Abstract

The existence of industrial estates should have a positive impact on the surrounding community. But not all people can feel the positive impact of the existence of industrial estates. The industrial area in this study is Jababeka Cikarang industrial area where there are more than 1600 companies. One large company, PJS, which has been carrying out corporate social activities (CSR) for more than 5 years in collaboration with President University, conducted research to find out the effectiveness of the CSR they have done, especially in 3 villages located in ring 1 (the location closest to the area industry). The study was conducted with qualitative methods, namely in-depth interviews with villagers who were representatives of each village as many as 35 people. The questions were tested for validity and reliability with triangulation, namely the PJS company partners and the Village Heads from the 3 villages that became the research object. From the tri buttom line approach the results of the research show that both socially (people), environment (planet) and economic (profit) have not had a significant impact on the villagers.

Abstract

Playcubic is a start-up business enganged in mass media industry. The system that Playcubiccurrently use is still using traditional system. The system used to have the risk of losing data and fakeddata. This study aims to help business including process of uploading article, invitation sharing andpayroll sytem for freelancer. The system under development method is using prototype developmentmethod. The results of this study are an information system that can be used by Playcubic that havebeen tested with black box testing.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLand acquisition involves purchasing land from residents in large quantities, often leading to legal issues in its implementation. The study aims to investigate the provision of compensation through consignment and protection for landholders who do not receive fair compensation through consignment in the land acquisition process. Consignment occurs when there is a dispute regarding the agreed price or amount of compensation negotiated between the land acquisition committee and the community. The results indicate that land acquisition for public purposes should provide adequate compensation and legal protection, ensuring a decent standard of living and justice for affected communities. Communities must uphold the principle that land serves a social function, enabling them to participate in land acquisition for development for the common good.Keywords: Legal Protection; Compensation; Consignment.ABSTRAKPembebasan lahan merupakan kegiatan membeli lahan dari penduduk dalam jumlah besar, yang seringkali menimbulkan permasalahan hukum dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemberian ganti rugi melalui konsinyasi dan perlindungan kepada pemegang hak atas tanah yang tidak mendapatkan keadilan dalam menerima ganti rugi melalui konsinyasi dalam proses pengadaan tanah. Konsinyasi dilakukan ketika terjadi sengketa mengenai kesepakatan harga atau jumlah ganti rugi yang telah disepakati dalam musyawarah antara panitia pengadaan tanah dengan masyarakat. Hasil menunjukan bahwa pengadaan tanah untuk kepentingan umum harus memberikan ganti kerugian yang layak serta memberikan perlindungan hukum, kelangsungan hidup yang layak, dan keadilan bagi masyarakat yang terdampak. Masyarakat harus senantiasa menjujung amanat bahwa tanah adalah fungsi sosial, masyarakat dapat turut serta berpartisipasi dalam pengadaan tanah untuk pembangunan demi kepentingan umum.Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum; Ganti Rugi; Konsinyasi.

Abstract

Proses penyewaan lapangan olahraga secara manual masih mengalami berbagai hambatan, seperti ketidaktersediaan informasi secara real-time, pemesanan yang kurang efisien, serta terbatasnya pencatatan histori transaksi. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini merancang sistem informasi penyewaan lapangan berbasis web bernama RentField. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Agile SCRUM secara iteratif melalui empat tahapan sprint, dimulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan hingga perancangan antarmuka. Teknologi yang digunakan meliputi React.js sebagai frontend, Flask sebagai backend, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan sistem mencakup use case diagram, ERD, desain antarmuka Lo-Fi dan Hi-Fi, serta fitur utama seperti pemesanan lapangan, pengelolaan akun, histori penyewaan, dan ulasan pengguna. Evaluasi terhadap rancangan antarmuka dilakukan berdasarkan WCAG 2.1 dan prinsip Gestalt, menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas elemen UI telah memenuhi standar aksesibilitas dan konsistensi visual. Dengan hasil ini, sistem RentField dinyatakan layak untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut ke tahap implementasi dan pengujian fungsional.
