Abstract

Job security is one of the human rights and rights as a citizen that must be realized by the founding fathers of the Indonesian nation as stated in the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. According to the main employment status category, workers can be combined into two parts, namely formal workers and informal workers. Formal workers consist of: 1) Workers who try to be assisted by permanent workers/paid workers 2) Laborers/employees/employees Workers who try to be assisted by permanent workers/paid workers. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan offers the Non-Wage Recipient Program (BPU) for informal sector self-employed workers. Because if at any time an accident occurs or causes death, the informal sector self-employed worker who has registered as a participant in the BPU Employment BPJS program and their family will receive benefits or guarantees such as hospital fees and compensation that have been determined according to applicable regulations. The goal to be achieved in this study is the Optimization of Public Services at the Merauke Branch Employment BPJS in non-recipient membership (BPU). The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. The results of the study show that the Optimization of Services at the Merauke Branch of the Employment BPJS Office is seen from five gaps, namely the Knowledge gap, Standards gap, Deliver. gap, Communication gap, and Service gap. Obstacles and pain were found in the services provided by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, but they can be overcome by employees who always listen to every mistake experienced by participants properly and explain properly and clearly and in detail to participants so that conflicts that occur in services can be resolved by well and services are running well and safely again and there is a lack of public understanding of the importance of employment guarantees and protection benefits.

Abstract

The use of fuel oil (BBM) will continue to increase in line with Indonesia's national economic growth. Government decisions to make policies and see their implementation in Indonesia. The concepts of implementation seeems complex and challenging , involving various stages, actors and interactions. The importants points highlighted by Van Meter and Van Horn (in Dwiyanto Indiahono) are Policy Implementation, Actor Interaction, Local Context, Monitoring and Evaluation in the transportation sector at the STIA Karya Dharma Merauke Campus. The aims that achieved in this study was to see the impact of implementing policies made by the government, especially in the transportation sector for STIA Karya Dharma Merauke campus students, especially for students who use their own vehicles orĀ  transportation user. This research method is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the policy and the interaction of actors has been running as it should in accordance with the standards and policy targets set by the government. So far, there has been no direct statement from the government to help students deal with the rising price of fuel oil (BBM), so that it hopeĀ  this problem can immediately become material for consideration by the government to find alternative solutions by maximizing the potential of human resources owned by the Institute. In local contexts that are interrelated where politics greatly influences the situation of the social environment in society and the economy is fundamental in social terms within the community itself, Monitoring and Evaluation that must owened by the policy implementing agency, including, Democratic, responsive, transparent, honest , and able to provide solutions to each problem.

Abstract

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is divided into provinces, which are further divided into districts and cities, according to Article 18 of the 1945 Constitution. Each province, district, and city have a regional administration that is governed by law. extend an invitation. The governments of provinces, regencies, and cities control and oversee their own activities in accordance with their powers of autonomy and assistance. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the Community and Village Empowerment Service's involvement in the Tanah Miring District's application for Sarsangg Hamlet enlargement. This study employed a descriptive approach using qualitative methodologies. Interviews, observation, and documentation were employed in the data collection process. According to this study, the Merauke Regency has been contacted by the Yasa Mulya Village authority.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the level of student satisfaction with the quality of administrative services at STIA Karya Dharma Merauke. This research is a descriptive quantitative study using survey methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The population of this study is all active students for the academic year 2023/2024, totaling 478 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, and a sample of 83 students was obtained. The data analysis technique used is the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI), in this case, students. The research results show that student satisfaction based on direct evidence indicators generally has an average score of 60.17, which falls into the Fair category. Student satisfaction based on the responsiveness indicator falls into the good category with an average score of 67.85. The Reliability Indicator with an average score of 79.72 falls into the Good category. The Empathy Indicator with a score of 78.82 falls into the Good category. The service procedure indicator with a score of 79.07 falls into the Good category. The Justice Indicator received a service score of 80.42, which falls into the Good category. Meanwhile, the environmental comfort indicator received a score of 60.24, which falls into the Satisfactory category. On the service security indicator, the score is 76.20, categorized as Good. Overall, student satisfaction with the quality of administrative services at STIA Karya Dharma Merauke falls into the good category

Abstract

This research aims to determine the service quality of the Aviation Unit (Avsec) in checking passengers and baggage at the Security Check Point (SCP) of Merauke Class I Mopah Airport. The method used in this research is a qualitative method using data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using interactive analysis, which consists of three stages, namely, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the level of passenger satisfaction with the services of Aviation Security (Avsec) officers is considered satisfactory. The officers have carried out their duties well in checking passengers and baggage which will ensure the safety and security of passengers at Merauke Class I Mopah Airport. Supporting factors are reliability and expertise in carrying out tasks in accordance with their field, supporting airport facilities and infrastructure as well as friendly and polite officers in serving passengers. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is the low level of discipline, which causes delays in service to passengers.
