Abstract

The purpose of study was to develop drill based model of forehand drive practice in table tennis for beginner athlete. The forehand drive had important role in table tennis playing. Forehand is a way to do a punch when hitting the ball the position of the palm holding the bet is facing forward. This research is development research using Research and Development from Borg and Gall which consists of ten stages. The subject in this research was beginner athlete at PTM Gajah Mada Medan. Data were collected through documentation, observation, interview and test of forehand drive in table tennis. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative. The results of finding show that there are 24 items of drill model in forehand drive practice. The variety of practice table tennis were shadow ball, rolling ball, multiball MP, and multiball DP. It gave the impact on beginner athlete skills. They can be played the table tennis using forehand drive practice.

Abstract

Perkembangan olahraga pencak silat sebagai salah satu budaya bangsa Indonesia di dunia, terlihat makin diterimanya oleh masyarakat luas, bahkan Unesco akhir tahun 2019 mengakui sebagai salah satu budaya bukan benda milik Indonesia. Pencak silat juga berkembang sebagai olahraga kompetisi mulai di tingkat multy event SEA Games dan Asian Games, selain kejuaraan Dunia single event yang sudah berjalan 24 kali mulai tahun 1982. Salah satu nomor lomba adalah Jurus tunggal. Jurus tunggal adalah yang mengangkat dari keindahan gerak dari berbagai aliran dan perguruan di Indonesia, Malaysia, brunei dan Singapore. kebutuhan akan kompetensi jurus tunggal sangat dibutuhkan oleh para pelatih dan atlet di Indonesia, mengingat hampir setiap event pencak silat jurus tunggal diperlombakan, baik tingkat pra-remaja, remaja sampai Dewasa, di tingkat O2Sn maupun POPnas dan POMnas. Proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Digital menjadi hal penting setelah bergulirnya Revolusi Industri 4.0, dimana hampir semua pelajar memiliki smart phone dan mudah mengakses internet, harapan dengan digital pembelajaran yang benar dari sumber yang terbaik akan membantu pemuda Kampung Silat Jampang, mengingat kampung silat jampang (KSJ) ini menjadi salah satu binaan dari Dompet Dhuafa yang menjadikan kampung ini desa wisata yang terdapat program kampung silatnya. UNJ sebagai salah satu Pembina olahraga silat memiliki kepedulian akan pengembangan jurus tunggal kepada masyarakat kampung Jampang. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yang dilaksanakan dengan pendampingan, yaitu memberikan pelatihan langsung ke masyarakat selama lebih kurang 1 bulan atau 4 kali seminggu melalui pendampingan pelatih, kemudian diberikan URL youtube jurus tunggal yang sudah disiapkan dan di ambil data melalui google form. Indikator Ketercapaian proses pendampingan dengan angket tentang evaluasi diri. The development of Pencak Silat as one of Indonesia’s cultural heritage can be indicated from its acceptance by international audience. In 2019, UNESCO inscribed Pencak Silat on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Pencak Silat has also become sport competition in multi-event SEA Games and ASIAN Games, in addition to the single-event world championship which has been running 24 times since 1982. As one of event categories, Jurus Tunggal (Single Stance) showcases artistic moves from variant styles and schools of silat from Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore. The Jurus Tunggal assistance is highly needed by coaches and athletes of Silat in Indonesia, considering that Jurus Tunggal is contested in almost every Pencak Silat event such as O2SN, POPnas, and POMnas, either in pre-teen, teen, or adult category. Industry 4.0 has made digital learning essential. At this time, almost each student is equipped with smartphones and internet connection. This is expected that the right digital learning from the best sources would help young practitioners of Pencak Silat in Kampung Silat Jampang (KSJ), which is one of tourism assisted villages of Dompet Duafa. Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) as one of the assistants of Pencak Silat sports has concern for the development of Jurus Tunggal to the people in Kampung Jampang by carrying out a community service program. This program allowed UNJ to offer assistance in the form of comprehensive training for approximately a month or 4 weeks. Coach’s personal assistance and instructional Youtube video of Jurus Tunggal were employed. After the program finished, the participants were instructed to take part in a survey using Google form.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepatuhan masyarakat DKI Jakarta memulai kembali aktivitas olahraga khususnya cabang olahraga renang. Penelitian ini menggunakan mixed methods dengan model concurrent embedded, metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk memperoleh data kepatuhan Protokol kesehatan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner elektronik yang disebar kepada masyarakat Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan data sekunder digunakan untuk menguraikan bagaimana data kasus COVID-19 di Provinsi DKI Jakarta dapat digunakan sebagai benchmark memulai kembali aktivitas olahraga khususnya cabang olahraga renang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi DKI Jakarta pada bulan Oktober tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tingkat kepatuhan masyarakat DKI Jakarta dalam pencegahan COVID-19 dalam kategori baik, serta setuju apabila sarana dan prasarana olahraga renang dibuka kembali. Keputusan mengenai dimulainya kembali kegiatan olahraga harus didasarkan pada informasi medis yang objektif mengenai transmisi COVID-19 di wilayah tersebut dan harus dikonsultasikan dengan cermat dalam keputusan mengenai waktu dimulainya kembali aktivitas olahraga. ABSTRACT This study aims to find out the compliance of the people of DKI Jakarta to restart sports activities, especially swimming sports.This study used mixed methods with concurrent embedded model, quantitative method used to obtain health protocol compliance data using electronic questionnaire method distributed to the people of DKI Jakarta Province.Qualitative approach with secondary data is used to describe how COVID-19 case data in DKI Jakarta Province can be used as a benchmark to restart sports activities, especially swimming sports.This research was conducted in DKI Jakarta Province in October 2020.The results stated that the level of compliance of the people of DKI Jakarta in the prevention of COVID-19 is in a good category, and agreed if swimming sports facilities and infrastructure are reopened.Decisions regarding the re-commenion of sports activities should be based on objective medical information regarding the transmission of COVID-19 in the region and should be carefully consulted in decisions regarding the timing of the re-start of sports activities.