Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya intensitas remaja dalam mengakses media sosial. Hal ini menyebabkan waktu belajar, makan, mandi, kesehatan serta hubungan sosial tergangu. Salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dengan membangun sebuah komunitas belajar bagi remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan intensistas remaja dalam mengakses media sosial dan mengetahui keefektifan implementasi literacy digital menggunakan modifikasi model pembelajaran guided inquiry pada komunitas belajar sehingga remaja mampu menggunakan internet secara cerdas dan bijak. Metode penelitian ini didisain dengan penelitian tindakan (action research). Pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara, serta kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahawa intensitas remaja dalam mengakses media sosial tergolong tinggi, dapat dilihat dari frekuensi, durasi, minat, dan motivasi remaja dalam mengakses media sosial. Komunitas belajar efektif dalam penerapannya sehingga remaja mampu menggunakan internet secara cerdas dan bijak.

This study aims to describe the character of adolescents in matrilineal care in Minangkabau which is described in seven aspects, namely, religious, disciplined and responsible, independent, creative, respectful and polite, cooperative, and communicative. The population in this study were mothers who have adolescent children, live in Padang city, and have brothers (mamak). The present study used a survey method. A multistage random sampling technique was used for sampling. A sample of 296 respondents was asked to answer a questionnaire. The questionnaire was tested and validated by experts. A descriptive statistical analysis was performed using SPSS. The results showed that the character of respect and manners obtained the highest index score, while the character of cooperation obtained the lowest index score. To improve the character of cooperation, it is necessary to increase the involvement of adolescents in completing a job with their friends and solve their friends' problems.

The problem in this study is the low exemplary parents in early childhood education with moral intelligence in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi.. The purpose of this study in order to illustrate exemplary parents, describe exemplary moral intelligence of children and parents in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi Cendana Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang. By using the descriptive research methodology. The population in this study is local parents B1 and B2 which totaled 50 people. The samples in this study were randomly drawn as many as 30 people. echnique data collecting data using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive techniques with percentage calculations. The results showed that the exemplary parents still low, the moral intelligence of children are still low and there is a significant relationship between parents' example with moral intelligence of children in PAUD Ashhabul Kahfi Cendana Mata Air Kecamatan Padang Selatan Kota Padang

This research was background by the success of PKBM As-Salam inimplementing learning activities of sewing course, this can be seen fromthe alumni who have opened their own businesses The aims of thisresearch to describe the Sewing Lessons in PKBM As-Salam at Districtof Tanah Datar Salimpaung, seen from the aspect of learning objectives,learning materials, learning methods, learning resources and learningevaluation. This research includes a quantitative descriptive research.The research use census method. Based on the results of research anddiscussion above, the learning implementation sewing activities runningsmoothly. The results of data processing shown that the implementationof learning in all aspects of sewing course covers the objectives,materials, methods, resources and evaluation of learning categorizedeither. It is suggested from the results of this study to the learningresources in order to further enhance the quality and quantity in theimplementation of learning.

The objective of the present study describes the importance of parental guidance in fostering children's independence. Indicators of children's independence that are grown by parents in this study are self-confidence, discipline and positive habits. This research is a qualitative research with naturalistic phenomenology approach. The subjects of the study were parents of children who studied in Play Group Harapan, Pekanbaru. In collecting the data, observation, interview and documentation were administered. This study used an interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman which consist of data reduction, data presentation and concluding conclusions. The results of the study show that there were three patterns of guidance that parents do to foster children's independence. Firstly, fostering self-confidence by accompanying children in their activities, patiently guiding children, familiarizing children according to their abilities. Secondly, shaping the disciplined attitude of the child who is responsible for his toys, accustoms the time spent in daily activities, makes good communication. Third, develop positive habits in children by making parents as role models for children, always keeping promises, giving words of praise, getting used to being involved in various activities.Keywords: Discipline, Guidance Pattern, Independent, Self-Confidence

The research is background by the declining presence of people learning keaksaraan fungsional (KF) KF in participating in learning activities in Tanah Datar SKB 2 is characterized KF activity and lack of seriousness in following learning activities participants KF. This study aims to look at the barriers people learning to follow the activities of studyed KF in terms of health, time, location and facilities. This research is descriptive quantitative . The population in this study were all residents of functional literacy learning as many as 40 people, as well as sample the data analysis techniques using a percentage formula . The results showed that : (1) the learners have problems in terms of health. (2) the learners have problems in terms of time. (3) the learners have problems in terms of location. (4) the learners have problems in terms of facilities.

