Abstract

The importance of UMKM for various parties makes it often the object of study and research which mostly discusses its development. This study deals with strategy of department of industry and cooperation of Pidie Jaya District in developing small and medium micro enterprises. This study use a descriptive qualitative. The results are there are two strategy of the Pidie Jaya trade industry and cooperatives service in developing small and medium enterprises:1) capital provision strategy; 2) Training / Empowerment Strategy. There are four efforts that improved micro, small and medium enterprises in Pidie Jaya Regency: 1) strength-opportunity strategy; 2) strength-threat strategy; 3) weakness-opportunity strategy; 4) weakness-threat strategy. It can be concluded that: (1).Capital strategy: assistance provided by the government is very supportive of community UKM, but in terms of capital / loans, UKM expect the government to allocate more budget considering that capital or raw materials and machines are so expensive. (1)The training strategy, the training strategy provided by the agency is very useful for the business community in Pidie Jaya district.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether work ethic and human resource quality influence police performance at the West Aceh Police. Of the 440 existing populations, after calculations were carried out using the Slovin formula to determine the number of samples, 82 respondents were used as samples in this research. The entire sample was asked questions by distributing questionnaires and from distributing the questionnaires, the research results were obtained, namely: Based on the results of the t test (partial test) for variable X1, the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05. So in this case it means that variable X1 (Work Ethic) has a positive and significant influence on variable Y (Employee Performance). Meanwhile, for the variable X2, the sig value obtained is 0.058>0.05. So in this case it means that variable X2 (Quality of Human Resources) has no effect on variable Y (Employee Performance). Based on the results of the F ANOVA test (simultaneous test), variables X1 and X2 obtained a sig value of 0.000<0.05. So in this case it means that variables X1 and X2 simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant influence on variable Y. So the conclusion is that the hypothesis has been answered, namely that Work Ethic and Human Resource Quality have a positive and significant influence on Police Performance at the Pores Aceh Barat

Abstract

The author chose the location and research object at the Samatiga Police, West Aceh. Based on initial observations, the author concludes his hypothesis, namely that it is suspected that workload, emotional intelligence and organizational support have an influence on police morale at the Samatiga Police. After carrying out further research, starting from the data collection process to conducting statistical data processing, the results of this research can be concluded as follows. From the results of the ANOVA F test (simultaneous test), the variables X1, X2 and X3 obtained a sig value of 0.001<0.05. So in this case it means that variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant influence on variable Y. So the conclusion is that the hypothesis has been answered, namely Workload, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Support have a positive and significant influence on Police Job Satisfaction at the Samatiga Police.

Abstract

The phenomenon of corruption is inevitable in company-related crime and delinquency, and it can affect the entire system by reducing normal funds and capital, hindering progress in advancing any company globally. Therefore, candidates for managerial positions rely on tests that reveal their true personalities and their ability to manage the company effectively. Research and development methods are used to design a test, referred to as the poster method, which assesses how candidates address issues of corruption among staff, particularly in finance and legal aspects, using a literature-based approach. In fact, the test is designed to create transparency in managers' handling of corrupt or fraudulent staff, with a focus on analyzing methods for eliminating corruption within the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Kantor Walikota Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 152 orang pegawai, dan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik slovin sehingga diperoleh 35 orang pegawai sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Kantor Walikota Banda Aceh. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa kompensasi dan disiplin kerja merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja pegawai, yang dibuktikan dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase 60,3% dan yang sisanya 39,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain, misalkan motivasi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan, iklim organisasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kedua variabel independen yaitu kompensasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Kantor Walikota Banda Aceh. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda bahwa dari kedua variabel yang diteliti, ternyata variabel kompensasi (X1) yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Kantor Walikota Banda Aceh, dengan nilai koefesien sebesar 0,743, dan diikuti oleh variabel disiplin kerja (X2) mempunyai nilai koefisien sebesar 0,277.
