Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan prosesi Kesenian Kuda Lumping, bagaimana rima yang terdapat dalam mantra Kuda Lumping, dan bagaimana makna kesenian Kuda Lumping. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan bentuk penelitiannya kualitatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan struktural. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengamatan langsung. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kesenian Kuda Lumping. Data dalam penelitian  ini adalah data yang berupa kutipan kata-kata, dan prosesi Kesenian Kuda Lumping.Hasil analisis data 1)  Prosesi kesenian Kuda Lumping terdiri dari tahap pesiapan, pelaksanaan dan penutupan. 2) Rima yang terdapat dalam mantra Kesenian Kuda Lumping meliputi rima menurut bunyinya yaitu rima mutlak, terbuka, alestrasi, asonansi dan sejajar. Sedangkan menurut letaknya, meliputi  rima datar, dan rima menurut hubunganya meliputi rima merdeka. 3) Makna yang terdapat dalam mantra Kesenian Kuda Lumping adalah makna sosial dan makna religius. Kata kunci: Struktur, Mantra,Kuda lumping.   Abstract: this watchfulness aims to describe horse artistry procession lumping, how rima found in horse supertitous formula lumping,  and how does horse artistry meaning lumping. Method that used descriptive method and qualitative the watchfulness form. Approach that used approach structural. Data collecting technique in this watchfulness direct observation technique. Data source in this watchfulness horse artistry lumping. Data in this watchfulness data shaped words quotation,  and horse artistry procession lumping. data analysis result 1) Horse artistry procession lumping consist of stage ready, execution and closing. 2) Rima found in horse artistry supertitous formula lumping cover rima follow the sound that is rima absolute, opened, alestrasi, assonance and in a line. while follow the location, cover rima flat, and rima follow connection cover rima independent. 3) Meaning found in horse artistry supertitous formula lumping social meaning and religious meaning Keyword: Structure, Supertitous Formula, Kuda Lumping.

Abstract

Motorcycle shock breaker consist a tube fill with oil. The oil volume determine the shock breaker performance to  reduce  shock  force.  This  research  is  aimed  to  get  the  effect  of  oil  air  ratio  due  to  motorcycle  shock  breaker performance. The research is done by determine the amplitude and frequency of the vibration which measure by roll paper recording. The oil volume is vary as 60, 70 and 80 ml. The oil pressure is measure with manometer. The pressure data is used to count pressure force based on telescopic cylinder area. The result shows that oil volume has effect due to shock breaker performance. The result also shows that oil volume has effect due to the vibration.

Abstract

This research explores the complex dynamics between asset structure, sales growth, and business risk in the context of stock pricing, taking into account the significant role played by capital structure. This phenomenon is critical in facing the challenges of dynamic financial markets, where the interaction of these variables can provide deep insight into stock market behavior. This research aims to understand the relationship between asset structure, sales growth and business risk in their influence on stock prices. This research approach involves associative quantitative analysis. to identify the relationship between the variables studied. The empirical data used comes from the financial reports of selected companies listed on the stock market. Research findings show that there is a significant relationship between asset structure, sales growth and business risk in influencing share prices. Capital structure is identified as a supporting factor that moderates this relationship, providing further understanding of the share pricing mechanism.

Abstract

Business has grown rapidly and undergone constant transformation. The food and beverage industry is a promising one. Fast food cafes are currently a lifestyle trend for adults. Fast food cafes are considered dining establishments that can provide the desired relaxed atmosphere. Cafes can be a place to relax with friends or family, socialize with business associates, or even simply enjoy the solitude. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Menu Variation, Price and Place Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction at Yokina Coffee and Eatery. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study use questionnaires, interviews, and observations. While the data analysis used is a descriptive technique that has 3 independent variables, namely X1 (Menu Variation), X2 (Price), X3 (Place Atmosphere) and 1 dependent variable, namely Y (Customer Satisfaction). The results of this study can be concluded that Menu Variation can have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Price can have a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Place atmosphere has a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the price variable has a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, seen from the value of the regression coefficient results which are greater than the Menu variation and place atmosphere variables.
