Abstract

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian yang sebelumnya pernah ditulis dan dianalisis kembali berdasarkan beberapa aspek, yaitu peristiwa dari konflik, pemicu terjadinya konflik, penyebab dari konflik, dampak dari konflik, dan juga upaya resolusi konflik keagamaan Aceh Singkil. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis tulisan ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang diperlukan dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan studi pustaka, dengan melakukan  pengamatan terlibat dan studi dokumentasi. Tujuan dari analisis terhadap tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui akar masalah konflik, dengan cara menelusuri budaya masyarakat, hubungan antara umat Muslim dan Kristen, benturan budaya dan kepentingan,serta kronologi konflik. Selanjutnya peneliti menawarkan resolusi konflik melalui pendekatan yang dilakukan terhadap tulisan sebelumnya. This paper is the result of research that was previously written and re-analyzed based on several aspects, namely: the events of the conflict, the triggers for the conflict, the causes of the conflict, the impact of the conflict, and also efforts to resolve the Aceh Singkil religious conflict. The method used in the analysis of this paper uses case studies with a qualitative approach. The necessary data is collected using literature study, by conducting involved observations and documentation studies. The purpose of the analysis of this paper is to find out the root causes of the conflict, by tracing the culture of society, the relationship between Muslims and Christians, clashes of cultures and interests, and the chronology of the conflict. Furthermore, the researcher offers conflict resolution through the approach taken from previous writings.

Abstract

This research is to find out about the development of private madrasah management in private MA Miftahul Falah. The results of this study indicate that the development of management is in accordance with planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, except for the aspects of financing that have not been optimal. As for the Gedebage and private MA YPP Sukamiskin, it can be concluded that the development of madrasah management is in accordance with the plan, except in the aspect of financing, which only relies on BOS and causes delays in all activities.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the role of teachers in improving the quality of learning in Islamic junior high schools. The approach used was a qualitative case study method, involving in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of teachers, students, and the principal. The results of the study indicate that teachers play a crucial role in creating a conducive, innovative, and quality-oriented learning environment. Teachers function not only as instructors but also as motivators, facilitators, and developers of student competencies. Furthermore, teachers' success in implementing various learning strategies, using a variety of media, and conducting ongoing professional development contribute to improving the quality of education in Islamic junior high schools. These findings are expected to serve as a reference in improving teacher quality and the quality of learning in Islamic junior high schools in general.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of technology-based learning management on student learning outcomes at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic junior high school). This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with 12 teachers and 20 students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (Islamic junior high school) who have used technology-based learning management. The results of the study indicate that technology-based learning management can improve student learning outcomes in several ways, namely: (1) improving the quality of teaching materials through e-learning; (2) increasing student learning motivation through game-based learning; and (3) improving students' critical thinking skills through project-based learning. The results of this study also indicate that Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers need to be given training and support to improve their skills in using technology in the learning process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya resistensi dalam penerapan pendidikan multikultural di Pondok Pesantren, yang dipengaruhi kurang optimalnya peran manajemen berbasis nilai-nilai tasawuf. Padahal, nilai tasawuf memiliki kontribusi penting dalam menciptakan harmoni sosial di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Zawiyah Garut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran manajemen pendidikan multikultural melalui penerapan nilai-nilai tasawuf, dengan fokus pada implementasi empat fungsi manajemen: perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terkait pelaksanaan pendidikan multikultural berbasis tasawuf. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam aspek perencanaan, pesantren menetapkan visi dan misi yang jelas serta mengembangkan kurikulum yang menekankan nilai keragaman. Dalam pengorganisasian, pesantren membangun struktur kerja yang jelas, membentuk tim kolaboratif, dan melibatkan santri dalam berbagai kegiatan. Pelaksanaan pendidikan menggunakan metode interaktif, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler beragam, serta pelatihan guru untuk menciptakan suasana belajar inklusif. Pengawasan dilakukan melalui evaluasi kinerja dan umpan balik terstruktur. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini menegaskan bahwa penerapan pendidikan multikultural di Pesantren Zawiyah Garut memerlukan manajemen yang efektif melalui pendekatan nilai-nilai tasawuf.

Abstract

Pengelolaan manajemen keuangan yang baik dan profesional memegang peranan penting dalam mendukung pencapaian mutu madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis manajemen keuangan dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu madrasah. Pengelolaan keuangan yang transparan, akuntabel, dan efisien diharapkan dapat mendukung berbagai program pendidikan yang berkualitas serta meningkatkan pelayanan kepada peserta didik dan masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengelolaan keuangan di salah satu madrasah swasta di daerah tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen keuangan yang baik, seperti perencanaan anggaran yang matang, pengelolaan dana yang transparan, dan pengawasan keuangan yang ketat, berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu madrasah. Selain itu, adanya partisipasi aktif dari seluruh unsur madrasah dalam pengelolaan keuangan mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat dan stakeholder terhadap madrasah tersebut. Temuan ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan sistem pengelolaan keuangan berbasis transparansi dan akuntabilitas serta pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan kepada pengelola madrasah guna mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.   Good and professional financial management plays an important role in supporting the achievement of madrasah quality. This study aims to describe and analyze financial management to improve the quality of madrasahs. Transparent, accountable, and efficient financial management is expected to support various quality education programs and improve services to students and the community. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of financial management at a private madrasah in a specific area. The results indicate that the implementation of good financial management, such as thorough budget planning, transparent fund management, and strict financial oversight, contributes positively to improving the quality of madrasahs. Furthermore, the active participation of all elements of the madrasah in financial management can increase public and stakeholder trust in the madrasah. These findings recommend the need to strengthen the financial management system based on transparency and accountability and financial management training for madrasah administrators to support the continuous improvement of educational quality.
