Abstract

This research aims to: 1. Describe the trend in the enrollment rate of SD and SMP in Gunungkidul; 2. Describe the policies and programs that have been provided by the Gunungkidul Government to increase enrollment rates for elementary and junior high schools; 3. Describe the follow-up action of the Gunungkidul Government after seeing the trend of elementary and junior high school enrollment rates in Gunungkidul Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with secondary data analysis which is equipped with interview method. Analysis of the data using trend analysis of the number of least squares with the type of linear model and the equation Y = a + bx. The results of this study are: 1. The trend of GER for SD and SMP in 2019-2028 in Gunungkidul tends to decrease; 2. Policies and programs of the Gunungkidul Government through PIP, scholarships and social assistance, compulsory education movement programs, retrieval programs, google for education, and education and training for educators; 3. The Gunungkidul government is following up on the results of the SD and SMP GER trends by validating data, continuing effective programs, and maximizing retrieval programs. Keywords: trends, gross participation rate, primary school, junior high school, gunungkidul regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas terkait pengaruh variabel kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap Professional Learning Community (PLC) Guru SMA Swasta di Kota Padang. Pada penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 243 Guru yang tersebar pada 24 sekolah SMA Swasta di Kota Padang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan mengunakan Uji T, variabel kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah (X1) memperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 3.265 > 1.651 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh. Kemudian untuk variabel kinerja guru (X1) memperoleh thitung > ttabel yaitu 8.784 > 1.651 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh terhadap Professional Learning Community (Y). Sedangkan untuk uji F memperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu 75.158 > 3.033 yang artinya secara simultan kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah (X1) dan kinerja guru (X2) memiliki pengaruh terhadap Professional Learning Community (Y) Guru SMA Swasta di Kota Padang. Selain itu, berdasarkan koefisien determinasi kontribusi kepemimpinan pembelajaran kepala sekolah dan Kinerja Guru terhadap Professional Learning Community sebesar 38,5% dan masuk pada kategori sedang. Abstract

Providing shares to local communities in mineral and coal mining activities is very important. The position of the community as a party that is very potentially harmed in mining activities, is something that cannot be avoided even though they are permanent residents and even all natural losses will have an impact on the community. This study aims to conduct a study and analysis of the importance of providing shares to local communities in mineral and coal mining activities. The formulation of the problem in this study consists of: First, How are the problems of local community welfare whose areas are areas of mineral and coal mining activities. Second, How is the urgency of providing shares to local communities in mineral and coal mining activities. The research method used is doctrinal legal research with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of this study conclude that: First, the problems of local community welfare in mineral and coal mining are that there are extraordinary social impacts such as environmental damage and the emergence of economic disparities caused by the management of nickel and coal mining solely to improve the welfare of entrepreneurs. Second, so far, CSR in its implementation has not been able to improve the welfare of the people in the nickel and coal mining areas. This shows that it is time for the public to be given shares in every nickel and coal company, because only then will there be legal certainty to obtain prosperity.
