Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of zakat maal expenditure behavior on work altruism and quality. The study was conducted at a higher education institution that practices a strong culture in religious activities. A total of 223 respondents were involved in this study. Data were obtained using a questionnaire and analyzed using the PLSPM of SmartPLS 3.2.8. The results of this study showed that compliant employees’ payment of zakat maal could increase work altruism and quality of work-life, thereby increasing their performance. The behavior of zakat maal payment in this study is evidenced by the existence of a workplace, that supports the implementation of the obligations of a Muslim, so as to increase their awareness in paying zakat when reaching the nishab. Encouragement from the organization about this matter ultimately increases work altruism which can help improve work productivity and make employees feel they have a better and more balanced work life.

Abstract

Purpose: This community service activity aims to improve and foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the surrounding community by providing an understanding of entrepreneurship, marketing and the preparation of financial reports. Methodology: The method for implementing community service activities is carried out in several stages. The first stage is the preparatory stage through observation and material preparation. The second stage is the implementation of activities in the form of technical guidance which is carried out by presenting material, practice of preparing financial reports and discussions. The third stage is an evaluation that aims to accommodate the problems faced by participants in compiling financial reports independently. Results: The results of community service for dombos breeders (Wonosobo sheep) participants understood how to prepare small and medium enterprises financial reports and began to have entrepreneurial and marketing knowledge. This is a good start to develop dombos farming in Wonosobo. The training went well and received a good response from the participants. Conclusion: This community service activity had a positive impact because participants ultimately had the skills and knowledge of digital marketing management and the preparation of financial reports. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that breeders can apply the knowledge they have acquired to develop the dombos business.

Abstract

Transformational leadership (TL) is known as a change facilitator because it contributes a lot to organizational culture and is effective for organizational improvement. The stability of the TL concept still contains weaknesses and is widely criticized for self-efficacy bias, evangelical, lacks conceptual clarity, is anti-democratic, solitary, and does not have checks and balances. A model that is more perfect and complete in dimensions is needed by adding transcendental values, which are not only oriented towards methods or processes and achieving goals, but must also be based on religious (spiritual) values that combine 3 elements: morality, awareness, and faith. By believing that Allah will hold humans accountable in the hereafter, we propose the Mas'uliyah Transformational Leadership (MTL) leadership concept. The synthesis of the TL dimension with the Islamic values of mas'uliyah produces four new dimensions: mas'uliyah idealized influence, mas'uliyah inspirational motivation, mas'uliyah intellectual stimulation, and mas'uliyah individual consideration. The new concept of religious-based leadership needs to be proven empirically in an institution or community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana kesadaran lingkungan, hemat, dan sikap konsumen terhadap fashion bekas memengaruhi niat pembelian individu Gen Z di Semarang terkait pakaian bekas. Fashion telah berkembang dari kebutuhan dasar menjadi komponen utama gaya hidup kontemporer, menjadikannya faktor krusial dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan ekspresi pribadi. Oleh karena itu, memahami pola konsumsi fashion sangat penting. Menggunakan desain penelitian eksplanatori dengan metodologi kuantitatif, studi ini berfokus pada penduduk Gen Z di Semarang yang terlibat dalam thrifting. Teknik sampling purposif digunakan untuk memilih 100 peserta survei. Data dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0, mencakup penilaian outer model, inner model, dan validasi hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran lingkungan secara positif dan signifikan mempengaruhi sikap terhadap thrifting. Demikian pula, pola pikir hemat juga memberikan pengaruh yang kuat dan positif terhadap sikap tersebut. Selain itu, sikap positif terhadap fashion bekas terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan kemungkinan pembelian pakaian bekas. Temuan ini menyoroti interaksi antara nilai-nilai keberlanjutan, kesadaran ekonomi, dan niat perilaku dalam budaya konsumen muda.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat e-commerce di Indonesia, terutama di kalangan generasi muda, mendorong munculnya berbagai platform digital, salah satunya Shopee yang menjadi favorit mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan ulasan pelanggan online terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan minat beli sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatori. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan kepada 100 mahasiswa Universitas Islam Sultan Agung yang pernah berbelanja di e-commerce Shopee. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga dan online customer review berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, serta minat beli berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, minat beli terbukti mampu memediasi hubungan antara harga dan ulasan pelanggan dengan keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pelaku e-commerce untuk menyusun strategi pemasaran yang efektif, dengan mempertimbangkan persepsi harga dan kualitas ulasan pelanggan dalam upaya meningkatkan minat serta keputusan pembelian konsumen di marketplace Shopee.

Abstract

Riset pada penelitian akademik bertujuan untuk menganalisis serta menentukan pengaruh beberapa variabel, seperti Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada Kinerja karyawan, Quality of Work Life (QWL) pada kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja pada kinerja karyawan, OCB pada kepuasan kerja, dan QWL terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi yang diteliti dalam studi ini yakni semua karyawan di PT. Bukit Semarang Jayametro. Tipe data digunakan yakni data primer dan sekunder. Data primer didapat secara distribusi kuesioner kepada 55 responden, lalu data sekunder dikumpulkan dari studi pustaka yang mencakup buku, internet, jurnal, makalah, artikel, dan sumber lainnya. Analisis dilaksanakan dengan regresi linear berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian tertulis memunculkan sejumlah kesimpulan, yakni: OCB mempunyai dampak positif serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, QWL berdampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, OCB secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, serta QWL memiliki pengaruh yang sama pada kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja tidak dapat berfungsi sebagai suatu mediator antara OCB serta kinerja karyawan, tetapi dapat bertindak sebagai mediator antara QWL dan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This research looks at how Person-Organization Fit, Person-Job Fit, and Work-Life Balance affect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, and also examines how job satisfaction plays a role in connecting these factors. The study was carried out on the staff members of Bank BRI's Pattimura Branch in Semarang. This study used a quantitative method by giving questionnaires to a group of people who were chosen through a probabilistic sampling technique. Data processing used a method called Partial Least Squares based Structural Equation Modelling. This study aims to explore how the match between employees and the organization, the suitability of their jobs, and the balance between work and personal life can lead to employees taking positive actions that help the organization work better. The study also wants to find out how job satisfaction affects the connections between these three factors and organizational citizenship behaviour. This study looks at how well a person matches with their organization, how well their job fits their skills and interests, and how balanced their work and personal life is, and how these factors can lead to employees showing positive behaviour that goes beyond what is required in their official job role. By learning how these variables connect, the study aims to help create better ways to manage people in the banking industry.
