Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT) has evolved. The amount of benefits making ICT as needs as well as the requirements for the organization in running the business. ClinicXYZ is currently experiencing very rapid progress. However, clinical progress brings its own problems. One is the increasing number of vehicles and the growing density of activity in the limited parking lot. XYZ Clinic parking lot currently managed manually, so there are still many problems that arise. Therefore, there are needs for a new system that could be the solution of the existing problems. Parking Information System Clinic XYZ is built using the Java programming language and MySQL. The system can handle the process of managing the parking attendant, parking transactions both in and out of vehicles as well as printing ticket and searching of old transaction data.

Abstract

Art Circle Dynamic Entry is a profitable business engaged in the field of digital art both fan making, original art, and visual novel. How Art Circle Dynamic Entry works in marketing marketing art commisssion mostly using online media such as facebook and Deviant Art. This study aims to build an order pre order art commission system in Art Circle Dynamic Entry that facilitates customers and artists in art pre order. System development method used in this research is method with Prototype process model and programming language used is PHP and JavaScript with phpMyAdmin software and MySQL database. The result of this research is the art commission pre order system based on web bootstrap in art circle dynamic entry which able to process the order data quickly so as to facilitate the customer in art pre order.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to develope physics learning materials based on Brain-Based Learningthat are valid, practical, and effective to facilitate student’s critical thinking skills in fluid matter. The learning materials development using 4D development model and have been tested on 10th grade students of  The Senior High School of 1 Kopang, academic year 2016/2017, with one group pre-test post-test design trial development research. Data collection methods used were questionnaires validity, tests and observation, whereas data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results were showed several findings: physics learning materials developed had an average score of validity categorized valid, based on the implementation of the lesson plan is obtained that can be done well, especially on elaboration step. The response was very positive towards learning students, critical categorized for student’s critical thinking skills after the trial of physics materials were develop. Based on the results of this trial can be concluded that developement of physics learning material was valid, practical, and effective to facilitate student’s critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Playcubic is a start-up business enganged in mass media industry. The system that Playcubiccurrently use is still using traditional system. The system used to have the risk of losing data and fakeddata. This study aims to help business including process of uploading article, invitation sharing andpayroll sytem for freelancer. The system under development method is using prototype developmentmethod. The results of this study are an information system that can be used by Playcubic that havebeen tested with black box testing.

Abstract

PT Surya Multi Cipta is a company engaged in manufacturing machine. Sales process at PT Surya Multi Cipta still rely on Microsoft Office and Excel for recording sales and other data. Reporting process is often hampered due to the data must be searched manually, so that required sales information system. The purpose of research is to build information systems sales of PT. Surya Multi Cipta to solve systematic sales and report problems. The method used by researcher to make sales information system is System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with prototype method and system modeling using Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sales information system created using laravel framework and programming language PHP, JavaScript and MySQL database. The results of this research is a websitebased sales information system that helps in the process of selling. Based on the results of testing and evaluation of researchers, sales information system is able to help the business process running.

Abstract

PT. Tridaya Eramina Bahari is a company engaged in the exporter of marine fish processing.This company does not yet have an integrated system. The process is still manual, making the length ofwork process and frequent errors. The length of the process makes it difficult for a corporate leader tomake a decision. This study aims to analyze and build information systems based on web productionprocess using laravel framework. System development method used is prototype. System modeling usesUML (unified Model Language). Database design using ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). Testingsystem using black box method with alpha testing type. The result of this research is production processinformation system used by company side to facilitate employee job.

Abstract

Abstract Information technology and the Internet (Internet of Things) today have been implemented in all aspects of life. This seems to be in line with the growing public interest in e-commerce. The e-commerce growth can be used as a competitive advantage of an organization. The company currently has a chatbot product which is a combination of chat and e-commerce in one application. Chatbot is a computer application which is designed to understand text and audio that can interact with humans. XYZ company currently requires business strategy planning to gain a broader market share of their products. In addition, the latest chatbot design can attract customers’ interest in chatbots use of XYZ company. The analysis was carried out by using Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Treats (SWOT) analysis and Unified Modeling Language (UML) to analyze and design the new chatbot. The results obtained a new proposed business processes and analysis as well as new chatbot system design of XYZ company. Keywords: chatbot, business process, SWOT, UML, Fishbone Abstrak Teknologi informasi dan internet dewasa telah ini dimanfaatkan diseluruh aspek kehidupan. Hal ini nampaknya sejalan dengan bertumbuhnya minat masyarakat terhadap e-commerce. Pertumbuhan e-commerce yang terus mengalami peningkatan, dapat dijadikan suatu peluang yang telah dilihat oleh PT. XYZ. Saat ini perusahaan memiliki produk chatbot yang merupakan gabungan antara chat dan e-commerce dalam satu aplikasi. Chatbot adalah komputer yang telah dirancang khusus untuk memahami teks maupun audio dan dapat berinteraksi dengan manusia. PT XYZ saat ini membutuhkan perencanaan strategi bisnis yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang luas terhadap produk mereka dan juga perancangan chatbot yang terbaru sehingga pelanggan tertarik menggunakan chatbot dari PT XYZ. Analisis dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan SWOT analsisi dan UML untuk menganalisis serta perancangan chatbot terbaru. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah proses bisnis dan analisis serta perancanggan sistem chatbot terbaru PT.XYZ. Kata kunci: chatbot, proses bisnis, SWOT, UML, Fishbone

Abstract

PT XYZ adalah perusahaan real estate yang berfokus pada pengembangan properti perumahan, komersial, dan industri di Indonesia. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan faktor kunci dalam menjaga loyalitas dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan di industri ini. Sebelum adanya aplikasi survei kepuasan pelanggan, perusahaan mengandalkan vendor eksternal untuk mengelola survei, yang membatasi fleksibilitas dalam penyesuaian pertanyaan, cakupan survei, dan kecepatan analisis data.Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, PT XYZ mengembangkan aplikasi survei kepuasan pelanggan in-house. Tujuan utama dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan fleksibilitas dalam menyusun dan menyesuaikan pertanyaan survei, memperluas cakupan survei ke semua unit yang dihuni atau disewakan, serta menyediakan fitur analisis data umpan balik yang efisien. Hasil dari pengembangan aplikasi ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam proses survei. Aplikasi memungkinkan penyesuaian pertanyaan survei secara real-time, memperluas cakupan survei untuk mencakup seluruh unit properti, dan mengurangi waktu proses pembuatan survei dari 1.440 menit menjadi 60 menit. Dengan aplikasi ini, PT XYZ dapat memperoleh data yang lebih representatif tentang kepuasan pelanggan, mempercepat analisis hasil, dan meningkatkan respons terhadap umpan balik pelanggan, yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.
