Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pengajaran manajemen inovasi (IMT) yang mencakup tanggung jawab sosial universitas (USR) dan pembelajaran berbasis masalah (PBL) menggunakan proyek USR yang diselenggarakan oleh penulis selama dua tahun terakhir. Setelah dua tahun dilakukan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang berpartisipasi dalam model IMT dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mereka, rasa prestasi, dan rasa hormat. Selanjutnya, beberapa masalah objek regional (kabupaten Guantian) juga dapat diselesaikan setelah melakukan proyek USR.This study aimed to develop an innovation management teaching (IMT) model which included university social responsibility (USR) and problem-based learning (PBL) using a USR project that hosted by the authors during recent two years. After two years performed. Results showed that the students who participate in the IMT model can enhance their learning motivation, sense of accomplishment, and sense of honour. Furthermore, some problems of the regional object (Guantian district) also can be solved after perform the USR project.

Abstract

This research involved nine participants, including three mid-to-senior-level executives from the public and private sectors in central and southern Taiwan, two small and medium-sized enterprise owners, and one expert from an employment counselling center. Interpretative analysis of interview texts obtained through focus group interviews and in-depth interviews yielded the following propositions: (1) selecting employees with social sensitivity, guiding them in observing words and actions, and fostering reflective learning; (2) utilizing work record forms, notes, and implementing mentorship programs to share and pass on the knowledge and skills of reading the atmosphere; (3) using app-based games or book club platforms to simulate and practice reading the atmosphere to avoid instructional conflicts. These findings and discussions may help new employees assimilate into the organization more rapidly, reduce employee turnover, and enhance work efficiency and the organizational climate.

Abstract

Taiwan was enter the super-aged society, therefore, the demand of long-term care (LTC) system for elderly day care (EDC) centre is increasing. The government had also announced that it will promote the construction of more EDC centres. However, the establishment and operation of an EDC centre not only involves regulations, funds, medical care, psychology, etc., but also requires the use of business operation and management knowledge, otherwise it will not be easy to operate normally for a long time and provide better care services for the community. The present study adopts qualitative method which conducts in-depth interviews with five different types of EDC centres executors, there are owned by hospital, societies legal person, consortium legal person, company, personal. According to the competitiveness tool SWOT analysis, the Porter five forces model and the business model canvas, the data collected during the interviews were analysed to understand the business models, advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, and threats of different ownership types of EDC centres, as well as industrial competitiveness. Finally, this research provides reference and advice for new operators who are currently operating or are about to enter the EDC centre industry.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the problems faced by Taiwan's aquaculture industry, such as the increased risk of drug residues caused by excessive use of water and soil resources and high-density farming, and to improve its competitiveness. Improve regional production and marketing operations, increase environmental protection production methods, and increase young people's willingness to return to their hometowns to invest. In order to increase consumers' trust in aquaculture aquatic products, basic safety requirements can be achieved through production and sales history labels, vacuum-sealed packaging, and clear labels, thereby enhancing consumer loyalty. Brand features and product discounts can also enhance loyalty. This study uses the focus group interview method to understand the problems of regional farming and the expected future prospects. Results found that it is possible to integrate regional farmers, establish sales channels for agricultural and fishery products in Chiayi, achieve sustainable development and improve competitiveness, and increase the willingness of young people to return to their hometowns to invest. To sum up, there are the following three propositions: (1) Construct cooperation channels to increase the added value of production and sales. (2) Introduce friendly breeding and increase product differentiation. (3) Establish an intelligent platform to train young people to return hometown. In addition, it is also suggested to combine the promotion of local recreational fishery and the characteristics of e-commerce distribution and sales to establish an operation model of online distribution and sales; and widely publicize Taiwan's seafood and aquatic product certification and inspection system to promote friendly farming methods to improve the existing breeding environment. Protect the sustainable environment and increase production value.
