Abstract

Guna memahami makna man oriented lebih mendalam, diperlukan suatu tindakan untuk menelusuri hal-hal apa yang telah dimiliki oleh para pendahulu dalam mempertimbangkan faktor manusia kedalam desain-desain bagi kebutuhan hidup mereka. Metodenya adalah dengan menelaah teori-teori pada naskah-naskah tradisional, membandingkannya dengan literatur lain, serta observasi lapangan dibutuhkan untuk mencari persoalan-pesoalan yang berkembang dimasyarakat terkait dengan isu-isu man oriented itu. Namun dalam perjalanan aplikasinya isu itu banyak dimaknai secara berbeda oleh para pemakai. Ada yang menitik beratkan pada pemahaman keterbatasan manusia, ada pula yang menekankan pada kemampuan bahan-bahan yang dipergunakan dalam desainnya bahkan tidak kurang justru yang menonjol adalah nilai spiritual yang tak teraba indera manusia atau intangible value. Dipihak lain manusia dituntut oleh perkembangan globalisasi untuk survive dalam bersaing dipasaran, sehingga nilai ekonomis didalam mengejar produktivitas yang tinggi menjadi titik acuannya. Kata kunci : Gegulak, antropometri

Abstract

Tulisan ini berawal (terinspirasi) dan kemunculan debat tentang ijin membangun bangunan (IMB) dalam acara sosialisasi Draft Final Evaluasi Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kota Denpasar di Kantor Wali Kota Denpasar.  Diskusi dengan topik yang sama berlanjut pada siaran programa budaya di sebuah stasiun Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI Denpasar) 29 September 2006. Persoalan yang menjadi topik diskusi adalah bagaimana sebuah ijin dapat dikeluakan terkait dengan adanya redaksional dalam perda Tata Ruang Propinsi Bali Tahun 2005 yang berbunyi bahwa ijin bangunan baru dapat dikeluarkan bilamana telah memenuhi sebuah syarat bangunan yang men-citra-kan arsitektur tradisional Bali dan memenuhi prinsip-pnnsip yang tertuang dalam arsitektur tradisional Bali. Para peserta diskusi pada akhimya menyepakati permasalahan utama dalam perijinan ini adalah berpangkal pada masalah style.Sederhana topiknya namun memberi peluang diskusi yang melebar, baknya tanpa batas.

Abstract

Bali island of a thousand temples so we often hear in the community, the gods worshiped by his people in a temple in Bali, one of the means of worship that is â??Padmasariâ? which has three parts or ornament (structure). Based on the location of â??Padmasariâ? have different functions. Usually we can find the front yard of the house, at the fork in the road or seemingly hauntedplace. This paper is a case study using observation, interview, litelatur study with the data scattered in various places. Abstract

Bali Island as one of the tourism destinations in Indonesia, is well known in the archipelago as well as abroad. The beauty of nature and the charm of Balinese culture blend with its friendly society. The uniqueness of Balinese culture makes Bali as a tourist destination that always attracts tourists.Badung as a marine tourism destination, where most of it is managed by small entrepreneurs who only engaged in scouting and diving equipment rental. In addition, facilities and infrastructure of marine tourism services provided inadequate such as inadequate dive facilities. Various tourism participation and assistance programs have been developed in Badung regency, by Lembanga International, central government, local government, scientific institutions, non-governmental organizations, private and private sectors to support the development of tourism sector in this area.The research method used is data collection method which includes primary data with interview and observation technique, secondary data that is by literature study and literature supporting book. Data analysis methods that include data grouping, analysis and synthesis and the last is the method of conclusion.So to further develop the existing potential of Tanjung Benoa area, there needs to be a place of service with facilities to further improve services to marine tourism activities for tourists. Besides, with the Tanjung Benoa Marine Park, South Kuta, Badung is expected to be a contribution to further improve the quality of Tanjung Benoa tourism area and can serve as the utilization of human resources, improve the economic structure of the surrounding community and foreign exchange.Keywords: Parks, Tours, Nautical

Abstract

Architect as a( profession by a part society std as sum ed only design picture, so that in carry out only finish what be task owner. Therefore, oftentimes happen in carry out as architect disagree with code ethics architect, finally in work do not total applies the profesionality. A architect should be apply the profession with be espoused integrity and spearhead to present best work to owner and society,with enrich environment and culture.
