Abstract

With the current outbreak of the corona virus, all sectors must start to improve so that they can survive during a pandemic, including the education sector. The teaching and learning process carried out during a pandemic situation like this is carried out using an online system and distance learning. Teachers must be able to provide facilities so that students can absorb the material optimally. Another problem that arises is that not all teachers are able to implement the distance learning system and also using the applications or technologies that support distance learning system. To solve this problem, the school needs to get the training of how to make a distance learning system media and in this case the school cooperates with STMIK STIKOM INDONESIA (STIKI) for the training. The training materials provided are google classroom training, google form and training on making the learning videos. The results of the analysis were obtained from the pretest and posttest questionnaires which were described descriptively. After receiving the training, most of the teachers will switch to use the Google Classroom media instead of WA social media, because 100% of the teachers stated that Google Classroom is very helpful in supporting online learning. In addition, according to the posttest questionnaires, 8.3% of the teachers understand very well about the features contained in Google Classroom, 41.7% understand it well and 50% are understand it quite well, meaning that most of the teachers understand the use of Google Classroom. The training also received a good responses from SDN 2 Kawan School and it will be applied to support their distance learning system.

Abstract

Material beton adalah salah satu material penting yang sering digunakan pada pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia. beton pada dasarnya adalah campuran yang terdiri dari agregat kasar dan agregat halus yang dicampur dengan air dan semen sebagai pengikat dan pengisi antara agregat kasar dan agregat halus. Beton normal dipakai untuk struktur beton bertulang, bagian-bagian struktur penahan beban, misalnya kolom, balok, dinding yang menahan beban dan sebagainya. Kuat tekan beton normal berkisar antara 15 – 30 Mpa. Kebutuhan beton dalam suatu proyek tidak hanya dalam volume yang besar, namun juga dalam volume yang kecil. Dalam volume yang besar, pemenuhan kebutuhan beton dalam suatu proyek dapat dilakukan dengan pemesanan ke supplier beton dalam bentuk beton readymix. Pemenuhan kebutuhan beton dalam volume kecil biasanya dilakukan dengan membuat sendiri campurannya. Masalah yang dihadapi ketika hendak membuat campuran beton adalah bagaimana merencanakan komposisi campuran beton agar dapat memenuhi spesifikasi teknik sesuai dengan ketentuan atau permintaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan maksud dapat membantu menghasilkan komposisi campuran beton mutu sedang yang dapat dijadikan acuan bagi proyek atau pekerjaan yang membutuhkan volume tidak terlalu besar dan dapat dibuat di lokasi pekerjaan (site mix) dengan spesifikasi tertentu Kata Kunci: Metode Kerja, Beton, Proyek

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed media consumption patterns in Indonesia, with streaming services like Disney+ Hotstar becoming increasingly popular. Since its launch in 2020, Disney+ Hotstar has offered exclusive content from Marvel, Pixar, Disney, National Geographic and others, quickly capturing the market in Indonesia. However, this service is not without controversy, particularly regarding certain content deemed to conflict with social values in Indonesia. Additionally, service quality, subscription prices, and content availability are also concerns for users. The difference in ratings on the Play Store (1.7) and the App Store (4.8) indicates a disparity in user satisfaction between the two platforms. This study aims to analyze user sentiment towards Disney+ Hotstar, particularly regarding reviews on the Play Store and App Store. Using a classification model with Support Vector Machine (SVM), optimized with the Synthetic Minority Over-Sampling Technique (SMOTE) to address data imbalance. Based on the analysis of 1,650 datasets, user sentiment tends to be neutral, as measured using the Vader Lexicon. The method testing results show that SMOTE optimization can improve the performance of the SVM model, with an accuracy increase of +0.7 on Play Store reviews from 0.67 to 0.74, and an accuracy increase of +0.11 on App Store reviews from 0.72 to 0.83 In conclusion, the SVM method optimized with SMOTE has proven effective in improving the accuracy of sentiment classification in user reviews of Disney+ Hotstar.

Abstract

The growth of micro, small and medium enterprises is currently increasing and has a very large role in creating jobs. Access to capital is one of the main problems faced by micro, small and medium enterprises today. This is because there are still many micro, small and medium business actors who do not make bookkeeping as one of the requirements in helping to find capital in legal financial services. The micro, small and medium enterprise Dapur Kita located in Padangsambian Village, Denpasar is a household business engaged in making food with its main product being grilled rice. In measuring the performance of the business they own, this business actor has not made good and neat bookkeeping, even still mixed with household finances. This is because business actors feel the lack of time in making bookkeeping, do not know how to record simply and there are no qualified human resources to help make records. Through this community service activity, the micro, small and medium enterprise Dapur Kita is given simple bookkeeping training. This training is carried out offline. So that it is hoped that the results of this community service activity, micro, small and medium enterprises are truly able to make simple bookkeeping to support business activities.

Abstract

PT Akselerasi Sumber Berkah is a local company engaged in the production and distribution of beauty and health products, under the brand name Beaudelab. This company was established in 2019. PT Akselerasi Sumber Berkah is located in West Denpasar, Bali. In processing sales data, the company uses Microsoft Excel. The weakness of the data or information generated is still in the form of tables that do not display more informative information in the form of graphs, making it difficult for companies to see sales developments and other information in a short time. Therefore, in this study, a sales data visualization using tableau was built to assist companies in processing table data into information in the form of graphs so that it does not take a long time to see the company's sales development. The research method used in this research is the nine steps kimball method. In this research through the stages of analyzing company data, designing a data warehouse, extract transform load process, implementing data visualization, and testing the system. This system was tested using the user acceptance test method and has obtained results with a percentage of 93% or strongly agree so that this sales data visualization is in accordance with the needs of the company. The results of this study are in the form of 3 pages that display company information in the form of graphs to assist in decision making.

Abstract

The availability of quality human resources is very important for an organization or company. One of them is management training that can improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. In this community service that will be carried out is to provide training on the use of management information systems and their supervision. This training activity was carried out at PT. Atlantic Biruraya Denpasar attended by 15 employees, namely one admin head, three admins, one warehouse head, one delivery head, one warehouse checker, two warehouse helpers, three drivers, three delivery helpers. This training activity was held for two days from August 26 2021 to August 27 2021. This training activity manages data into a useful management information system and its supervision. On the first day, material was provided on how to collect and manage data to become an information system and how to supervise the information they have. On the second day, practical activities were carried out on the utilization of management information systems and their supervision.
