Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of the level of education on the work participation of elderly women in West Sumatra. (2) Effect of marital status on work participation of elderly women in West Sumatra. (3) Effect of health conditions on the work participation of elderly women in West Sumatra. This type of research is descriptive and associative research. The data used is the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) in 2018. The method uses Logistic Regression Analysis. The results of the study are: (1) the level of education has a significant negative effect on the work participation of elderly women in West Sumatra. (2) Marital status has a significant negative effect on the work participation of elderly women in West Sumatra. (3) Health conditions have a significant positive effect on the work participation of elderly women in West Sumatra. Keywords: Work participation, elderly women, education, marital status, health, Logistic Regression.

Abstract

Pasal 23 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 tentang Sistem Peradilan Pidana Anak mengatur bahwa anak harus diberikan bantuan hukum dan didampingi oleh Pembimbing Kemasyarakatan dalam setiap pemeriksaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi kewajiban pendampingan dan akibat hukumnya. Metode yang digunakan adalah hukum sosiologis, pendekatan perundang-undangan, dan pendekatan kasus. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Kepolisian Resor Rokan Hulu dengan narasumber yang relevan. Sumber data meliputi data primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kesimpulan induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kewajiban pendampingan oleh Balai Pemasyarakatan terhadap anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum di wilayah hukum Kepolisian Resor Rokan Hulu belum terlaksana dengan baik, terutama pada tahun 2022 dan 2023. Hal ini membawa beberapa akibat hukum signifikan. Pertama, hak anak tidak terpenuhi dalam proses peradilan pidana. Kedua, jika diversi tercapai, keterlambatan hasil penelitian kemasyarakatan mempersulit proses dan memperpanjang waktu penetapan hasil diversi oleh Pengadilan Negeri Pasir Pengaraian. Ketiga, hasil penelitian kemasyarakatan sering melebihi batas waktu 3x24 jam, memaksa kepolisian mengajukan perpanjangan penahanan. Keempat, resume yang kurang maksimal memperlambat proses pelimpahan berkas dan tersangka ke Kejaksaan Negeri Rokan Hulu. Pasal 23 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2012 menegaskan bahwa anak harus didampingi petugas kemasyarakatan dalam proses pemeriksaan. Ketika ketentuan ini tidak terpenuhi, hakim pengadilan setempat akan menyampaikan keberatannya. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya implementasi kewajiban pendampingan yang optimal oleh Balai Pemasyarakatan untuk memastikan hak-hak anak yang berkonflik dengan hukum dapat terpenuhi sesuai dengan regulasi yang berlaku.Kata Kunci: Pendampingan, Anak, Rokan Hulu

Abstract

So far, there are many MSMEs whose financial management is carried out simply. This condition causes MSME owners to be unable to accurately measure the amount of income and costs incurred from these business activities. UMKM Pentol Bakso Toyib only records income / purchases from orders and expenses for production costs and does not make financial reports. This simple recording is done because they do not understand accounting so it is difficult to make financial reports. Financial reports are needed as a means of measuring business performance. The problem that exists in Toyib's Pentol Bakso Business is the limited knowledge of business owners about accounting so they need tools to prepare financial reports. The use of applications can make it easier for MSME actors to prepare their financial reports. Therefore, the community service programme is focused on training in the use of the Akuntansiku application through education on the use of the Akuntansiku application accompanied by explanations of accounting concepts and practices as an effort to improve business owners' accounting knowledge and skills. The owner only needs to input his financial data and the process of preparing his financial statements is carried out systematically in the application.
