Abstract

This research results: First, there is a disharmony between the two rules in the determination of different numbers of green land, where the number contained in the LP2B regional regulation is 45,888.23 Ha, this figure is greater than the RTRW Perda which is 33,110, 3 Ha so there are the difference in green land area is 12,777.3 hectares. Generally in practice the green land is decreasing, not increasing. Second, the formation of the LP2B Perda is not participatory, this is proven because the Perda in its formation does not harmonize norms with the RTRW, whereas in the LP2B Law, it is mandated that the stipulation of LP2B must be adjusted to the RTRW. The impact of the norm uncertainty, first, has a negative impact on licensing factors in the investment sector. Thus the authors provide legal recommendations, which are reviewed first using the political political approach, which produces two main things that become the signs for changes in LP2B regional regulations, namely legal certainty in all fields and ideal community participation.Keywords: Reformulation, Perda LP2B and RTRW, Determination, and Green Land

Abstract

A safe is designed to securely store valuable items, including important documents, jewelry, money, and other precious belongings. Modern safes often feature manual or semi-automatic locking systems, such as combination locks or cylinder locks. However, combination locks can be less secure and efficient, making them vulnerable to theft. In Indonesia, the adoption of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, especially in E-KTP cards, has seen progress, though its potential remains underutilized. This research integrates an advanced logic gate circuit using IC gates—AND, XOR, and NOT—functioning as a password mechanism. The device operates by requiring users to tap their E-KTP against a reader to unlock the safe door. Upon a successful tap, an LCD screen displays relevant information and requests a 16-bit binary password made up of 8 "1s" and 8 "0s." Users have 20 seconds to input the correct password; exceeding this time will reset the system, prompting another E-KTP tap. If an unregistered E-KTP is used, access is denied. The RFID reader, functioning at a frequency of 13.56 MHz, can read the E-KTP ID from a maximum distance of 1.3 cm. The integrated circuit logic will output HIGH only when the entered binary password matches the pre-set code within the safe, ensuring a secure and efficient locking mechanism for valuable items.

Abstract

Penerangan jalan berkaitan erat dengan keselamatan dan keamanan masyarakat pengguna jalan pada malam hari. Khususnya jalan-jalan kecil atau jalan setapak yang terletak di pedesaan atau perkampungan pinggir kota, sangat membutuhkan penerangan yang memadai untuk aktifitas masyarakat di malam hari.  Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) di wilayah Pondok Pesantren Salafi Roudhotul Husna yang beralamat di RT/RW. 08/03 Desa Rocek, Kec. Cimanuk, Kab. Pandeglang bertujuan untuk melakukan peremajaan dan pemasangan instalasi Penerangan Jalan Umum (PJU) di area titik-titik gelap di jalan-jalan setapak wilayah tersebut dengan mengunakan kontrol pewaktu otomatis yaitu Timer Theben Sul 181 H. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya: koordinasi, analisis penentuan titik lokasi pemasangan PJU, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi.  Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM adalah bahwa analisis yang tepat terhadap area titik pemasangan PJU memberikan manfaat secara maksimal penggunaan PJU di malam hari, penggunaan tiang-tiang PJU yang sesuai membuat umur pakai akan lebih lama, penggunaan Timer Theben Sul 181 H pada PJU dapat mengatur padam dan nyalanya lampu-lampu PJU secara otomatis di sekitar wilayah pondok pesantren menjadi lebih efisien sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan, sehingga dapat menghemat pemakaian energi listrik. Selanjutnya, pelatihan operasional dan prosedur perawatan pemeliharaan PJU kepada warga sekitar diharapkan mampu menambah pengetahauan warga.
