Abstract

This study discusses the improvement of multiplication learning outcomes and fractional division through the model of Quantum Learning type TANDUR class V SDN Babadan 01 Kabupaten Blitar. This study uses a classroom action research method . In cycle I the average value of teacher activity is 81.82% and in cycle II there is an increase to 100%. The value of student activity in the first cycle was 79.62% and in cycle II the student activity increased to 92.93%. Meanwhile, the average value of student learning outcomes on pratindakan is 70 with 36.5% complete classical learning. In the first cycle the average value of student learning outcomes rose to 78.02 with the completeness of classical learning 67.24%, and on the second cycle average student learning outcomes to 90.52% with the classical learning completeness of 98.38%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar materi perkalian dan pembagian bilangan pecahan melalui model Quantum Learning tipe TANDUR kelas V SDN Babadan 01 Kabupaten Blitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata aktivitas guru sebesar 81,82% dan pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan menjadi 100%. Nilai aktivitas siswa pada siklus I diperoleh 79,62% dan pada siklus II aktivitas siswa meningkat menjadi 92,93%. Sementara itu nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada pratindakan adalah 70 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 37,5%. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa naik menjadi 78,02 dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal 67,24%, dan pada siklus II rata-rata nilai hasil belajar siswa menjadi 90,52.% dengan ketuntasan belajar klasikal sebesar 98,38%. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model quantum learning tipe tandur dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi perkalian dan pembagian bilangan pecahan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar materi perkalian dan pembagian bilangan pecahan melalui model Quantum Learning tipe TANDUR kelas V SDN Babadan 01 Kabupaten Blitar. Abstract

This research purposed to determine effect of the application of Problem Based Instruction (PBI) model toward ability student’s in solving of environmental pollution problems.This research was a Pre Experimental Design using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data of the student’s ability to solve problems collected using pretest and posttest methods of assessment with average reliability was 0.78. Test data were analyzed using the technique of Spearman rank correlation (α=5%) followed by calculating the determination coefficient. The results of research showed that there are 98,01% influence which was positive and significant between application of models PBI against ability of students in solving environmental pollution problems, with value of RS=0,99 (very high) and ZH (12.69) > Z table (0.96). Abstract

Pemodelan matematika merupakan proses merepresentasikan dan menjelaskan permasalahan pada dunia nyata ke dalam pernyataan matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan proses scaffolding yang dapat diberikan kepada peserta didik guna meningkatkan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan fleksibel. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pemilihan subjek menggunakan teknik Stratified Random Sampling. Subjek terdiri dari 3 peserta didik kelas X masing-masing satu peserta didik berkemampuan matematika tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketika subjek mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami suatu masalah, bantuan yang diberikan berupa panduan melalui pertanyaan. Jika mereka mengalami kesulitan dalam menghubungkan dengan konsep sebelumnya, bantuan akan berupa arahan untuk membuat tabel dan mereview kembali materi yang sudah dipelajari (Explaining, Reviewing, And Restructuring). Sementara jika subjek menghadapi kesulitan dalam menyusun strategi, bantuan yang diberikan adalah untuk mengingat kembali rencana strategi yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya dan mengembangkan pemikiran konseptual peserta didik (Developing Conceptual Thinking).  Kata kunci: langkah pemodelan, matematika, scaffolding Abstract: Mathematical modeling is the process of representing and explaining real world problems into mathematical statements. This research aims to describe the scaffolding process that can be provided to students to improve effective and flexible learning strategies. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with subject selection using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. The subjects consisted of three 10th grade students, one student each with high, medium and low mathematics abilities. The research results show that when the subject experiences difficulty in understanding a problem, the assistance provided is in the form of guidance through questions. If they have difficulty connecting with previous concepts, assistance will be in the form of directions to make tables and review the material they have studied (Explaining, Reviewing, And Restructuring). Meanwhile, if the subject faces difficulties in developing a strategy, the assistance provided is to recall the strategy plan that has been prepared previously and develop the students' conceptual thinking (Developing Conceptual Thinking). Key words: modeling steps, mathematics, scaffolding

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accounts receivable turnover for BPJS Employment patients at a XY hospital in Surabaya. Efficient management of receivables is crucial in maintaining liquidity and the financial health of the hospital, as well as supporting the delivery of quality services. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and purposive sampling of the hospital's finance head. The results indicate that the duration of converting receivables into cash and delays in payment accordance with the due date are primary factors influencing the BPJS Employment accounts receivable turnover. Additionally, complete administrative documentation and a rapid verification process play important roles in accelerating claim disbursement. This study recommends improvements in administrative management and collection strategies to optimize receivable turnover, thereby enhancing financial efficiency and service quality at the private hospital.
