Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the implementation of the Primary and Secondary Education Policy (Dikdasmen) of the East Java Muhammadiyah Regional Leadership on Scientific Approaches to Improve Learning Outcomes of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan in students. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with the research method is a phenomenological qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Sources of data in this study were obtained through basic sources such as observations and interviews with teachers. Secondary data in the form of curriculum documents, syllabus, lesson plans, photos of activities, school statistics and so on relating to research problems. The data validity test used in this study is the source triangulation technique. The results of the study showed that in implementing the policy of the Dikdasmen Council for Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah in East Java on a scientific approach using communication in implementing a scientific approach to the learning of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan, it was delivered through two circular letters, workshops and training. The resources used in implementing the Basic and Secondary Education Council Policy of the East Java Muhammadiyah on a scientific approach are human resources or facilities and infrastructure, the disposition is the transfer of authority and bureaucratic structure.Keywords: Scientific Approach, Basic Education Policy, Al Islam-KemuhammadiyahanAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui implementasi Kebaijakan Mejelis Pendidikan dasar dan menengah (Dikdasmen) Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah JawaTimur Terhadap Pendekatan Saintifik Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Al-Islam Dan Kemuhammadiyahan pada siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitiannya adalah metode kualitatif fenomenologi dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui sumber-sumber pokok seperti hasil observasi dan hasil wawancara terhadap guru. Data sekunder berupa dokumen kurikulum, silabus, RPP, foto kegiatan, data statistik sekolah dan sebagainya yang berkaitan dengan masalah penelitian. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini yang digunakan yaitu teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam mengimplementasikan kebijakan Majelis Dikdasmen Pimpinan Wilayah Muhammadiyah Jawa Timur tentang pendekatan saintifik menggunakankomunikasi dalam implementasi kebijakan pendekatan saintifik pada pembelajaran Al-Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan disampaikan melalui dua cara surat edaran, workshop dan pelatihan. Sumber daya yang digunakan dalam mengimplementasikan Kebijakan Majelis Pendidikan dasar dan menengah Muhammadiyah Jawa Timur tentang pendekatan saintifik adalah sumber daya manusia atau sarana dan prasarana, disposisi merupakan pengalihan kewenangan dan struktur birokrasi.Kata kunci: Pendekatan Saintifik, Kebijakan Dikdasmen, Al Islam-Kemuhammadiyahan

Abstract

This research aims to make a significant contribution to understanding the practice of ijarah contracts in Islamic Pawnshop Institutions, potentially becoming a guide for practitioners, academics, and regulators in advancing the sharia economy in Indonesia. Focus of the research is on dynamics of the growing Islamic economy and the importance of ijarah as the main instrument in Islamic Pawnshop Institution. This research uses a Qualitative approach, this research method includes indirect data from the field and other parties. Secondary data sources are obtained from notes, journals, documentation articles related to ijarah contracts and their updates in the development of Islamic economics in Indonesia. The results concluded that the practice of ijarah in Indonesian Sharia Pawnshop Institution has complied with sharia principles, with important points such as transparency, free from usury, and strong sharia supervision. Technological updates, increased financial literacy, and product diversification are important elements in the renewal of ijarah practices. This research provides a comprehensive understanding in the context of Islamic economic development in Indonesia

Abstract

Second language acquisition (SLA) research often prioritizes adult and tertiary-level learners, leaving adolescent learners in secondary schools underrepresented. This study investigates how teacher–learner interactions shape SLA in Indonesian junior high school classrooms, focusing on instructional strategies and contextual challenges. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through classroom observations and semi-structured interviews with four teachers and thirty-two students. Thematic analysis revealed that scaffolding, modified input, peer collaboration, and implicit feedback were key strategies that fostered engagement, comprehension, and learner confidence. Teachers employed stepwise guidance, slowed speech, visual supports, and role-plays to encourage active participation, while rephrased feedback helped reduce anxiety during error correction. However, persistent challenges emerged, including student anxiety, wide proficiency gaps, limited teaching resources, and overcrowded classrooms, which constrained interaction patterns. The findings highlight the importance of differentiated instruction, low-anxiety learning environments, and resource support to optimize SLA in adolescent EFL contexts. This study contributes to SLA literature by emphasizing the critical role of interactive strategies in promoting effective language acquisition among younger learners in non-western settings.
