Abstract

Supervisi merupakan salah satu komponen pendidikan yang berperan dalam menciptakan output pendidikan yang baik. PKBM Bina Sejahtera Karawang pernah mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai PKBM terbaik ke 3 tingkat Kabupaten Karawang dalam acara pendidikan non formal tahun 2013. Maka dari itu peneliti mengangkat penelitian ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses implementasi supervisi akademik pada program kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Bina Sejahtera Karawang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PKBM Bina Sejahtera Karawang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses implementasi supervisi akademik yang dilakukan hampir sesuai akan tetapi masih terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu disempurnakan pada pelaksanaannya.

Abstract

The application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at the university level is an innovative strategy to address the challenges of relevance and student engagement in contextual learning. This study aims to: (1) understand the basic concepts of PBL; (2) explore students' perceptions of PBL implementation; and (3) identify the positive aspects of PBL as well as the challenges faced at UIN K.H. A. Wahid Pekalongan. The study employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with PAI students participating in PBL-based learning. Data are analyzed thematically to uncover experiences, attitudes, and factors influencing the acceptance of the method. Results indicate that students view PBL positively as it promotes active engagement, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills. PBL is considered effective in connecting religious theory with current social issues. However, challenges such as discussion dominance by a few members, lack of self-confidence, differences in students' initial readiness, as well as time constraints and limited faculty guidance were also identified. This research highlights the need for a more inclusive PBL design, competent faculty facilitation, and fair group management strategies. The conclusion indicates that PBL is effective in improving the quality of PAI learning, but its success is highly dependent on the implementation context and the readiness of all stakeholders. These findings provide strategic recommendations for the development of innovative, relevant, and sustainable learning in religious education in the contemporary era.

Abstract

Abstract A classic issue that still raises debate is the adaptability of Islamic law. Scholars of Islamic law are required to broaden the approach in responding to problems in the community. Philosophy, sociology, and anthropology are considered appropriate to be used as an approach in determining the law. This research uses a library research method that aims to describe the determination of Islamic law through philosophical, sociological, and anthropological approaches. From this research, it is found that in the context of determining the law, the disciplines of sociology, philosophy, and anthropology are a tool to approach in determining the law, not a methodology. The methodology of Islamic law istinbath is considered sufficient by using methods that have been developed by fuqaha scholars both salaf and contemporary. Keywords: Ijtihad, Taklid, Istinbath, Abstrak Persoalan klasik yang masih menimbulkan perdebatan adalah kemampuan adaptasi hukum Islam. Para sarjana hukum Islam dituntut untuk melakukan perluasan pendekatan dalam merespon permasalahan di umat. Filsafat, sosiologi, dan antropologi dipandang tepat untuk dijadikan alat pendekatan dalam menetapkan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan atau library research yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penetapan hukum Islam melalui pendekatan filosofis, sosiologis, dan antropologis. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa dalam kontkes penetapan hukum, disiplin sosiologi, filsafat, dan antropologi adalah sebuah alat untuk melakukan pendekatan dalam penetapan hukum, bukan merupakan metodologi. Metodologi istinbath hukum Islam dipandang telah mencukupi dengan menggunakan metode yang telah dikembangkan oleh para ulama fuqaha baik salaf maupun kontemporer. Abstract

Abstract Among Islamic thinkers, the relationship between Islam and the state is still a matter of debate which has implications for the birth of typologies, namely integralistic, symbiotic, and secularistic. The three paradigms of the relationship have the same goal, namely finding reconciliation between religious ideality and political reality, which is the main task of Islamic political thinkers. Ali Abdul Raziq as one of the Islamic thinkers, also colored the debate, even arguably became a trendsetter, especially his thoughts on the khilafah. This paper raises Raziq's thoughts on the khilafah, one of whose goals is to actualize it in the midst of the unfinished debate of Islamic intellectuals. The results of the study show that the khilafah is seen as having no basis in the Qur'an, Sunnah, or Ijma'. Islam is seen as not demanding its people to determine the type or form of government, this is more appropriate to be left to the people based on logic and experience. Keywords: khilafah, paragidma, fundamental, moderate, liberal. Abstrak Di kalangan pemikir Islam, hubungan Islam dan negara masih menjadi perdebatan yang berimplikasi pada lahirnya tipologi, yaitu intgralistik, simbiotik, dan sekularistik. Ketiga paradigma hubungan tersebut memiliki tujuan yang sama, yaitu menemukan rekonsiliasi antara idealitas agama dan realitas politik yang menjadi tugas utama para pemikir politik Islam. Ali Abdul Raziq sebagai salah satu pemikir Islam, turut mewarnai perdebatan tersebut, bahkan dapat dibilang menjadi trendsetter, khususnya pemikirannya tentang khilafah. Tulisan ini mengangkat pemikiran Raziq tentang khilafah yang salah satu tujuannya adalah untuk mengaktualisasi ke tengah-tengah perdebatan para intelektual Islam yang belum tuntas. Dari hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa khilafah dipandang tidak memiliki landasan dalil di dalam al-Qur’an, Sunnah, maupun Ijma’. Islam dipandang tidak menuntut umatnya untuk menentukan jenis atau bentuk pemerintahan, hal ini lebih tepat diserahkan kepada umat berdasarkan logika dan pengalamannya. Kata Kunci: khilafah, paragidma, fundamental, moderat, liberal.
