Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the process of the implementation of student state Vocational School Prakerin in Purwodadi and test the difference Prakerin in state Vocational School and private vocational schools in Purwodadi. This research uses research survey that is descriptive. The population of  this research is the grade XI Concrete Masonry Construction Engineering (TKBB) of state Vocational School and private vocational schools  in Purwodadi. The Sampling technique used was Simple Random Sampling. The results of the research implementation process of state Vocational School that is as much as 10 students (21.74%) stated the very high category, 31 students (67.39%) including the categories high, by as much as 5 students (10.87%) stated the categories and score an average of 141.26. Results of the study in private vocational schools show that as many as 8 students (17.39%) including the very high category, 14 students (30.43%) said the high category, as many as 14 students (30.43%) including categories and score an average of 134.37. The results of calculations using SPSS t-Test of can to score t of extent and significance is 3.794 0.000 ˂ 0.05 so the hypothesis described there are differences in the implementation process state Vocational School and private vocational schools in Purwodadi was supported by the data. Implementation of student state Vocational School Prakerin including categories higher and private vocational schools categories include enough.

Abstract

Pelapisan dengan metode Elektroplating adalah suatu proses pengendapan logam pada permukaan suatu logam secara elektrolisa, endapan yang terjadi bersifat adhesif terhadap logam dasar. Fungsi utama dari pelapisan logam adalah memperbaiki penampilan (dekoratif), memperbaiki kehalusan atau bentuk permukaan dan toleransi logam dasar, melindungi logam dasar dari korosi , dan meningkatkan ketahanan produk terhadap gesekan (abrasi). Pelapisan tembaga pada besi (baja) dilakukan dengan menggunakan cairan elektrolit HCl 2%, menggunakan listrik DC 5 Volt 2 Ampere, waktu pembuatan larutan pelapis 2 jam, dan waktu pelapisan 5 hingga 10 menit. Lagkah terakhir adalah membersihkan benda kerja dengan etanol atau air sabun, dan dilakukan pemolesan. Proses ini menghasilkan produk dengan tampilan yang gilap dan lebih tahan korosi.

Abstract

Tongkang dirancang berbentuk lambung dan tidak memiliki sistem propulsi sendiri, seiring berjalannya waktu untuk memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan dan menunjang pekerjaan barge alih fungsikan dengan cara di modifikasi, diantaranya dijadikan tempat akomodasi, salah satunya pada barge 345 feet, dimodifikasi menjadi Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) 345 feet. Akibat perubahan/ alih fungsi pasti akan menyebabkan perubahan berat maupun draft Barge. Untuk itu maka diperlukan perhitungan berat konstruksi barge 345 feet, sebelum maupun sesudah modifikasi menjadi Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) 345 feet. Perhitungan beban dilakukan secara matematis sesuai dengan konstruksi yang ada pada barge 345 feet. Perhitungan meliputi bangunan barge 345 feet sebelum modifikasi tanpa sideboard, bangunan atas setelah dimodifikasi menjadi Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) 345 feet, dan perubahan draft. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dimana banyak menggunakan data yang berupa angka, tabel dan grafik yang dapat dipertanggung jawabkan. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui Berat total konstruksi barge 345 feet sebelum modifikasi tanpa sideboard dalam satuan Ton adalah 1618,824 ton, Berat total kontruksi bangunan atas barge 345 feet setelah dilakukan modifikasi menjadi Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) 345 feet adalah 353,94 ton, dan perubahan draft yang terjadi pada berat barge 345 feet sebelum di modifikasi adalah 0,7802 m dan setelah dimodifikasi menjadi Accomodation Work Barge (AWB) 345 feet adalah 0,932 m.

Abstract

Pre-vocational learning is an effort made on children from an early age so that children are able to know and recognize the world of work as a direction for their future. The purpose of this study is to increase knowledge about the world of vocations in students through the implementation of pre-vocational learning which is carried out in collaboration with the subject teacher of Guidance and Counseling (BK) at Trimulya Junior High School, Semarang City. The data collection technique used in this study is to use instruments that are tested for validity in the form of pre – test and post – test. Subjects used in this study were students at Trimulya Junior High School Semarang. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an increase in knowledge about the vocational world in students at Trimulya Junior High School in Semarang City after the implementation of pre-vocational learning at Trimulya Junior High School in Semarang City.

Abstract

Technological advances in the automotive industry encourage humans to produce new innovations. including motorbikes with an EFI system. The EFI system at the factory is considered not to produce maximum power, therefore it is necessary to re-map the ECU on EFI system vehicles. The research results show that (1) The highest torque is when using racing spark plugs with a fuel mapping of 3%, an ignition angle of 1°, the torque increases by 11% at 4,000 rpm; (2) Highest power at 3% fuel mapping, 1° ignition angle with racing spark plugs, power increases 9% at 5,000 rpm; (3) The best SFC when using racing spark plugs and ECU remapping fuel at 5%, 2° ignition angle, achieves a reduction of 13% at 6,000 rpm; (4) In exhaust gas emissions, CO levels decreased by 59% in standard ECUs with racing spark plugs, the lowest CO2 in fuel mapping ECUs with 10% ignition angle 3° standard spark plugs, HC experienced the highest reduction of 15% with standard spark plugs in fuel mapping ECUs. 5% ignition angle 2°. The lowest O2 reduction is 40% when using ECU fuel mapping 3% ignition angle 1° standard spark plug.
