Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the performance of public-school principals in Tuntang District. The subjects of this study were the heads of SD Negeri 01 Tomplakan and SDN Tlompakan 03 using qualitative data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Data triangulation using technique triangulation and source triangulation. Triangulation of techniques through interviews, documentation studies, and observations. Triangulation of sources from the results of interviews of principals was matched with the results of interviews of supervisors, teachers, and school committees, with the same questioning instrument. The data analysis technique used is qualitative with qualitative interview data from research results at SD Negeri 01 Tomplakan out of 13 competencies, 10 competencies are able, and 3 competencies that are less capable while SDN Tlompakan 03 there are 11 capable competencies and 2 competencies that are less able. The ability of principals to the maximum is in aspects of developing school planning, developing organizations, leading schools, creating a conducive school culture, management of teachers and staff, infrastructure, community relations, managing students, curriculum and special service units, information systems, and monitoring evaluation. Conclusions from this study the headmaster has been able to carry out his managerial competence well despite having to improve his administration and use of IT in schools. Recommendations from the results of this research that are "poor" need to be improved by adding administrative staff in elementary schools and conducting training in the use of IT.

Abstract

Development in the growing world of business have mande infulencing the world esier. This can be observed in buying goods as desired in a transaction using E-Commerce, regradless of the infulence in the marketing strategy of two E-Commerce. Where in the marketing strategy can be observed in terms of prices, products, promos and service offered. This research method uses qualitative methods based on literature results through sources from previous research results by discussing data based on theory 15 informants. This study aims to determine the E-Commerce application that is in great demand by the respondents in terms of its marketing strategy. The results of this study indicate that the most widely used E-Commerce based on its marketing strategy is shopee. this can be seen in terms of the price offered, the promotions provided, the products sold according to the prcie, and the service provided.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the improvement of students' collaboration skills in thematic learning can be pursued through Problem and Project Based Learning (PPjBL) and how the improvement of students' collaboration skills in thematic learning can be pursued through Problem and Project Based Learning (PPjBL). The subject of this research is 4th-grade elementary school students in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with a total of 8 students. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The CAR model from Stringer ET with the steps of look, think, act. The research procedure is carried out in two cycles. The data collection technique used observation. The research instrument was in the form of an observation sheet. The data analysis technique was a comparative descriptive technique. The results of the study stated that there was an increase in the collaboration skills of fourth-grade students in thematic learning through PPjBL proven. The increase in the number of students is yes. skilled in collaboration. The increase in average collaboration between students in cycles I and II increased by 4.93%. The average collaboration between students in the first cycle was initially at 77.75%, then increased to 82.68% in the second cycle. Improving the collaboration skills of fourth graders in thematic learning through PPjBL with the following steps: 1) identifying problems, 2) finding problems, 3) forming groups, 4) designing projects, 5) conducting research, 6) collecting data/information together groups, 7) prepare reports and publications, and 8) reflection on the problem-solving process.

Abstract

Abstract: Improving the Capability of Whole Number Counting Operations Through Realistic Mathematics Learning in Class IV SD Negeri Blotongan 02. This research aims to improve the ability to calculate whole number operations by applying realistic mathematics learning through Collaborative Classroom Action Research (PTKK). The research was conducted using the Kemmis and MC Taggart model which consists of the planning stage, the implementation/action stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. The subjects of this research were 18 students in class IV A at SD Negeri Blotongan 02, Salatiga City. Data was collected using observation, test and documentation techniques. Data analysis uses descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques. The indicator of research success is the completeness of learning outcomes, 75% of the number of students reaching the KKM (75). The research results showed that only 5 students (28%) completed the pre-cycle learning results. Cycle I began to increase with the learning outcomes of 8 students (44%) being complete. The increase in learning outcomes achieved indicators of research success in cycle II, namely 14 students (78%) completed. Based on this, it is concluded that realistic mathematics learning can improve the ability to calculate whole number operations as demonstrated by increasing the completeness of students' learning outcomes. Keyword: Learning Outcomes, Realistic Mathematics Learning, Mathematics Abstrak: Peningkatan Kemampuan Operasi Hitung Bilangan Cacah Melalui Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik di Kelas IV SD Negeri Blotongan 02. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan cacah dengan penerapan pembelajaran matematika realistik melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas Kolaboratif (PTKK). Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan model Kemmis dan MC Taggart yang terdiri dari tahap perencanaan (planning), tahap pelaksanaan/tindakan (action), tahap pengamatan (observation), dan tahap refleksi (reflection). Subjek penelitian ini adalah 18 peserta didik kelas IV A SD Negeri Blotongan 02 Kota Salatiga. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif. Indikator keberhasilan penelitian yaitu ketuntasan hasil belajar 75% jumlah peserta didik mencapai KKM (75). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar pra siklus hanya 5 peserta didik (28%) tuntas. Siklus I mulai adanya peningkatan dengan hasil belajar 8 peserta didik (44%) tuntas. Peningkatan hasil belajar mencapai indikator keberhasilan penelitian pada siklus II yaitu 14 peserta didik (78%) tuntas. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika realistik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan operasi hitung bilangan cacah yang ditunjukkan melalui peningkatan ketuntasan hasil belajar peserta didik. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Matematika Realistik, Matematika

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to implement the Discovery Learning Model assisted by Wordwall media to improve students' critical thinking skills in science learning in class IVB at SD Negeri Blotongan 02. The research was carried out in two cycles using four steps: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data collection method uses tests and non-tests, and data is analyzed using quantitative methods. The research is considered successful if the average class evaluation score reaches ? 75. The research results show an increase in the average classical student learning 78,12. Hence, the implementation of the Discovery Learning model assisted by Wordwall Media proved to be a viable solution for enhancing students' critical thinking skills.Keywords: critical thinking; discovery learning; wordwall.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model Discovery Learning berbantu media Wordwall untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada pembelaja-ran IPAS di kelas IVB SD Negeri Blotongan 02 dengan subjek sebanyak 17 peserta didik. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data tes dan non-tes, data dianalisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian dikatakan berhasil jika rata-rata hasil hasil belajar peserta didik mencapai KKM ? 75. Hasil penelitian menunjuk-kan adanya peningkatan rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik secara klasikal yaitu 78,12. Se-hingga implementasi model discovery learning berbantu media wordwall dapat dijadikan se-bagai alternaif solusi dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik.Kata kunci: berpikir kritis; discovery learning; wordwall.
