Abstract

The problem of transportation is one of the problems faced in Depok, especially at intersections. Problems of traffic congestion and conflicts often occur at signalized intersections, especially at the intersection of four signalized Depok Depok City where one of the efforts made to reduce conflicts in Depok intersection is done by setting the intersection. The methods used in the analysis of the performance of the intersection is the use of calculation on IHCM, while the traffic conflict analysis to determine the level of seriousness of traffic conflicts is by using traffic conflict Technique (TCT) is compared to that conflict VisSim 10.Recommendation is done by using a scheme using a 3-phase elections and 3.5 phase and then make a comparison with the third phase (existing) and selected the most appropriate scenario. From the scheme of recommendations that were made by using the software PTV VISSIM 10 obtained the most appropriate scheme that uses three-phase arrangement. The results of the simulation phase 3 was effective at reducing the number of traffic conflicts and service levels are still in good condition.

Abstract

This ergonomi working posture research was done to reduce Muskuloskeletal Disorders in working activity at put the wheel in to the position in PerumPengangkutanPenumpang Djakarta (PPD) by three workers. Workers are working in bending and crouching in long periods of time so that it can cause Muskuloskeletal Disorders. The workers are generally paying less attention to body posture at work. The Rapid Entire Body Assesment (REBA) method and Ovako Work Posture Analysis System (OWAS) method is used to analyze body posture. The research was conducted by interviewing the parties concerned at the activity put the wheel in to the position for designing the working tools required

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) kegiatan pembelajaran terpadu menulis daftar perkalian menggunakan metode model melalui bahan ajar terbatas; 2) hasil belajar menulis daftar perkalian menggunakan metode model melalui bahan ajar terbatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SD Negeri 3 Parungpanjang, Kabupaten Lebak, Banten pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri 3 Parungpanjang yang mengikuti pembelajaran menulis daftar perkalian menggunakan metode model melalui bahan ajar terbatas. Mereka berjumlah 23 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 22 siswa yang dipilih secara random dari anggota populasi. Inilah beberapa perangkat pembelajaran. Pertama, bahan ajar terbatas yang berisi model daftar perkalian. Kedua, rencana pembelajaran yang mencakup tiga kegiatan yakni kegiatan awal, kegiatan inti, dan kegiatan akhir. Ketiga, instumen tes untuk kerja. Data proses pembelajaran terpadu menulis daftar perkalian menggunakan metode model melalui bahan ajar terbatas dikumpulkan menggunakan pedoman observasi. Observasi dilakukan atas hasil rekaman elektronik terhadap kegiatan belajar-mengajar. Data hasil belajar dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen tes unjuk kerja. Tes disusun mengikuti prinsip objektif dan sistematis sehingga memenuhi syarat tes yang valid. Data proses pembelajaran terpadu menulis daftar perkalian menggunakan metode model melalui bahan ajar terbatas dianalisis secara kualitatif sedangkan data hasil belajar menulis daftar perkalian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Setiap data dan analisis data dilakukan validasi internal. Hasil penelitian: 1) proses pembelajaran terpadu terlaksana sesuai perencanaan; 2) hasil belajar menulis daftar perkalian menggunakan metode model melalui bahan ajar terbatas dapat mencapai skor baku 71,07.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets, Earning Per Share and Net Profit Margin on the share price of Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 Period. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study were pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Of the 45 pharmaceutical company populations sampled in the study, 9 companies were obtained. The sample withdrawal method is purposive sampling. The data analysis techniques used are classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. The statistical test results show that the significance value of the Return On Asset Cost is 0.000 <0.05, this means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that Return On Asset partially affects the Stock Price.
