Abstract

Image processing is a very important subject to be discussed in computer science. Many applications of image processing are already in the field. Image processing techniques are applied in color and grayscale images. The application of image processing are ranging for military, medical and many other applications. One most important thing to analyse image and enhance its quality is doing edge detection. Edge detection in image is a well known approach to be used to detect discontinuity in grayscale image. Edge detection functions to identify edge line in images. Sobel algorithm is one of most known algorithm, others are prewitt, canny, homogeneity algorithms. Image can be made sharper and will enhance its quality. To detect number plate of cars, an edge detection algorithm needs to be applied. In number plate, to recognize the cars number plate, the image should be clear and clean from dirt. Sometimes we can not recognize the plate number if it is too blur or has many dirt. So in its application we need a strong edge detection algorithm to recognize car number plate easily. In this journal, five car’s images are presented. Each with the original image, grayscale image and the image after edge detected by sobel algorithm. It is concluded that this algorithm is quiet good in the implementation. But in the result, there are poor quality image also. For PSNR of images after edge detected, their values are between 19 and 20 dB, which are not good.

Abstract

Constructing a digital platform is an essential priority in an era where technology is the cornerstone of success in the real estate marketing and sales sector. Nevertheless, the advancement of these platforms is frequently impeded by obstacles pertaining to integration, security, and scalability, which stem from their inadequate establishment. Existing platforms' incapability to rapidly adapt to shifting market dynamics frequently impedes the development of innovative digital solutions for the real estate industry, which provided the impetus for this study. The fundamental objective of this study is to create a framework capable of accommodating scalable business expansion, enhancing data security, and overcoming integration obstacles. Utilizing Enterprise Architecture principles in the design and implementation of the platform, as well as conducting a comprehensive examination of the current IT infrastructure, stakeholder requirements, and mapping of pertinent business processes, will comprise the research methods. The results of this study are expected to contribute to a wholehearted comprehension of how the Enterprise Architecture approach can function as a resilient framework for the development of effective digital platforms. In the contemporary digital age, this platform is expected to furnish solutions capable of swiftly adjusting and reacting to evolving market dynamics and changes, thereby facilitating the marketing and sales requirements of real estate. Finally, this research endeavors to offer a comprehensive and practical perspective on constructing a robust and flexible digital infrastructure that can effectively cater to the demands of the real estate sector in the current era of digitalization.

Abstract

The present research examines the incorporation of Enterprise Architecture into project management in the food manufacturing sector with the aim of enhancing operational efficiency and corporate accountability. This study investigates the use of an integrated Enterprise Architecture strategy with project management in the food industry to improve production processes by using the crucial role of information technology. The aim of this approach is to enhance operational frameworks, customize information systems, and guarantee the congruence between business strategic aims and technology implementation. Within this framework, the analysis centers on the potential of integrating Enterprise Architecture to enhance transparency, interoperability, and scalability in the food manufacturing industry. Enterprise Architecture offers a comprehensive perspective on the technological infrastructure needed to ease effective and adaptable business operations. The implementation of Enterprise Architecture yields advantages in elucidating system architecture, enhancing coordination among diverse business components, and easing the more adaptable assimilation of modifications. Enterprise Architecture is crucial in project management as it eases improved decision-making and more efficient risk management. This study emphasizes the significance of incorporating Enterprise Architecture into the management of projects in the food industry as a strategic basis for ongoing operational advancement and enhancement while simultaneously prioritizing product quality, production efficiency, and responsiveness to evolving market demands.

