Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar siswa yang rendah dan dikarenakan kegiatan pembelajaran terpusat pada guru, selain itu RPP yang dirancang guru kurang mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang dapat membangkitkan keaktifan siswa. Untuk itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar tematik terpadu dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Learning tipe Make A Match di kelas V SD Negeri 11 Barulak Kecamatan Tanjung Baru Kabupaten Tanah Datar dengan jumlah 16 orang siswa. Data dari penelitian diperoleh dari penilaian perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan hasil belajar. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes, dan non tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pada: a) RPP siklus I 82,95% (B), dan siklus II 95,45% (SB), b) Pelaksanaan pada aspek guru siklus I dengan rata-rata 83,32% (B+) dan siklus II 94,44% (SB), sedangkan pelaksanaan pada aspek siswa siklus I dengan rata-rata 83,32 % (B), dan siklus II 94,44 % (SB), c) Penilaian terhadap siswa pada siklus I diperoleh dengan rata-rata 77 dan siklus II dengan rata-rata 88.

Abstract

A library is a room managed by an educational institution, providing a variety of book collections. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based application that can facilitate the process of borrowing and returning books at the provincial library of North Sumatra. The web-based book borrowing application at the Provincial Library and Archives of North Sumatra is used to facilitate the process of borrowing and returning books, as well as to help the people of North Sumatra in finding information and expanding their knowledge from the books available at the Provincial Library and Archives of North Sumatra through more advanced library services. The method used in the development of this system is the waterfall model (Software Development Life Cycle). This model uses a systematic and sequential approach, with phases such as requirements, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance. The results of this study show that the web-based book borrowing and returning application at the Provincial Library and Archives of North Sumatra can facilitate the process of borrowing and returning books, with features such as users being able to borrow and return books online, view a list of available books, and track the status of their book loans online.

Abstract

The Indonesia Smart Program is a cash assistance for education aimed at elementary, middle, and high school students aged 6-21 who come from underprivileged families. In the selection process for prospective recipients of the Indonesia Smart Program at SMA Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru, several problems arose due to the still conventional data processing. This issue is primarily caused by technological limitations and the absence of a computerized system to process that data. As a result, the process is time-consuming and prone to high error rates. Therefore, a computer-based system is needed to assist in the Recommendation of Prospective Recipients of the Indonesia Smart Program. In this study, a combination of two methods was used, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method for criterion weighting and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) for ranking. Based on the tests conducted on 180 data of students eligible to receive the Program Indonesia Pintar at SMA Negeri 1 Kutalimbaru, the ranking results established Restu (A142) in the first position as the most recommended Candidate Recipient of the Program Indonesia Pintar with a final score of “1”, with criteria including having a KIP Card “Yes”, having a KKS Card “Yes”, being an orphan “Orphan”, number of dependents “2”, parental income “No Income’. Thus, the ROC and ARAS methods prove to be suitable in assisting decision-making for recommendations for Candidates to Receive the Program Indonesia Pintar.
