Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal awareness and advertising effectiveness on purchase intention. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and non-prbability sampling techniques. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using google form to 103 respondents in Sukabumi and data process using IBM SPSS software version 24. The simultaneously and partially halal awareness and advertising effectiveness on purchase intentions had a significant and positive effect on purchase intentions. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 75,727 > 3,08 shows that Fcount is greater than Ftable and the results of the correlation in this study have a very strong value, namely 0,776 it can show that from each variable there is an influence between the halal awareness variable and the effectiveness of advertising on buying interest. The results of the t-test, which is 6.908 > 1.983, show that Tcount is greater than Ttable, so it can be concluded that the halal awareness and advertising effectiveness variables have a significant influence on buying interest.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Inovasi produk dan Daya saing terhadap Daya saing UMKM Bakery di Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampel Jenuh. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 32 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Teknik analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Inovasi produk berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dengan skor 7.392, sedangkan Daya saing berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan skor 2.357. Hasil penelitian Pengaruh Inovasi Produk dan Daya saing terhadap kinerja UMKM Bakery di Kota Sukabumi sebesar 77,8%. Kesimpulannya, adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan inovasi produk dan daya saing terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Kota Sukabumi.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, manufacturing companies face challenges in maintaining employee loyalty amidst cultural diversity. The phenomenon of low employee loyalty is evident from high turnover rates, absenteeism, and non-compliance with company regulations. This study aims to analyze the influence of cross-cultural leadership and organizational culture on employee loyalty, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the manufacturing industry in Cianjur Regency. The method used is descriptive analysis with a population of 8,400 employees. The sample selection was carried out randomly and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a sample size of 200 respondents. The results of the study indicate that cross-cultural leadership does not have a significant direct effect on employee loyalty, but it has a significant impact on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant effect on both employee loyalty and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is proven to mediate the effect of cross-cultural leadership and organizational culture on employee loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of leadership that can manage cultural diversity and a positive organizational culture in creating job satisfaction, ultimately enhancing employee loyalty. This research provides insights for manufacturing companies in Cianjur to focus on leadership and organizational culture aspects to improve employee loyalty through job satisfaction.
