Abstract

The evolution of digital technology and social media has significantly transformed the landscape of public communication. Public trust and institutional reputation have become strategic elements for organizational sustainability amidst the torrent of information and disinformation. This article aims to analyze the key factors in maintaining public trust and institutional reputation in the digital age and to formulate effective strategies based on current literature and case studies. A qualitative-descriptive approach was used, with data sources derived from scientific literature reviews and public case documentation. The analysis results indicate that transparency, accountability, digital literacy, rapid crisis response, and data-driven communication management are the primary foundations for maintaining trust and reputation sustainably. This study provides conceptual and practical contributions to strengthening public communication governance in the digital age.

Abstract

The radical paradigm that tries to change the state ideology considers Pancasila to be the basis of a state that is stupid, humble and selfish. They believe that Pancasila cannot unite a diverse, diverse, ethnic and cultural society. Pancasila, however, is the nation's greatest work. Not forced to follow the "pendulum needle" of the ideology of socialism or liberalism, a great work that has been carefully thought out. Distrust in Pancasila led to a shift in its values, partly due to the loss of legitimacy of power that no longer provided hope for justice. Democracy with a rule of law (rechstaat) is referred to as a "vacuum". A high level of public participation in general elections and their confidence in participating can enable "legitimate" positions of power—directly proportional to the government's role in providing prosperity (prosperity) to the people. Thus, participatory communication is an important tool to ensure that Pancasila values do not deviate from its ideology, which is often misinterpreted. To make people understand how important Pancasila is for actualizing its values, it is very important to increase awareness and a framework for understanding the elements of the state. In addition, looking for ways to connect the roles of the people and government officials in legal instruments and communicative democracy.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education can be seen in the success of formal education in the form of student achievement. A learning process in the activities determines student achievement carried out by teachers and students. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant influence of teacher motivation on learning achievement at Islamic Senior High Schools statistically. This research used the associative quantitative method to determine the effect or relationship between two or more variables. This research place is at the Islamic Senior High School of Nurussyahid, Kertajati, Majalengka, Indonesia. The number of samples is a total sampling of 18 teachers. The result shows that implementing teacher work motivation in Islamic Senior High School Nurussyahid can be categorized as good. The achievement of Islamic Senior High School of Nurussyahid students can be categorized as good. Implementing teacher work motivation has a positive and significant effect on student achievement. The success or failure of a student's achievement in Islamic Senior High School of them is determined by the provision of motivation by teachers.
