Vocational High School (SMK) students face more complex academic demands, vocational skill requirements, and social pressures compared to students in general senior high schools. This situation necessitates resilience to enable students to adapt, persist, and recover from various educational challenges and the transition to the workforce. This article aims to analyze the influence of a growth mindset on the resilience of SMK students, with peer support as a mediating variable. The study employs a quantitative approach with a descriptive-correlational design. The research subjects consisted of 181 students from SMK Telekomunikasi Darul Ulum Jombang, selected through stratified random sampling. The research instruments included the Brief Resilience Scale, a Growth Mindset Scale, and a Peer Support Scale. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis. The results indicate that growth mindset does not have a significant effect on resilience (p = 0.858). Peer support also does not have a significant effect on resilience (p = 0.344). However, growth mindset has a positive and significant effect on peer support (p 0.001). The mediation of peer support in the relationship between growth mindset and resilience was not proven to be significant. Although a growth mindset contributes to increased peer support, neither variable directly influences student resilience within the context of this study. These findings suggest that strengthening student resilience requires a more comprehensive approach, considering factors beyond growth mindset and peer support.ABSTRAKSiswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menghadapi tuntutan akademik, keterampilan vokasional, serta tekanan sosial yang lebih kompleks dibandingkan siswa sekolah menengah umum.
