Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran kemidi berbasis multimedia dengan model Numbered Head Together (NHT). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji kelayakan dan keefektifan media pembelajaran. Media Kemidi merupakan media pembelajaran untuk muatan IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah research and development. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian menurut teori Borg and Gall. Prosedur penelitian ini yaitu analisis potensi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian, dan produk akhir. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas V C SD Negeri Petompon 02, Kota Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumen, angket, dan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data awal, uji-t, dan n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukan media pembelajaran kemidi berbasis multimedia dengan model NHT dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi sebesar 93%, ahli media 97%, dan ahli praktisi 93.5%, serta hasil perhitungan uji-t sebesar 16,545 dan n-gain 16,33. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran kemidi berbasis multimedia dengan model NHT sangat layak dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran IPS materi kegiatan ekonomi di Indonesia. This research aims to develop multimedia-based kemidi through Numbered Head Together (NHT) model as learning media. This research was doing to test the feasibility and effectiveness of learning media. Multimedia-based Kemidi through NHT model was a learning media on theme of economic activities in Indonesia for fifth grade social studies subject. This type of research is research and development. The development model used in this research used to the research model according to Borg and Gall's theory. The procedures of this research were analysis of potential problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revisions, product trial, product revisions, usage trial, and final product. The subjects of this research were fifth C class of Petompon 02 Elementary School, Semarang City. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documents, questionnaires, and tests. Data analysis techniques used preliminary data analysis, t-test, and n-gain test.The results showed that multimedia-based kemidi learning media with NHT models was appropriate to be used in learning based on score of the content’s material expert was 93%, media experts was 97%, and practitioner experts was 93.5%, the results of t-test calculations was 15,386 and n-gain was 19,33. In Conclusion, multimedia-based kemidi through NHT model was very feasible and effective to be used for learning theme of economic activities in Indonesia in social studies subject.

Abstract

This mini research aimed to examine the effectiveness of interactive multimedia on collaboration skills and science learning outcomes concerning the human respiratory system among fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Kalibombong. Interactive multimedia on the respiratory system was directly utilized during the learning sessions for fifth graders. This study adopted an experimental research design with a quasi-experimental setup. The research procedure included a preparatory phase with initial observations and the development of research instruments, the implementation phase, and the conclusion phase. The subjects of this study were fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Kalibombong, Banjarnegara district. Data collection techniques used were observations, document analysis, surveys, and tests. Based on the t-test results for the collaboration skills variable, a tvalue of 2.125 was obtained, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.048, thus H1 was accepted. Similarly, the t-test results for the learning outcomes variable showed a tvalue of 3.112, exceeding the t-table value of 2.048, leading to the acceptance of H1. This mini research concludes that interactive multimedia is effective in enhancing collaboration skills and science learning outcomes related to the human respiratory system.
