Abstract

Penyelesaian perkara penganiayaan melalui proses litigasi lekat dengan hukum sebagai sarana pembalasan. Konsep keadilan restoratif menitik beratkan pada mekanisme pemaafan dan bukan lagi pembalasan. Penyelesaian tindak pidana penganiayaan dengan konsep keadilan restoratif dilakukan di luar sistem peradilan pidana dengan melibatkan korban, pelaku, keluarga koban dan masyarakat serta pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan atas pelanggaran guna mencapai kesepakatan dan penyelesaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui lebih jauh konsep keadilan restoratif dalam penyelesaian perkara penganiayaan dengan menyertakan peraturan-peraturan terkait yang mengatur tentang keadilan restoratif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini doctrinal atau normative dengan menggunakan pendekatan undang-undang, pendekatan analisis, serta pendekatan kasus dalam menganalisis isu hukum yang bersumber dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder serta tersier. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme keadilan restoratif telah diterapkan melalui regulasi seperti Peraturan Kejaksaan Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 dan Peraturan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 Tahun 2021. Penyelesaian kasus penganiayaan melalui keadilan restoratif dapat dilakukan pada tahap penyidikan tanpa melalui proses litigasi, dengan mediasi, rekonsiliasi, dan dialog antara pihak terlibat. Dengan demikian, pendekatan ini menekankan pemulihan keadaan daripada hukuman, mengubah paradigma dari sistem pembalasan.

Abstract

The problem faced by the SMPN 03 Belitang Madang Raya School East OKU is how the influence of communication on the work motivation of the employees at the SMPN 03 Belitang Madang Raya School East OKU is, while the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of communication on the work motivation of employees at the SMPN 03 Belitang Madang Raya School East OKU. The proposed hypothesis is that there is a strong influence between communication on employee work motivation at the SMPN 03 Belitang Madang Raya School East OKU. From the calculation results obtained the results of r = 0.604. After consulting with a conservative standard, it turns out that 0.604 lies between 0.600 - 0.799 which is included in the strong correlation. Then to answer the hypothesis test proposed in the previous chapter has a relationship or not, then it is tested by hypothesis testing and obtained t count = 2.143. While the value of t table at the 95% confidence level for (n – 2 ) = 1.860. Then it can be seen that the t-count value is 2.143 which is greater than the t-table value = 1.860, thus means (Ho) is accepted and (Ha) is rejected.

Abstract

To achieve the desired goals, the organization must strive to provide enthusiasm and motivation to its employees. This motivation is not only positive motivation but also negative motivation, other ways that an organization can do is by providing satisfaction to its employees. There you can see how the existing employees work. The organization must also understand what the complaints of its employees are, so that there will be no strikes which of course have a negative impact on the organization. The problem at the Belitang III OKU Timur District Office is how motivation affects Increasing Employee Job Satisfaction, and the goal achieved is to determine the effect of work motivation on increasing employee job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research type. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the Belitang III District Office. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of motivation on job satisfaction. In addition, validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests were carried out to ensure the quality of the data used in the study. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that most of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by the motivation variable. This shows that increasing motivation, both from intrinsic and extrinsic factors, can significantly increase employee job satisfaction.
