Abstract

Kemajuan internet telah memberikan dampak besar pada gaya hidup masyarakat, termasuk di Indonesia.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Flash Sale, dan Shopping Lifestyle terhadap Impulse Buying pada pengguna e-commerce Zalora di Kota Manado. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dihitung menggunakan rumus Lameshow dan menggunakan pengambilan sampel teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisi regresi linear berganda sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji F dan Uji T. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS versi 26. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Flash Sale, dan Shopping Lifestyle secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Sedangkan uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa Hedonic Shopping Motivation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, Flash Sale tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying, dan Shopping Lifestyle berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Kata Kunci: Hedonic Shopping Motivation, Flash Sale, Shopping Lifestyle, Impulse Buying

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Job Satisfaction as a mediator variable Job Stress and Career Development on PT PKSS Employee Turnover Intention. This type of research used in this study is quantitative. Samples are calculated using the saturated sample method. The subjects of this study were 98 PT PKSS head office employees. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis with the help of Smart PLS. The results of this study show that (1) Job Stress has a significant negative effect on Job Satisfaction; (2) Career Development has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction; (3) Job Stress has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention; (4) Career Development has a significant positive effect on Turnover Intention; (5) Job Satisfaction mediates Job Stress and Career Development towards Turnover Intention.
