Abstract

This research aims to examine the concepts of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) which include definitions, objectives, benefits, and the important role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in maintaining customer loyalty. This research uses a literature review approach which is expected to be one of the references for customers so that it can be used in the future. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) not only serves to keep customers from moving from one company / product to another, but at the same time it is one of the strategies in getting potential customers, this is because previous customer satisfaction moves to other potential customers, one of which is through WOM (Word Of Mouth). When Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is successfully implemented, it will create customers who are loyal to the company and give a good impression of the company.

Abstract

The low ability of the regions to explore local original sources is reflected in the relatively small receipt of Regional Original Income (PAD) compared to total regional revenues and the lack of effort and ability of local governments to manage and explore existing sources of income. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to measure the regional fiscal capacity in supporting the economic independence of Prabumulih City, to identify what factors are influential in order to increase PAD in order to support the economic independence of Prabumulih City and how to increase PAD in order to achieve economic independence of Prabumulih City. The analysis of Prabumulih's Financial Performance in this study is an assessment process regarding the level of progress in achieving the work/activities of the Prabumulih City Government in the financial sector for the 2015-2020 period. The ratios used by researchers in analyzing Prabumulih's financial performance in this study are: Degree Ratio of Fiscal Decentralization, Regional Financial Independence Ratio and PAD Effectiveness Ratio.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi empat prinsip etika bisnis (keadilan, kejujuran, otonomi, dan hormat pada diri sendiri) pada Kcharis Jaya Tenun, sebuah industri rumahan yang memproduksi kain tenun di Palembang. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif ini digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi dan memahami fenomena secara mendalam. Penelitian kualitatif ini dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, yaitu wawancara dan observasi.. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah meskipun pemilik telah menekankan prinsip-prinsip etika, hasil wawancara mengungkapkan adanya tantangan dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tersebut. Terdapat kurangnya mekanisme atau standar yang jelas terkait upah dan kriteria loyalitas, serta adanya pelanggaran terhadap prinsip kejujuran.
