Abstract

Abstrack :The purpose of this research paper is to implement a method of cost-based pricing on CV. Midi Sukabumi in determining the selling price Lidi Osyin Noodle. The analysis technique that used is  descriptive quantitative approach analysis technique used to analyze numbers using formulas and make descriptions systematically. the result of this research is determining the selling price on CV. Midi Sukabumi by using cost based pricing method are of two calculations, is cost plus pricing used to calculate the total cost of production and non-production process. And the second calculation is the calculation of mark up pricing used for reseller agents by adding a desired mark up on the purchase price of unity. Key Words : Full costing, cost based pricing, cost plus pricing, and mark up pricing

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of food quality and perceived value on consumer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The sample used in this research was 98 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, and simultaneous test (F test).The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,473 can be interpreted that the effect of Food Quality and Perceived Value on consumer satisfaction is 4,73%. The remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.696, it shows that there is a strong relationship between food quality and perceived value with customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0,05, which means that together Food Quality (X1) and Perceived Value (X2) significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of marketing capabilities in improving marketing performance. The method in this research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. This research uses a sample of 37 coffee shops with the owner being the respondent. The technique in order to collect a number of data used for this research is primary data, namely observation, interviews and questionnaires and secondary data used is literature study. This research conducts testing to determine the valid and reliable data used. The technique to process a number of data is done using the correlation coefficient test, the coefficient of determination test, the simple linear regression test and the hypothesis test used is the significance test (T test). The conclusions of this research indicate that there is a significant influence of the marketing capability variable on marketing performance.

Abstract

Banking health is very important to be maintained because banks play an important role in society, especially as increasing the country's economic growth. This study aims to examine the effect of risk-based bank rating on financial distress. The risk-based bank rating ratio consists of risk profiles proxied by NPL and LDR, good corporate governance proxied by the size of the board directors and independent commissioners, earnings proxied by ROA, ROE, BOPO, and NIM, and capital proxied by CAR. The yardstick used in this research is the bankometer model. The research year is 6 years from 2013-2018. The population was all non-foreign exchange banks, amounting to 30. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, find 20 non-foreign exchange with data analysis techniques using logistic regression. Research data using SPSS 25. The results of the study found the influence of LDR, size of the board directors, NIM, and CAR. LDR ratio has a significant negative effect, board size has a significant positive effect, NIM has a significant negative effect, and CAR has a significant negative effect on financial distress. This because the fourth variable had an important thing on liquidity, independent oversight, interest income, and capital adequacy. Whereas NPL, independent commissioners, ROA, ROE, and BOPO do not affect financial distress. This because the value of each variable already appropriate with Bank Indonesia determination and it summed up that Non-Foreign Exchange Bank already apply it well. This shows that risk-based bank ratings can be a parameter of bank health.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the role of tourism products and destination image of tourists visiting decision. The method in this study uses a type of probability sampling, including simple random sampling with a sample of 200 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linier regression analysis, coefficient of determination, simultaneous model testing (F test), and partial hypothesis testing (T test). T test result shower that tourism products had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, destination image had a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions.The F test results the probability value sig. 0,000 < 0,05 which means that the F test can be accepted and shows the influence simultaneously. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination test obtained a value of 0,596 can be interpreted that the influence of tourism products and destination image on the decision of visiting that is equal to 59,6%, the remaining 40,4 % is influenced by other factors not explained this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal awareness and advertising effectiveness on purchase intention. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and non-prbability sampling techniques. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires using google form to 103 respondents in Sukabumi and data process using IBM SPSS software version 24. The simultaneously and partially halal awareness and advertising effectiveness on purchase intentions had a significant and positive effect on purchase intentions. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 75,727 > 3,08 shows that Fcount is greater than Ftable and the results of the correlation in this study have a very strong value, namely 0,776 it can show that from each variable there is an influence between the halal awareness variable and the effectiveness of advertising on buying interest. The results of the t-test, which is 6.908 > 1.983, show that Tcount is greater than Ttable, so it can be concluded that the halal awareness and advertising effectiveness variables have a significant influence on buying interest.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan di masa pandemi Covid-19 menarik perhatian peneliti untuk mengkaji bidang ini. Hal ini dikarenakan maraknya perbincangan mengenai pandemi Covid-19 di dua tahun terakhir. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial dan job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan hotel. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitiannya adalah karyawan Hotel X Sukabumi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji model penelitian dan uji hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai t hitung untuk variabel dukungan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 3,158 > 1,99 dan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa dukungan sosial memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai t hitung untuk variabel job insecurity terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah 2,750 > 1,99 dan nilai signifikansi 0,008 < 0,05 disimpulkan bahwa job insecurity memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence word of mouth and brand image have on purchasing decisions. The variables used in this study are word of mouth,, brand image, and purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is to use probability sampling by distributing questionnaires as many as 150 respondents to consumers who use Iphone smatphone in Sukabumi City. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression where in this method the method of partial effect and simultaneous influence is used. The results obtained show that there is no positive and significant influence between word of mouth on purchasing decisions. And there is a positive and significant influence between brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan permasalahan yang masih belum dapat diatasi sampai saat ini di Indonesia. Berbagai Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini sudah ditempuh oleh pemerintah yang salah satunya membuka Lapangan Pekerjaan baru. KKN Kewirausahaan merupakan salah satu varian KKN yang diselenggarakan oleh LPPM Universitas Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. Program yang dilaksanakan di Desa Waluran Mandiri yaitu kewirausahaan dengn memberdayakan masyarakat tuna karya guna mengenmbangkan usaha Edu Wisata Hanjeli. Tujuan program pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk menjawab permasalahan dan memberdayakan potensi yang ada di desa Waluran Mandiri, yaitu; melaksanakan pemetaan potensi yang mendukung produk pariwisata, menumbuhkan minat serta keterampilan berwirausaha masyarakat tuna karya dan menginisiasi Usaha Rintisan Masyarakat Tuna Karya (URIMASTU). Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada pengabdian masyarakat dengan melibatkan mahasiswa KKN adalah 1) melaksanakan Kegiatan Pendataan dan Pemetaan Potensi Desa; 2) melaksanakan Sosialisasi Program KKN dan FGD; 3) membentuk kelompok kerja usaha dan pelatihan Kewirausahaan; dan 4) merintis usaha Edu Wisata Hanjeli. Berdasarkan hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat maka melalui program usaha Edu Wisata Hanjeli yang mengembangkan keahlian para warga masyarakat dengan mengelola sumber daya alam yang sangat berpotensi untuk mensejahterakan warganya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan apakah terdapat pengaruh karakteristik followers dan konten iklan terhadap efektivitas instagram stories advertisement. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan deskriptif asosiatif. Teknik pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling, yakni Purposive Sampling dimana peneliti hanya mengambil sampel yang menjadi kriteria dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner online kepada 200 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada akun media sosial instagram produk kosmetik wardah dengan id @wardahbeauty. Teori pemasaran digital merupakan teori utama yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dimana menurut teori ini pemasaran digital akan memberikan peluang bagi para pemasar untuk mempromosikan barang atau jasa melalui konten iklan dengan layanan yang cepat dan interaksi pemasaran yang lebih interaktif, real time, dan efektif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis memperlihatkan variabel karakteristik followers berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel efektivitas iklan dan variabel konten iklan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel efektivitas iklan. Adapun hasil pengukuran efektivitas iklan dengan menggunakan AISAS model berada pada rentang skala efektif.
