This paper seeks to discuss about the management of the Maslakul Huda Kajen Pati Central Java Pesantren in the formation of Mandiri Individuals. In the research conducted by the writer through the field research method it can be said that in terms of management, the Maslakul Huda pesantren has used good and measurable management starting from: the pesantren board management recruitment system which in fact is active santri, the organizing system, supervision, material and educational methods that lead to the formation of the pesantren management. independent human being.

Pengalaman hidup dan perjalanan serta kondisi sosio-kultural sangat mempengaruhi karakteristik pemikiran seseorang. Memulai pemikiran fikih sebagai etika sosial secara berkelanjutan berpengaruh pada pengembangan masyrakat. Pemikiran fikih sebagai etika sosial kemudian berkembang menjadi gerakan sosial-ekonomi yang dimotori oleh Kiai Sahal. Fikih sosial merupakan refleksi hukum Islam dalam pengembangan masyarakat. Gagasan fikih sosial memiliki keterkaitan dinamis dengan kondisi sosial yang terus berubah. Kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat yang digerakkan Kiai Sahal diyakini sebagai sebuah amal yang berkelanjutan dan tidak sporadis.

Abstract This paper tries to trace the dispute (pro-konta) on sharia formalization in Indonesia and presents the description how far the sharia formalization is implemented. Regardless to the dispute, the difficulties to implement the formalization is no country in the world implement the sharia totally. This research is used social and historical approaches and also literary reviews on legislation, journal, quoting ulama’ ideas and their activities and others related opinions. Abstrak Artikel ini berupaya untuk melacak kekacauan (baca: pro-konta) mengenai formalisasi syariat di Indonesia, dan mencoba memberi gambaran seberapa jauh peluang formalisasi syariat ini disetujui. Namun terlepas dari adanya pro dan kontra mengenai gagasan formalisasi syariat, kesulitan dalam mewujudkan formalisasi tersebut adalah hingga saat ini tidak ada satu pun negara di dunia yang menerapkan formalisasi syariat secara utuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosial historis dengan menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan melalui pengumpulan dan studi literatur, legislasi, jurnal, dan mengutip pendapat ulama dan aktivis serta pendapat terkait lainnya.

AbstractThis article aims to explore the cohesion and harmony of the meaning of prayer that connects the law of occurrence (essence) and the law of brushing (Shari'a) as the main capital of the progress of one nation's civilization. This study uses a linguistic approach that is analyzed linguistically by researchers and literature study. From the results of the analysis and study of the author, it was found that individuals who halt their lives by interpreting the concept of 3 (three) pillars of prayer will harmonize the law of their essence and the law of the rule of worship against themselves. The pattern of harmony between the laws of nature and the laws of collective Sharia will build prosperity for mankind, and will give birth to blessings in the form of prosperity and progress of one nation's civilization. AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menggali kohesi dan harmoni pemaknaan shalat yang menghubungkan hukum kejadian (hakikat) dan hukum penyikapan (syariat) sebagai modal utama kemajuan peradaban satu bangsa. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan linguistik yang dianalisa secara kebahasaan oleh peneliti dan pendekatan studi literatur. Dari hasil analisa dan kajian penulis ditemukan bahwa individu yang menshalatkan kehidupannya dengan memaknai konsep 3 (tiga) rukun shalat akan menyelaraskan hukum hakikat dirinya dan hukum aturan penyikapan terhadap diri. Pola keselarasan hukum hakikat dan hukum syariat kolektif akan terbangun kesejahteraan untuk umat manusia, serta akan melahirkan keberkahan berupa kemakmuran dan kemajuan peradaban satu bangsa.

This research is specifically aimed at students averaging 13 years old and under who are in a crucial phase of character development. The background of this seminar is the urgent need to instill Islamic values comprehensively, not only in cognitive aspects in the form of memorizing the Qur'an but also in the affective and psychomotor dimensions, including noble character, love for knowledge, and deep spiritual awareness. The main purpose of the activity is to shape a rabbani generation that possesses a balance between mastery of knowledge, earnestness in worship, and moral responsibility in everyday life. Through this seminar, the students are guided to understand the importance of setting intentions in seeking knowledge, maintaining decorum towards teachers and peers, and fostering a life vision aimed at earning the pleasure of Allah SWT. The delivery method is carried out in an educational, motivational, and interactive manner through lectures, question and answer sessions, and practical illustrations relevant to the children's lives. Thus, the material can be easily received, enjoyable, and memorable for the participants. The results of the seminar show an increase in the understanding of the students regarding the concept of a righteous generation, reflected in their enthusiasm in discussions and their ability to explain the materials presented. Additionally, there has also been a growing motivation to be more serious in memorizing the Qur'an, improving their moral character, and preparing themselves for a better future. With continuous guidance, it is hoped that the students can become individuals who are steadfast, knowledgeable, possess good character, and are ready to face the challenges of the times based on faith and good deeds

Tangerang City, as a multicultural urban area, faces various social challenges, including domestic violence (DV), which has serious impacts on victims and the social environment. Generation Z, as a productive age group still developing their character, has great potential as agents of domestic violence prevention if equipped with the right legal understanding. This article discusses the results of community service activities aimed at improving legal literacy regarding criminal sanctions for domestic violence among Gen Z students through interactive seminars. The activities were carried out in several high schools and vocational schools in Tangerang City and included legal material presentations, case study discussions, and role-playing simulations. The results of the activities showed a significant increase in students' understanding of Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence, the types of violence regulated, and the criminal consequences for perpetrators. Participants demonstrated positive responses through active participation, courage to ask questions, and the ability to re-explain the material. In addition, students took the initiative to form "Anti-DV Students" groups in their respective schools as agents of further outreach. Community asset mapping demonstrated support from schools, student organizations, and law enforcement officials as potential partners in the program's sustainability. This article recommends the integration of social issue-based legal education into school programs and the strengthening of student networks that care about law for the sustainable prevention of domestic violence.

This research examines the implementation of the endowment of Iqra’ books and the Qur’an as part of a social service program in several TPA (Islamic learning centers) and Madrasah Diniyah (Islamic schools) in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan. The goal of this activity is to expand access for children to Islamic education, particularly for those with limitations in obtaining learning resources. Through a qualitative approach with direct class teaching methods, this study explores the stages of planning, implementation, and outcomes of the program. The findings show that the distribution of 30 Iqra’ books and 25 copies of the Qur’an to 20 students has positively impacted their motivation to learn, the smoothness of the Qur’an reading process, and the growth of social awareness among the community. In addition to providing material support, this activity also strengthens the role of Islamic educational institutions in shaping character and religious values from an early age.