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Analisis stroke pada 200 meter gaya ganti atlet renang pelajar dki Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menjelaskan analisis stroke Gaya kupu-kupu, gaya punggung, gaya dada dan gaya bebas pada atlet prenang pelajar dki Jakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet pelajar dki jakarta yang berjumlah 16 orang. Sampel yang diambil adalah total sampling. Hasil analis pada 50 meter gaya kupu-kupu diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2 , nilai maksimal 2,22 dan nilai rata-rata = 1,39. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 27, nilai maksimal 54 dan nilai rata-rata 34,4. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 20, nilai maksimal 30 dan nilai rata-rata 24,25. velocity dengan nilai minimal =31,18, nilai maksimal 39, dan nilai rata-rata 26,64. pada 50 meter gaya punggung diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 1,51 , nilai maksimal 2,23 dan nilai rata-rata = 21,12. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 21, nilai maksimal 32,9 dan nilai rata-rata 34,4. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 20, nilai maksimal 30 dan nilai rata-rata 42,5. velocity dengan nilai minimal =40, nilai maksimal 48,36 dan nilai rata-rata 30,63.pada 50 meter gaya dada diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2, nilai maksimal 2,27 dan nilai rata-rata = 16,11. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 29, nilai maksimal 38,9 dan nilai rata-rata 29,3. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 22, nilai maksimal 58 dan nilai rata-rata 36,38. velocity dengan nilai minimal =40, nilai maksimal 58,26 dan nilai rata-rata 36,38.pada 50 meter gaya beba diperoleh Stroke length dengan nilai minimal 2 , nilai maksimal 2,63 dan nilai rata-rata = 19,85. stroke rate dengan nilai minimal 38, nilai maksimal 41,2, dan nilai rata-rata 28,8. stroke count dengan nilai minimal = 19, nilai maksimal 25,5 dan nilai rata-rata 49,18. velocity dengan nilai minimal =35, nilai maksimal 42,02 dan nilai rata-rata 23,77. At 50 meters backstroke, the stroke length is obtained with a minimum value = 1.51, a maximum value = 2.23, and an average value = 21.12. stroke rate with a minimum score = 21, a maximum value = 32.9, and an average value = 34.4. stroke count with a minimum value = 20, a maximum value = 30, and an average value = 42.5. the velocity with a minimum value of = 40, a maximum value = 48.36, and an average value = 30.63. At 50 meters breaststroke obtained Stroke length with a minimum value = 2, a maximum value = 2.27, and an average value = 16.11. stroke rate with a minimum value = 29, a maximum value = 38.9, and an average value = 29.3. stroke count with a minimum value = 22, a maximum value = 58, and an average value = 36.38. the velocity with a minimum value of = 40, a maximum value = 58.26, and an average value of 36.38. At 50 meters of gravity, the stroke length is obtained with a minimum value of 2, a maximum value of 2.63, and an average value of 19.85. stroke rate with a minimum score of 38, a maximum value of 41.2, and an average value of 28.8. stroke count with a minimum value = 19, a maximum value of 25.5, and an average value of 49.18. the velocity with a minimum value of = 35, a maximum value of 42.02, and an average value of 23.77. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang perubahan arah (change of direction atau CoD) yang terjadi saat melakukan teknik turning dalam olahraga renang 1500 meter gaya bebas oleh para atlet renang pelajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif untuk menggambarkan fenomena perpindahan arah yang terjadi selama perlombaan renang 1500 meter.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah delapan atlet pelajar yang merupakan anggota pusat pelatihan olahraga di DKI Jakarta. Untuk mengumpulkan data, dilakukan total sampling terhadap seluruh populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perlombaan renang 1500 meter gaya bebas, terdapat total 29 kali perubahan arah atau CoD yang dilakukan oleh para atlet.Perubahan arah ini terjadi pada jarak-jarak tertentu, yaitu pada 50 meter, 100 meter, 150 meter, 200 meter, 250 meter, 300 meter, 350 meter, 400 meter, 450 meter, 500 meter, 550 meter, 600 meter, 650 meter, 700 meter, 750 meter, 800 meter, 850 meter, 900 meter, 950 meter, 1000 meter, 1050 meter, 1100 meter, 1150 meter, 1200 meter, 1250 meter, 1300 meter, 1350 meter, 1400 meter, dan 1450 meter dari awal perlombaan. Total waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh para atlet untuk menyelesaikan seluruh perlombaan adalah sekitar 103.90 detik, yang setara dengan 1 menit 43 detik dan 90 milidetik (01’43”90).Selain itu, waktu yang dihabiskan dalam setiap perubahan arah atau CoD juga dianalisis. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata waktu yang dibutuhkan oleh atlet dalam setiap perubahan arah adalah sekitar 3.23 detik, dengan nilai minimum sekitar 3.11 detik dan nilai maksimum sekitar 3.52 detik.Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa dalam perlombaan renang 1500 meter gaya bebas, terdapat total 29 kali perubahan arah dengan total waktu 103.90 detik, atau setara dengan 01’43”90 menit, dan waktu rata-rata dalam setiap perubahan arah adalah sekitar 3.23 detik. Informasi ini dapat menjadi acuan penting bagi para pelatih dan atlet untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam perubahan arah selama perlombaan renang 1500 meter. The research method used is a descriptive approach with quantitative analysis to describe the phenomenon of direction changes that occur during the 1500-meter swimming competition. The population in this study were eight student-athletes who were members of the sports training center in DKI Jakarta. To collect data, total sampling was carried out on the entire population. The results of the research show that in the 1500-meter freestyle swimming competition, there were a total of 29 changes in direction or CoD made by the athletes. These changes in direction occurred at certain distances, namely at 50 meters, 100 meters, 150 meters, 200 meters, 250 meters, 300 meters, 350 meters, 400 meters, 450 meters, 500 meters, 550 meters, 600 meters, 650 meters, 700 meters, 750 meters, 800 meters, 850 meters, 900 meters, 950 meters, 1000 meters, 1050 meters, 1100 meters, 1150 meters, 1200 meters, 1250 meters, 1300 meters, 1350 meters, 1400 meters and 1450 meters from the start of the race. The total time required by the athletes to complete the entire race was approximately 103.90 seconds, which is equivalent to 1 minute 43 seconds and 90 milliseconds (01’43”90). In addition, the time spent in each change of direction or CoD was also analyzed. The results show that the average time required by athletes for each change of direction is around 3.23 seconds, with a minimum value of around 3.11 seconds and a maximum value of around 3.52 seconds. In conclusion, this research reveals that in the 1500 meter freestyle swimming competition, there are a total of 29 times changing direction with a total time of 103.90 seconds or the equivalent of 01'43”90 minutes, and the average time for each change of direction is around 3.23 seconds. This information can be an important reference for coaches and athletes to improve efficiency in changing direction during a 1500-meter swimming race. Keywords: Swimming, Freestyle,Turning