This study aims to explain: (1) community participation in terms of education on the development of LKP Bougenville Lubuk Basung in the form of financial participation, academic participation, cultural participation and evaluative participation (2) The level of community participation in education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method based on Creswell's theory. The research setting was carried out at LKP Bougenville which is located on Jl. Gajah Mada Hilir Pasar, Lubuk Basung, Agam District, West Sumatra Province . Sources of data in this research are managers, instructors, LKP Bougenville employees, community, community leaders and alumni of course participants. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In this study, the data validity technique used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) community participation in terms of education on the development of LKP Bougenville Lubuk Basung has been carried out well. This can be seen from several aspects, such as participation in financial activities in the form of funding for educational activities for courses required by LKP Bougenville. Academic participation in the form of the role of parents in encouraging and motivating and facilitating their children during the education process. Cultural community participation in the form of voluntary promotion of the success of the program at LKP Bougenville. Evaluative participation in the form of community involvement in controlling the implementation of education, so that the community can provide feedback and assessments of the performance of educational institutions. (2) The implementation of the level of community participation in education at LKP Bougenville is at a strong level at the Partnership level.

This research isimotivated by the low interest in entrepreneurship graduates from fashion training at LKW Modeste Dolly. This is thought to be influenced by parental support in terms of entrepreneurship. This study aims to: (1) describe parental support for LKW Modeste Dolly fashion training graduates; (2) describe entrepreneurial interest for LKW Modeste Dolly fashion training graduates; and (3) examine the relationship between support and interest in entrepreneurship for LKW Modeste Dolly fashion training graduates. This study is a quantitative correlational type with a sample size of 75% of the population and a population of 40 persons is taken so that 30 respondents are obtained. This study shows the results, namely: (1) parental support for fashion design training graduates at LKW Modeste Dolly is categorized as low; (2) the entrepreneurial interest of graduates from fashion training at LKW Modeste Dolly is categorized as low; (3) Parental support and interest in entrepreneurship are positively and significantly correlated for graduates of fashion training at LKW Modeste Dolly.

Lack of collaboration is what inspired this study between groups of recipients of PHK assistance, lack of supervision from government agencies towards the community, lack of realization of layoff funds for educational purposes. So that the general purpose of this study focuses on the implementation of the family of hope program in the field of education in the country of Guguak Tabek Sarojo . the specific objective is to see the evaluation of the family of hope program in the countryof Guguak Tabek Sarojo. This research is a qualitative descriptive type with the research location in Nagari Guguak Tabek Sarajo IV Koto district, Agam Regency. Collection techniques used observation interviews and recording. Analysis techniques used reduction, presentation and inference extraction or confirmation. The findings obtained are that (1) this layoff assistance can increase human resources so as to improve the quality of education for the lower middle class community, (2) program planning in the evaluation of implementation, (3) formative evaluation of program implementation in the education sector has been carried out although there are still few the obstacles experienced (4) the achievement of the summative program in education can be seen from the positive response of the people who receive layoff assistance. It is recommended that the persons in charge work together and coordinate with each other and charge to make a clear structure explaining their respective responsibilities. This research was motivated by the low interest in learning for the residents of learning package B at PKBM Sentosa Hati, Padang City. Researchers suspect that one of the contributing factors is an unfavorable learning climate. This study aims to (1). To describe the learning climate, (2). To describe interest in learning, (3). Seeing the relationship between the learning climate and the learning interest of the residents studying Package B at PKBM Sentosa Hati, Padang City. This research is a type of correlation research using a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the study residents, totaling 35 people. And sampling with simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used the percentage formula and rank order. The results showed that the learning climate of residents studying Package B at PKBM Sentosa Hati, Padang City was not very supportive. The learning interest of learning residents is low. And there is a significant relationship between the learning climate and the learning interest of the residents in learning package B at PKBM Sentosa Hati, Padang City. It is suggested to administrators oreducators at PKBM Sentosa Hati, Padang City to pay attention to the learning climate because this affects the learning interest of learning citizens. The better the learning climate applied, the higher the learning interest of students. On the other hand, a learning climate that is not good will affect the learning interest of learningcitizens.Keywords: learning climate, interest in learning, package B
