Abstract

Air compressor merupakan peralatan penting untuk menggerakan berbagai peralatan otomatisasi yang menggunakan pneumatik bagi peralatan industri terutama industri makanan dan minuman. Ketersediaan udara bertekanan untuk sistem pneumatik harus selalu siap, pengaturan saat ini dengan metode manual berpotensi terjadinya human error, sehingga jika angin yang dibutuhkan kurang dari yang ditentukan, maka peralatan dan sistem mekanik mesin / alat tidak akan bekerja sebagaimana mestinya sehingga berakibat kerugian terhadap kegagalan fungsi mesin, produktivitas dan output produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem aplikasi yang akan diterapkan pada mikrokontroler untuk mengatur lead-lag control dua unit peralatan paket pompa angin yang bekerja secara bergantian, dimana satu unit air compressor sebagai leader (pemimpin) dan unit kedua sebagai lagging (pengikut). Metode yang digunakan dengan menggunakan software program assembly yang dimasukan pada mikrokontroler, yang dibantu oleh perangkat hardware. Dengan batasan dari sistem ini tidak ditujukan untuk menanggulangi kekurangan angin bertekanan akibat power mati (shutdown). Hasil implementasi dari rancang bangun sistem ini menunjukan bahwa, alat lead-lag control pada air compressor dengan mikrokontroler yang dibuat dapat bekerja dengan baik jika digunakan pada pengontrolan dua buah unit sistem yang identik. Sehingga bisa mengurangi resiko berhentinya produksi karena suplai angin pada alat-alat produksi berkurang.

Abstract

Load balancing on a low-voltage distribution sistem by adjusting the phase of the new load to be installed requires information on the type of line phase that will be connected to the load. In this research, a phase reading method is proposed using Esp32 with LoRa communication. The purpose of this research is to make a method of reading phase with independent and reliable communication. The phase reading method is carried out by calculating the time difference between the periodic zero values of a phase and then comparing it with other phases to determine the type of phase based on its similarity. With this principle the effect of harmoniks can be reduced where the harmoniks do not affect the time of the zero value of the periodic sinusional wave. Based on the results of the review conducted, this method is better than the conventional method using an electronic mosfet circuit or logic gate where the reference signal cannot be adjusted and the fabrication process is for high-cost commercialization

Abstract

The electric train (KRL) is a form of application of scientific and technological developments in the field of transportation so that KRL can replace modes of transportation that use coal or use diesel. Currently electric trains in Indonesia are one of the modes of transportation that are most widely used every day for activities ranging from transportation for schools and colleges to transportation used to go to work and other important activities. Every year electric train passengers in Indonesia are increasing, starting from 100 thousand passengers per day until it is predicted to be 1 million passengers per day. The capacity of the Purwosari Traction Substation (GT) can be categorized as sufficient, with the difference between the specifications of the power capacity and the calculated capacity of only 57.9%. On the Purwosari – Solo Balapan route, the cable type resistance was 0.000167 ?/m, from this type of resistance to the resistance calculated from usage, a difference of around 20.9%. As for the Feeder Wire type resistance, the cable specification limit with the calculation is still below the maximum limit so it is still feasible to use. Because the specification limit and the calculation results are around 99.654% of the limit at 20°C.