Abstract

The advancement of technology in the Society 5.0 era necessitates higher digital literacy, particularly for students of the next generation. The application of AI technology has emerged as a significant solution to enhance digital skills, which is relevant not only in education but also in supporting sustainable programs such as Adiwiyata. However, the implementation of this technology among students is still relatively low, requiring interventions like specialized training. This study aims to improve the digital skills of students at SMP Negeri 8 Malang through the “GENESI5” training program, which integrates generative AI technology into both learning and extracurricular activities. A total of 52 students participated in the two-day training. The method employed in this study is Participatory Action Research (PAR), which actively involves students in the learning process. The study's findings indicate a significant improvement in students' digital skills, as demonstrated by their ability to use generative AI to create creative works aligned with the Adiwiyata theme. Therefore, this training successfully enhanced students' technological literacy and motivated them to create innovatively in the Society 5.0 era.[Kemajuan teknologi di era Society 5.0 menuntut kemampuan literasi digital yang lebih tinggi, terutama bagi siswa sebagai generasi penerus. Pemanfaatan teknologi AI telah menjadi salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital, yang tidak hanya relevan dalam dunia pendidikan, tetapi juga untuk mendukung program berkelanjutan seperti Adiwiyata. Namun, penerapan teknologi ini di kalangan siswa masih tergolong rendah, sehingga diperlukan intervensi berupa pelatihan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital siswa SMP Negeri 8 Malang melalui pelatihan “GENESI5”, yang mengintegrasikan teknologi generative AI dalam proses pembelajaran dan ekstrakurikuler. Sebanyak 52 siswa mengikuti pelatihan selama dua hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam keterampilan digital siswa, terlihat dari kemampuan mereka memanfaatkan generative AI untuk menghasilkan karya kreatif sesuai dengan tema adiwiyata. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi teknologi siswa serta memotivasi mereka untuk berkarya secara inovatif di era Society 5.0.]

