Abstract

Perkembangan olahraga pencak silat sebagai salah satu budaya bangsa Indonesia di dunia, terlihat makin diterimanya oleh masyarakat luas, bahkan Unesco akhir tahun 2019 mengakui sebagai salah satu budaya bukan benda milik Indonesia. Pencak silat juga berkembang sebagai olahraga kompetisi mulai di tingkat multy event SEA Games dan Asian Games, selain kejuaraan Dunia single event yang sudah berjalan 24 kali mulai tahun 1982. Salah satu nomor lomba adalah Jurus tunggal. Jurus tunggal adalah yang mengangkat dari keindahan gerak dari berbagai aliran dan perguruan di Indonesia, Malaysia, brunei dan Singapore. kebutuhan akan kompetensi jurus tunggal sangat dibutuhkan oleh para pelatih dan atlet di Indonesia, mengingat hampir setiap event pencak silat jurus tunggal diperlombakan, baik tingkat pra-remaja, remaja sampai Dewasa, di tingkat O2Sn maupun POPnas dan POMnas. Proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Digital menjadi hal penting setelah bergulirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0, dimana hampir semua pelajar memiliki smart phone dan mudah mengakses internet, harapan dengan digital pembelajaran yang benar dari sumber yang terbaik akan membantu pemuda Kampung Silat Jampang, mengingat kampung silat jampang (KSJ) ini menjadi salah satu binaan dari Dompet Dhuafa yang menjadikan kampung ini desa wisata yang terdapat program kampung silatnya. UNJ sebagai salah satu Pembina olahraga silat memiliki kepedulian akan pengembangan jurus tunggal kepada masyarakat kampung Jampang. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dengan pendampingan, yaitu memberikan pelatihan langsung ke masyarakat selama lebih kurang 1 bulan atau 4 kali seminggu melalui pendampingan pelatih, kemudian diberikan URL youtube jurus tunggal yang sudah disiapkan dan di ambil data melalui google form. Indikator Ketercapaian proses pendampingan dengan angket tentang evaluasi diri. The development of Pencak Silat as one of Indonesia’s cultural heritage can be indicated from its acceptance by international audience. In 2019, UNESCO inscribed Pencak Silat on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Pencak Silat has also become sport competition in multi-event SEA Games and ASIAN Games, in addition to the single-event world championship which has been running 24 times since 1982. As one of event categories, Jurus Tunggal (Single Stance) showcases artistic moves from variant styles and schools of silat from Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore. The Jurus Tunggal assistance is highly needed by coaches and athletes of Silat in Indonesia, considering that Jurus Tunggal is contested in almost every Pencak Silat event such as O2SN, POPnas, and POMnas, either in pre-teen, teen, or adult category. Industry 4.0 has made digital learning essential. At this time, almost each student is equipped with smartphones and internet connection. This is expected that the right digital learning from the best sources would help young practitioners of Pencak Silat in Kampung Silat Jampang (KSJ), which is one of tourism assisted villages of Dompet Duafa. Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) as one of the assistants of Pencak Silat sports has concern for the development of Jurus Tunggal to the people in Kampung Jampang by carrying out a community service program. This program allowed UNJ to offer assistance in the form of comprehensive training for approximately a month or 4 weeks. Coach’s personal assistance and instructional Youtube video of Jurus Tunggal were employed. After the program finished, the participants were instructed to take part in a survey using Google form.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, among others, is to determine the effect of the problem based learning on the mastery of the front kick movement in learning pencak silat at SMA Negeri 2 Karawang. This study uses an experimental quantitative approach. This study was made using a pre-experimental form of a one group pretest-posttest design. The place of this research is in SMA Negeri 2 Karawang. This research was conducted in July – August 2022 with 8 meetings. The population in this study was class XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Karawang. Sampling using the technique of "purposive sampling". The author took samples based on certain criteria so that the sample in this study amounted to 33 people. This research instrument uses a test instrument to collect research data. based on the results of the calculation data that has been carried out, it is obtained that the pretest has an average calculation result of 27.27 and the posttest with an average of 36.06 indicate that the pretest has a smaller calculation result than the resultscalculation posttest. The data analysis technique in this study uses statistical , including: normality test, it is known that the statistical test value in the pretest is 0.933 and the posttest 0.941. The homogeneity test of the pretest-posttest obtained a significance value of 0.567 because the sig value of 0.567> of 0.05. The t-test table paired sample test output are known to have the Sig value. (two tilled) of 0.000 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between pretest and posttest and means that there is an effect of the problem based learning on the mastery of front kicks in learning pencak silat at SMA Negeri 2 Karawang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh latihan zig-zag run terhadap kelincahan tendangan lurus siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMA Negeri 7 Depok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian diambil dari jumlah peserta didik yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pencak silat di SMA Negeri 7 depok yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Desain penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-posttest. Instrumen yang digunakan merupakan tes kelincahan tendangan lurus. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kelincahan tendangan lurus siswa, dengan nilai mean pretest 53.33 dan nilai mean posttest 62.22 . Uji hipotesis menggunakan paired simple T test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara nilai sebelum dan sesudah treatment. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh latihan zig-zag run memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kelincahan tendangan lurus siswa ekstrakurikuler pencak silat SMA Negeri 7 Depok.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of playing softball using the team games tournament learning model on the general movement abilities of male students. The method in this research uses an experimental method and a quantitative approach with a sample size of 35 male students selected using a purposive sampling technique. The test instrument uses the barrow motor ability test. Data analysis techniques use normality, homogeneity and hypothesis tests. The research results were obtained through a simple linear regression test of the influence of softball games using the team games tournament learning model on male students' general movement abilities with a calculated t value of 4.894 and a significance value of .000. Based on the results of a simple regression test, there is an influence of playing softball using the team games tournament learning model on male students' general movement abilities. The conclusion is that there is an influence of playing softball using the team games tournament learning model on male students' general movement abilities.

Abstract

The problem is that students don't have motivation in learning physical education, especially in volleyball material. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a warming up game in increasing motivation to learn volleyball. This research method is quantitative experiment. The population in this study were students of class X in the pharmacy department, totaling 43 female students. The data in this study were taken with a one group pretest posttest design for six meetings. The research instrument used a learning motivation questionnaire and data collection techniques with a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out by testing the validity, reliability, normality test, homogeneity test, and paired sample t test. The average result at the pretest was 63.5 and the average result at the posttest was 81.9. The results of t count -27,818 > t table 2,018. The magnitude of the influence is 29%. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence on the motivation to learn volleyball through the warming up game.

Abstract

Setiap pemain sepakbola harus menguasai keterampilan teknik dasar yang dijadikan fundamental dalam mengembangkan skill permainan. Teknik dasar diajarkan di Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kemampuan taknik dasar siswa SSB bertujuan untuk memberikan data kepada pelatih agar dapat mengembangkan dalam menyusun perencanaan program latihan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian meliputi 8 SSB yang ada di kabupaten karawang , dengan teknik sampling adalah purposive sampling, semua pemain yang masuk usia 12 tahun sebanyak 50 anak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan teknik dasar permainan sepakbola anak usia dini di Kabupaten karawang termasuk kategori sedang. Saran yang diberikan bagi anak dengan kemampuan teknik kategori kurang sebaiknya dilakukan latihan intensif; bagi anak yang termasuk kategori sedang ditambah porsi latihan; dan bagi anak-anak dengan kemampuan teknik kategori baik terus dilakukan latihan rutin untuk maintenance kemampuan teknik dasarnya.
