Abstract

Problems in asset management often arise in local governments, especially official vehicle assets in the Kuantan Singingi Regency government. Problems that occur are often caused by the recording of assets that have not gone well. This study aims to explain in detail the asset management of Kuantan Singingi Regency government vehicles, and to describe the factors that influence the management of Kuantan Singingi Regency government vehicle service assets. This research is a descriptive study with qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are done by analyzing data in qualitative research. The results showed that the management of official vehicle assets in Kuantan Singingi Regency was still not as expected, this is because the recording of official vehicle data in Kuantan Singingi Regency had not been carried out as a whole, this was influenced by manual recording, lack of human resources, and then data old vehicles that have not been inventoried Keywords: Management, Assets, Asset Management, Official Vehicles.

Abstract

Diabetes  mellitus  merupakan  penyakit  tidak menular dengan  karakteristik  kadar  glukosa  darah yang  tinggi  (hiperglikemik)  yang  terjadi  karena  kelainan  sekresi  insulin,  kerja  insulin  ataupun  keduanya. Tujuan studi literature ini adalah untuk mensintesis bukti-bukti atau literature tentang  Intervensi Keperawatan Relaksasi Otot Progresif, Akupressur, dan Benson Terhadap Penurunan Kadar Glukosa Darah Pada Pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Literature Review yang menganalisis jurnal dan artikel dari tahun 2020 hingga 2023 tentang terapi nonfarmakologis, yaitu intervensi relaksasi otot progresif, relaksasi Benson, dan akupresur untuk menurunkan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II. Literasi dicari menggunakan empat kata kunci: relaksasi otot progresif, akupresur, Benson, dan Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II. Dari total 10 jurnal yang diidentifikasi, 60% berasal dari Research Gate, sementara 20% masing-masing berasal dari Science Direct dan Google Scholar. Artikel dinilai berdasarkan relevansi intervensi terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah, dan analisis menunjukkan pola temuan serta efektivitas dari metode yang digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa intervensi relaksasi otot progresif (PMR) berpengaruh dalam menurunkan kadar glukosa darah pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II. Alternatif lainnya adalah terapi akupresur dan relaksasi Benson. Ketiga intervensi nonfarmakologis ini terbukti efektif. PMR mengurangi ketegangan otot dan hormon stres, relaksasi Benson menurunkan stres fisik dan psikologis, sedangkan akupresur merangsang titik-titik tubuh untuk meningkatkan produksi insulin dan mempercepat penggunaan glukosa, sehingga menurunkan kadar gula darah dengan baik.

Abstract

In Merdeka Curriculum, the application of formative assessment improves teaching and learning quality. This study aims to explore (1) the implementation of formative assessments techniques’ practices in vocational high schools, (2) challenges of the implementation of formative assessments in vocational high schools. This research is qualitative case study research that applies semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document studies. Data from this study were collected from a Center of Excellent (CoE) vocational high school in Gunungkidul area involving four English teachers and one school principal. The study found that schools applied various formative assessment techniques based on learning objectives. Teachers also found some challenges in implementation of formative assessments such as limited learning facilities, limited time allocation, and teachers’ willingness

Abstract

Product cleanliness is very important in a country like Indonesia. Therefore, if a crisis issue arises related to the cleanliness of cutlery and cooking utensils on SecBowl products, it could trigger a crisis. This crisis occurred at Secbowl where there was a violation of employee SOPs in the case of washing cutlery and cooking utensils. This case started when an Indonesian influencer (codeblu) who has 1.3 million followers on TikTok started a disclosure about one of the SecBowl places in Kuningan which allegedly washed its cutlery and cooking utensils in the toilet. Therefore, the Secbowl company carried out a series of crisis management. This is then interesting to research, whether this action can affect the company's reputation. With the aim of finding out how much influence the crisis management carried out by Secbowl had on the Company's reputation. This research used quantitative methods and a survey was conducted on 68 respondents and the results showed that the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable was 24%.
