Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) is one of the causes of death in the world. Indonesia is a developing country that is facing a double burden of diseases, namely infectious diseases and non-communicable diseases. NCD can appear without symptoms and show no clinical signs, so many people are not aware of the dangers of NCD disease. The purpose of this comunity service is to provide counseling about NCD and measure blood pressure in an effort to detect NCD Early. This community service uses counseling as a method to increases partner knowledge in early detection of NCD. The average of partners knowledge increase by 42.6%. This is calculated by comparing the pre test average value of 5.70 and the post test average value of 8.20. Implementation of community service can increase the knowledge of the elderly posyandu group of Sokaraja Kulon Village so that the participants have the desire to prevent NCD and find out blood pressure from blood pressure measurement results in order to reduce the causes of non-communicable diseases (NCD) and have the intention to inform knowledge about Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD) to Family, Relatives and Communities. Keywords :Early Detection,Non-Communicable Diseases

Abstract

Traditional—medicinal plants or herbs are plants that are efficacious to the human body for endurance and treatment. The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had a huge impact on changes in public health in Indonesia, especially among the people in Banyumas Regency. Improving the body's immunity is needed to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. This is because the spread can be transmitted through coughing droplets (sneezes), therefore if the human immune system is good and the body is in good health this virus will find it difficult to enter the human body. Based on this statement, it is necessary to increase public knowledge about the use of traditional medicines to increase endurance and prevent Covid-19 disease. Based on the results of IBM on the Utilization of Traditional Medicines, it is proven that this activity can increase public knowledge about herbal ingredients that can be used as medicines or concoctions that can increase the human immune system, which is proven by the results of the pre-test with an average value of 57 and After treatment (post-test), it increases to an average of 89.

Abstract

Fetal Doppler is a diagnostic tool to detect fetal heart rate in BPM (beats per minute). Like other medical devices, it must be calibrated periodically by a health facility testing center, as stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Health of Indonesia Number 54 of 2015 article 4 paragraph 1. Article 8 paragraph 1 explains that testing or calibration of medical devices is carried out periodically at least once a year. In addition, testing must be carried out after repairs to medical devices as stated in SNI IEC 62353 of 2014. In addition to testing and calibration, medical devices need to be maintained and tested for function. Therefore, a fetal doppler simulator is needed by medical device technicians to test the function of the fetal doppler. The innovation made on this device is that the simulator is connected to a smartphone with the aim of minimizing electronic components, eliminating settings with buttons and replacing them with Voice Control on the smartphone. This fetal doppler simulator is successfully designed well, it can simulate fetal heart rate from 60-240 BPM with error value of 0% at settings of 90,120,150,180, and 240 BPM. While at setting 60 BPM there is an error value of 1.6%. This simulator is suitable for use as a reference for fetal doppler function test because the error value is below the tolerance of ±5 for BPM on fetal Doppler.