Abstract

Abstract Climbing in Indonesia from year to year has increased the demand. More and more climbers are interested in this activity but increasingly also accidents that occur in the mountain due to lack of knowledge and discipline of climbers. The mountaineering guide app is made to help climbers to plan preparations before climbing and while climbing the mountains, this app also features a mountain position layout and path from basecamp, climbing posts to the top, and can request evacuation requests at TimSAR. By using the technology of Global Positioning System and Location Based Service climbers can easily find the point where it is located, and can minimize accidents and even death that can occur in the mountain. Keywords: Mountaineer, Location Based Service, Global Positioning System, Mountain Climbing Guide. Abstrak Pendakian di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun mengalami peningkatan peminatnya. Semakin banyak pendaki yang meminati kegiatan ini tetapi semakin bertambah pula kecelakaan yang terjadi di gunung akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dan kedisiplinan pendaki. Aplikasi panduan mendaki gunung dibuat untuk membantu para pendaki untuk merencanakan persiapan sebelum mendaki dan saat mendaki gunung, aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan tata letak posisi gunung dan jalur dari basecamp, pos-pos pendakian sampai ke puncak, dan dapat meminta permintaan evakuasi pada TimSAR. Dengan menggunakan teknologi Global Positioning System dan Location Based Service pendaki dapat dengan mudah mencari titik posisinya berada, dan dapat meminimalisir kecelakaan bahkan kematian yang dapat terjadi di gunung. Kata kunci: Pendaki Gunung, Location Based Service, Global Positioning System, Panduan Mendaki Gunung.

Abstract

Exchange sort is different from bubble sort. Exchange sort compares an element with other elements in the array, and swaps elements if necessary. So there is an element that is always the center element (pivot). Here is its theoretical description: Comparison, the algorithm compares each element with its adjacent element. Then continue until all elements are compared. Swap: If the elements are in the wrong order (for example, in ascending order, if the left element is greater than the right), they are swapped. This swapping continues until all match numbers are swapped. Iteration, this process of comparing and swapping, is repeated for each pair of adjacent elements in the array. Looping, this process is repeated a number of times (traversing) the array until no more swapping is required, indicating that the array is sorted. It is concluded that for the six numbers in these three case studies, the iterations needed are 5 iterations each. The swaps counts needed are 7, for case study 1. The swap counts needed are 12 for case study 2 and the swap counts are 8 for case study 3. In this research and analysis, the order, all of them is descending, although it can be made ascending. In modern days, exchange sort plays a very important role in terms of sorting algorithms. This paper is only research and analysis. For novelty, the analysis is given with a clear step-by-step procedure of the algorithm.

Abstract

During this pandemic, student learning activities are mostly or entirely carried out at home with their respective parents. One aspect that is evaluated by the teacher at the school periodically is the development of children's talents. Measurement/reading of children's talents during this pandemic needs to be done by parents at home. Among the applications that can be used to measure talent is the Talents Mapping application. Measurement of talent with Talents Mapping aims to ensure that students have carried out 114 productive activities so that the traits and productive roles that most often appear as indicators of their talents can be identified. Andry Fadjriya has developed a method of observing children's talents (Talents Observation) which is derived from the Talents Mapping application so that it can be used for elementary school students. This training aims to provide the ability to observe talent for the parents of Tangerang Alam School students so that they are able to identify the talents of their respective children. The Talents Mapping application generates reports covering 34 productive traits, 114 productive activities, and productive roles. So this training was carried out for 5 sessions @ 2 hours in order to provide a complete understanding to the parents of the Tangerang Alam School students.

Abstract

Technological developments have a significant impact on children's life. While the use of gadgets provides benefits and learning opportunities, it can also potentially have a negative impact on their health and development. Awareness of the dangers of gadgets and the importance of maintaining a healthy and technology- aware environment is crucial. This community service program aims to socialize the dangers of gadgets to children with a focus on raising awareness about the importance of maintaining a healthy and technology-aware environment. This program provides knowledge, understanding, and skills to children and parents so that they can use gadgets responsibly and in a balanced manner. The program is implemented through KKN activities with student participation as facilitators. The implementation methods include material delivery, group discussions, demonstrations, and other interactive activities. This activity will be carried out door-to-door in the surrounding area. This program combines knowledge about the dangers of gadgets with the need for children to maintain health and develop positive technology awareness. It is hoped that this program can increase community awareness of the dangers of gadgets on children and the importance of maintaining a healthy and technology- aware environment. Implications for further programs involve continued efforts in outreach and education to children, parents, and teachers. This program can serve as a model for similar activities in other areas with similar contexts.
