Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : 1) pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap regulasi diri pada siswa SMA Negeri 1 Batusangkar 2) pengaruh efikasi diri dan regulasi diri terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Batusangkar. 1 Batusangkar.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proporsional random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 51 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap regulasi diri, (2) efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, (3) regulasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. pada hasil pembelajaran.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to describe what the Mina Padi program was carried out by PT Pertamian RU III Plaju in the Sungai Rebo area for the community in Sungai Rebo village, (2) to calculate the monetization value from SROI calculations for the Mina Padi program in the village Sungai Rebo, (3) Analyzing the value of the reciprocal ratio of social investment in the implementation of PT Pertamian RU III Plaju's CSR program in Sungai Rebo Village, Banyuasin Regency. In this study, the SROI forecasting method was used to process Mina Padi program data where SROI is an analytical tool that measures the impact or benefits of a program, where later the outcomes of all activities carried out during this program are monetized into currency values, SROI forecasting itself is a method which is used for forecasting the value of the outcome of the Mina Padi program for the next 4 years. The Mina Padi Program is a program of CSR Pertamina RU III where the activities are carried out in Sungai Rebo Village, Banyuaasin I District, Banyuasin Regency, this Mina Padi program is not only in the form of rice but also integrated agriculture (rice, fish, ducks and vegetables), the purpose of this program is itself is to increase knowledge, skills, raise the standard of living of farmers, as well as to empower the people in the Rebo River. The SROI ratio of the Mina Padi program is as follows: (1) In calculating the SROI ratio every year, a positive value is obtained where the value of the SROI ratio is more than 1, which means that every IDR 1 invested will get a value that is more than the initial cost. invested, (2) In 2022 the SROI ratio value is 3.529, in 2023 the SROI ratio value is 3.028, in 2024 the SROI ratio value is 2.619 and in 2025 the SROI ratio value is 1.404, where the SROI ratio value is from 2022 – 2025 is worth > 1, which means that the Mina Padi program is able to produce a positive impact that exceeds the initial investment provided.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low learning activity of the learning communities in participating in the learning process of the PKBM Uhibbu Ummi Kab. Lima Puluh Kota. Researchers suspect that the cause of the low learning activity in learning communities may be due to the lack of application of the andragogic approach by tutors. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the use of andragogic approaches, descriptions of active learning, and the relationship between the two. This type of study is a correlative descriptive quantitative research. The research population was students of class XI and XII Package C who met the criteria of 37 people and the entire population was used as respondents. The data collection technique is survey-based using survey-based data collection tools. The data analysis method in this study uses the formula for percent and product moments. Results of this study indicate that: (1) the use of the tutor's andragogy approach is still low, (2) community learning activities are still low, and (3) there is a significant relationship between the tutor's andragogy approach and the learning activities of Package C residents at PKBM Uhibbu Ummi Kab. Lima Puluh Kota.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh atau tidak antara Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) pada PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia.Tbk yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2011-2022 baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Sampel di dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan retail yang terdaftar di BEI PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia.Tbk periode 2011-2022. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia.Tbk periode 2011-2022.  Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dengan metode uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokerelasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji T, uji F dan hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Data diolah dan dianalisa dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Current Ratio berpengaruh signifikan dan bernilai negatif terhadap Return on Asset pada PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia.Tbk periode 2011-2022. Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan dan bernilai negatif terhadap Return on Asset pada PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia.Tbk periode 2011-2022. Dan Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) pada PT. ACE Hardware Indonesia.Tbk periode 2011-2022 dengan presentase kontribusi pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) terhadap Return on Assets (ROA) sebesar 57% sedangkan sisanya 43% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.
