghazali's thought that offers a solution to the modern dichotomy between mind and heart. This article aims to analyze Al-Ghazali's perspective on the integration of science ('ilm) and spirituality (tazkiyatun nafs) as two complementary aspects in achieving happiness in this world and the hereafter. Using the library research method, this article examines how Al-Ghazali emphasizes the importance of knowledge that is not only cognitive, but also accompanied by purification of the soul to avoid intellectual arrogance. Conversely, spirituality without the basis of true knowledge can lead a person to misguidance. The findings of this article show that Al-Ghazali's concept is relevant in the present context, where humans face a crisis of meaning due to the dominance of secular science that ignores the transcendental dimension. Thus, Al-Ghazali's synthesis of science and spirituality can be a holistic framework for the development of ethical and divinity-oriented science.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of self-differentiation in Bowen's system philosophically and its implications for family education as the foundation of children's identity formation. Using a qualitative method and literature review approach as well as a philosophical analysis of Bowen's theory, especially regarding self-differentiation that emphasizes the individual's ability to separate cognitive and emotional functions when interacting in the family, this research provides deep insights. The research findings show that a high level of self-differentiation in family members supports the development of a strong and independent child identity, because children can regulate their emotions and thoughts well, and avoid emotional dependence or unhealthy interaction patterns. Therefore, family education that adopts the principle of self-differentiation from Bowen's system can be an important foundation to ensure the formation of a positive child identity, increase emotional and intellectual independence, and reduce conflict within the family. This approach supports the development of more mature and stable individuals in the context of family and society.

Abstract

If industrial factory waste is directly disposed of into the surrounding environment, it can cause pollution, damaging the areas affected by the waste. Therefore, it is necessary to process the waste to reduce the harmful substances contained in the waste. This study conducted an experiment to reduce the metal content in batik liquid waste (Cu and Cd) using duck egg shells and durian peels as adsorbents. Before the production of activated charcoal, the duck egg shells and durian skins were washed and then sun-dried. Next, the duck egg shells are crushed into small granules, and the durian skins are cut into small pieces to facilitate carbonization. The carbonization process is carried out using a device called a furnace at a temperature of 600 °C for 2 hours for duck egg shells, and 300 °C for 1 hour for durian peels. Then, the obtained charcoal is ground and sieved using a 140 mesh sieve, followed by activation using a 4 N H3PO4 solution for 24 hours. The adsorption process is differentiated based on variations in contact time of 30, 90, and 180 minutes as the independent variable in the study, with adsorbent weight and stirring speed as the constant variables. After being analyzed using atomic absorption spectrophotometry, a reduction in Cu metal content by 27% and Cd metal content by 19% was obtained. The pH decreased from 13 to 10.
