Abstract

This study aims to find out the position and role of lecturers in carrying out the task of implementing the national education system and realizing the goals of national education. Lecturers are one of the determinants of the quality of education. The success of the implementation of higher education is largely determined by the readiness of the lecturer in preparing their students through teaching and learning activities or the learning process. The strategic position of lecturers to improve the quality of educational outcomes is strongly influenced by professional abilities in teaching and their level of welfare. To realize this; then the strategy of empowering lecturers is needed in order to realize professionalism that can be accounted for. The empowerment strategy implemented will be able to raise the dignity and level, improve the quality of learning, improve the quality of national education and provide quality services. Empowerment of lecturers is intended to create a work atmosphere or climate that leads to the development of potential, empowerment, and protection.

Abstract

Implementation of a Good Governance System in the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance Program (BLT-DD) in Cukanggalih Village, Curug District, Tangerang Regency. With the post-covid 19 phenomenon, poverty is still a challenge for the government to eradicate extreme poverty which has made the government continue the BLT-Village Fund program. The purpose of this study is to determine how good governance the Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) program is in Cukanggalih Village, Curug District, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method. Data were collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Types and sources of data are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Research location Cukanggalih Village, Curug District, Tangerang Regency The theoretical concept used is the Principles Good Governance Indicator in the UNDP (1997) which focuses on 5 Principles out of 9 principles including Participation, Rule of Law, Transparency, Fairness and accountability. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that most of them have been implemented quite well. However, in the principle of participation, there are still obstacles in the form of a lack of utilization of village websites as digital information media services that need special attention.

Abstract

Perkembangan era digital menjadi suatu bagian dari perkembangan peradaban zaman yang hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat modern. Saat ini, signifikansi perkembangan yang terjadi di era digial ditandai dengan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) yang semakin hari semakin berkembang, oleh sebab itu Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan meluncurkan aplikasi yang bernama SIAPkerja. Aplikasi SIAPkerja (Sistem Informasi dan Aplikasi Pelayanan Ketenagakerjaan) tujuan dari penelitian ini ini menganalisis kualitas pelayanan publik aplikasi SIAPkerja di Kantor Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI terhadap pelayanan publik yang diberikan melalui aplikasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebijakan pemerintah yang mendorong penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Seiring dengan hal tersebut, Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI mengembangkan aplikasi SIAPkerja sebagai upaya untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi dan layanan ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Responden penelitian terdiri dari pengguna aplikasi SIAPkerja dan petugas di Kantor Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI yang terlibat dalam pengembangan aplikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengguna aplikasi SIAPkerja masyarakat menjadi semakin mudah dalam melakukan proses pelayanan, dilihat dari kesigapan petugas yang merespon masyarakat pengguna layanan dan semua keluhan masyarakat yang langsung ditanggani oleh petugas dengan cepat.
