Abstract

Education is a shared responsibility between the family, government and community, for that the implementation of education requires good relations and cooperation between the three components. Starting from the existence of cases in the field and efforts to improve the quality of education programs in schools, the principal has a very strategic position. Principals can maximize the use of existing resources at schools to solve problems that arise and try as much as possible to utilize the resources available in the community around the school, therefore the need for management revitalization in improving relations with the community, thus solving problems can be overcome as well as possible. The techniques carried out are group meetings, face-to-face meetings, observation and participation, say in paper, the use of other communication media such as TV and telephone radio, planning, organizing, mobilizing, coordinating and controlling school and community relations activities. and schools that are able to make contact relations with their communities will be able to last a long time, instead can move forward. Even though in the beginning the school did not have many facilities, but its managerial ability to approach benefactors is influential people, people who love education and are accompanied by appealing and rational appeal for power, the school can last a long time.

Abstract

A good management process when there are operative managerial activities. Efforts to improve the quality of school services are reflected in the application of management theory and management systems and education systems that are more micro, which can touch the overall needs of schools. Good school management is management that focuses on improving quality issues and with international standards such as ISO 9001:2015. This standard is a means to achieve quality objectives in implementing total quality control which is expected to be able to respond to developments in the era of globalization and the ultimate goal is to achieve effectiveness and efficiency of an organization. The benefits of using ISO 9001:2015 quality management are Increasing customer trust and satisfaction through organized and systematic quality assurance, Organizations that have been certified ISO 9000 are allowed to advertise that the company's quality has been internationally recognized, Quality audits which are part of ISO 9000 tasks do not need to be carried out again by the organization, and the organization's operations can be more effective and efficient. Management of facilities and infrastructure is the basis for carrying out school functions that aim to provide facilities and services in a professional manner in the field of facilities and infrastructure. An advantage for madrasas that have complete facilities and infrastructure. First, the completeness of facilities and infrastructure can lead to passion and motivation of teachers to teach. Second, the completeness of facilities and infrastructure can provide choices for students to learn.

Abstract

Research is a structured and systematic process that requires certain stages and steps to carry it out. By using systematic patterns or stages, the research process can be followed by others more easily. The research paradigm is a frame of mind that explains how researchers view the facts of social life, researchers towards science and theory, which are constructed as a fundamental view of a scientific discipline about what is the subject matter that should be studied. Paradigm is seen as an important thing because of its ability to dissect empirical reality and its flexibility in addressing the problem to be solved. In other words, a paradigm is a point of view that is used to understand a phenomenon correctly. The type of research paradigm, namely Qualitative Research, is a research method that is more focused on understanding social phenomena from the perspective of participants by focusing more on a more complete picture rather than breaking down into interrelated variables. And Quantitative Research is a descriptive research method and uses more analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji integrasi epistemologi Islam dalam metode pendidikan melalui pendekatan filsafat pendidikan Islam. Epistemologi Islam yang meliputi paradigma bayani (tekstual-normatif), burhani (rasional-empiris), dan irfani (intuisi-spiritual) pada dasarnya merepresentasikan tiga sumber pengetahuan utama dalam Islam, yakni wahyu, akal, dan pengalaman ruhani. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, metode pembelajaran masih didominasi oleh pola hafalan semata atau bayani yang bersifat dogmatis, sementara dimensi burhani dan irfani cenderung terpinggirkan. Kondisi ini berimplikasi pada terbatasnya daya kritis, kreativitas, dan kepekaan spiritual peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan library research, melalui analisis filosofis terhadap literatur pendidikan Islam, epistemologi Islam, dan metodologi pengajaran Agama Islam di madrasah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi epistemologi Islam dalam metode pendidikan dapat menghadirkan model pembelajaran yang lebih komprehensif: bayani memastikan landasan normatif yang otoritatif, burhani memberikan legitimasi rasional-empiris, sedangkan irfani memperkuat dimensi etis dan spiritual. Integrasi ketiganya menghasilkan metode pendidikan Islam yang tidak hanya mentransmisikan pengetahuan, tetapi juga mengembangkan pemikiran kritis dan mentransformasikan kesadaran transendental peserta didik. Dengan demikian, pendekatan filsafat pendidikan Islam melalui integrasi epistemologi bayani, burhani, dan irfani menawarkan paradigma alternatif dalam pengembangan metode pendidikan Islam yang lebih holistik, relevan, dan kontekstual dengan tantangan zaman.