Abstract

Background Problems: This study emphasises the critical importance of maintaining a balanced intake of nutrients relative to individual needs, as deficiencies or excesses can significantly impact health and nutritional status. Among these essential nutrients are iron and calcium. Research Objectives: The aim of this research is to assess the impact of nutrition education on the knowledge and dietary practices related to iron and calcium among athletes. Methods: The research used a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest. To evaluate the effect of the intervention, the subjects were given a pretest, nutrition education, and posttest. The study was conducted on a total of 30 cricket players from the Special Capital Region of Jakarta over a period of 1 month, with a frequency of 4 intervention meetings, each session lasting 60 minutes. Data analysis was performed using an independent t-test. The participants in this research were cricket players from Jakarta. Findings and Results: The results indicated that nutrition education significantly improved athletes' nutritional knowledge (p-value 0.000) and dietary practices (p-value 0.011). Conclusion: This research demonstrates the effectiveness of targeted nutrition education interventions in enhancing athletes' knowledge and adoption of healthier dietary practices, particularly concerning iron and calcium consumption. These findings contribute valuable insights to the field of sports nutrition, emphasising the importance of well-designed educational programs in promoting good nutritional behaviour and supporting overall health and performance in athletes. This study underscores the critical role of nutrition education in the advancement of both the scientific understanding and practical application of sports nutrition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data ilmiah tentang pengembangan alat latihan beban cabang olahraga polo air untuk meningkatkan hasil latihan lompatan dan tembakan pada atlet polo air. Sampel diambil berjumlah 20 atlet polo air yang telah berusia 16 tahun yang tergabung didalam pemusatan latihan daerah DKI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode R&D dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan uji hasil kelayakan oleh ahli terdapat nilai 98% pada efektifitas alat, 95% pada fungsi alat dan 75% pada desain alat. Berdasarkan uji reabilitas instrument menggunakan formula Kuder dan Richardson 21 (KR 21), sedangkan uji validitas untuk pilihan ganda menggunakan korelasi poin biserial. Pengujian reabilitas menggunakan SPSS terdapat nilai Cronch’s Alpha kuisioner uji efektifitas alat pembebanan berbasis water back spider (WBS) pada uji reabilitas adalah 1,48610103. Uji efektifitas diperoleh rerata pre-test 8,90 dan post-test 16,00 dengan standar deviasi 1,210 serta 1,747. Terdapat pada tabel uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 memiliki Sig. (2-tailed) 0,001. Hasil p-value Sig. (2 – Sided) < 0,05, maka alat pembebanan berbasis water back spider (WBS) dapat meningkatkan hasil lompatan dan juga tembakan secara signifikan. This study aims to obtain scientific data on the development of water polo weight training tools to improve the results of jumping and shooting training for water polo athletes. Samples were taken totaling 20 water polo athletes who were 16 years old who were members of the DKI Jakarta regional training camp. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The data was then analyzed using the R&D method with a quantitative approach. Based on the feasibility test results by experts there is a value of 98% on the effectiveness of the tool, 95% on the function of the tool and 75% on the tool design. Based on the instrument reliability test using the Kuder and Richardson 21 (KR 21) formula, while the validity test for multiple choice uses biserial point correlation. Reliability testing using SPSS there is a Cronch's Alpha value for the effectiveness test questionnaire for the water back spider (WBS) based loading tool in the reliability test is 1.48610103. The effectiveness test obtained a mean pre-test of 8.90 and post-test of 16.00 with a standard deviation of 1.210 and 1.747. The t-test table with a significance level of 0.05 has Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001. The p-value result of Sig. (2 - Sided) <0.05, then the water back spider (WBS) based loading tool can significantly improve jumping and shooting results. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan renang Training zone 3 bagi atlet tuna rungu (S15). Model latihan ini dirancang berdasarkan denyut nadi dan waktu istirahat, dan terdiri dari 16 latihan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah 10 atlet tuna rungu dari Para Swim Club Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model latihan renang Training zone 3 layak, efektif, dan efisien untuk meningkatkan performa renang atlet tunarungu. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan daya tahan atlet. Penelitian ini memberikan referensi bagi pendidik dan pelatih renang untuk melatih atlet tuna rungu dengan lebih efektif. Model ini juga dapat menjadi dasar bagi penelitian selanjutnya untuk mengembangkan model latihan renang yang lebih baik bagi atlet tunarungu.
