Abstract

Sexual harassment is an act of sexuality in the form of physical or non-physical touching that can occur in various spheres of the environment, such as social or educational. However, not all individuals dare to report acts of sexual harassment. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that may influence the reporting of acts of sexual harassment against students in East Java. This study uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. The research subjects totaled 102 people from a predetermined population using a probability sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the experience of sexual harassment (sig. of the change 0.000 < 0.05) and cognitive perceptions/opinions (sig. of the change 0.054 > 0.05) are factors that influence the reporting of acts of sexual harassment against students in East Java . This shows that there are many students who have experienced sexual harassment, and the action that is most often taken is to report the perpetrator.

Abstract

Sports competitions are one of the arenas in which a country can prove its capability to manage quality human resources. Good mental ability management is one factor that influences an athlete's success rate in winning a competition. Mental toughness positively influences an athlete, one of which is fostering motivation to achieve. This study aimed to determine the effect of CBM intervention on Paser club archery athletes in Sidoarjo in terms of increasing Mental toughness. This study uses a pretest-posttest design type with a single group and experimental research methodology. Because the sample is less than 30, the sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, namely saturation sampling. The mental toughness scale is used as a data collection tool and analyzed using a paired t-test. The statistical test results showed a significance value of .0001, which means that there is an effect of CBM intervention in increasing the mental toughness of Paser club archery athletes in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kenyataan dimana pendidikan formal lebih menekankan perkembangan kognitif saja daripada afektif. Sehingga pengajaran di sekolah, jarang ada kegiatan yang menuntut berpikir kreatif dan siswa tidak terangsang untuk berpikir, bersikap, dan berperilaku kreatif, Adapun yang menjadi masalah penelitian ini adalah “Apakah ada Pengaruh Partisipasi Kegiatan OSIS Terhadap Berpikir Kreatif Dalam Memecahkan Masalah Organisasi Pada Pengurus OSIS di SMPN 1 Gedangan?”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh partisipasi kegiatan OSIS terhadap berpikir kreatif dalam memecahkan masalah organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini data disebarkan kepada seluruh pengurus OSIS di SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan. Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa partisipasi kegiatan OSIS memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap berpikir kreatif dalam memecahkan masalah pada pengurus OSIS di SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan. Selain itu sumbangan penelitian sebesar 0,397 yang menunjukkan bahwa 40% variabel berpikir kreatif bisa dijelaskan oleh variabel independen yang digunakan dalam persamaan regresi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini.
