Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to find out how fast. Sickle Kick forExtracurricular Pencak Silat Students at MTS Al-Kausar Pekanbaru. This research isclassified as a quantitative descriptive research type. The location of this research wascarried out at the MTS AL-Kautsar Kota field, Pekanbaru, Riau Province. Thetechnique used is direct observation of the research object to obtain information aboutproblems occurring in the field. The instrument for this research is the sickle kick speedtest. This test aims to determine the level of sickle kick speed ability of extracurricularpencak silat students at MTS Al - Kausar Pekanbaru. Based on data analysis, a score of25 and above is included in the very good category for two (2) people or 6.67%, with ascore of 20 -24 included in the good category were twenty-three (23) people or 76.6%,for scores 17-19 in the Fair category there were 4 people or 13.3%, for 15-16 in thepoor category one (1) person or 3.33%. And for the very poor category with a score of14 or below, there is none or 0%. Based on the results of this analysis, it can beconcluded that the sickle kick ability possessed by MTS AL-KAUTSAR Pekanbarupencak silat students is in the good category on average with a percentage of 76.6%.Keywords: Pencak Silat Sickle Kick Speed Profile

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tahapan pengambilan keputusan adopsi inovasi teknologi pengolahan pala dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan adopsi inovasi teknologi pengolahan pala oleh anggota kelompok tani Bayang Bungo Indah di Kecamatan Bayang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat explanatory research (penelitian eksplanatoris). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Selanjutnya dalam analisis data digunakan SEM menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahapan pengambilan keputusan adopsi inovasi teknologi pengolahan pala yang dilalui oleh anggota kelompok tani Bayang Bungo Indah, yaitu: tahap pengetahuan, persuasi, keputusan, implementasi, dan konfirmasi. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan adopsi inovasi teknologi pengolahan pala oleh petani di Kecamatan Bayang, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan adalah karakteristik petani, sifat inovasi, kualitas penyuluhan, dan intensitas komunikasi anggota kelompok tani. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan adopsi inovasi teknologi pengolahan pala pada variabel karakteristik petani adalah tingkat pendapatan, pada variabel sifat inovasi adalah kemudahan diamati, pada variabel kualitas penyuluhan adalah kemampuan penyuluh, dan pada variabel intensitas komunikasi anggota kelompok tani adalah komunikasi kelompok.

Abstract

Science learning requires learning that encourages students to discover new knowledge through exploration and investigation. This study aims to investigate the implementation of the use of discovery learning module human circulatory system towards improving student’s cognitive learning outcome and scientific attitude. The type or research used is quasi-experimental using Pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study was 56 students of class VIII MTs N 2 Pekanbaru. The sample for this study consists of Class VIII A as the control group and Class VIII B as the experimental group. The data collection instrument was in the form of a cognitive learning outcome test and scientific attitude questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the SPSS version 23 application. The results of this study indicate, the Discovery Learning-based module focusing on the human circulatory system demonstrates a positive significant impact on enhancing both cognitive learning outcomes and scientific attitudes, that there are differences in student cognitive learning outcomes and and scientific attitude between the control and experimental groups and the use of the discovery learning module human circulatory system is effectively used towards improve student’s cognitive learning outcomes and scientific attitude.
